Apocalypse: Become stronger by absorbing flames at the start; my name is the Flame Emperor.

Lin Yu's mouth was numb from eating, and in less than ten minutes, he finally devoured all the attribute fruits.

The brand-new attribute panel greatly boosted his confidence.

……

Day 5 of the apocalypse.

Due to Lin Yu's butterfly effect, the entire world and the entire Great Xia Kingdom are evolving at a much faster pace than in the previous life.

In the previous life, it took six days for someone to evolve to level 5, triggering the arrival of the new rules. In this life, it happened a full four days earlier.

At the same time, Lin Yu's behavior in the trading market also attracted the attention and imitation of all the evolvers in the Great Xia Kingdom.

With the massive population of the Great Xia Dynasty, even if only a very small number of fruits are concentrated among a small group of people, it can still create a large number of powerful individuals.

"I can't wait for the world rankings to open!"

"I wonder how interesting the expressions will be when foreigners see that the list is full of people from our Great Xia."

Hehe~

Lin Yu smiled slyly, a hint of anticipation creeping in.

In the evening, Lin Yu and his friends rested in a jewelry store.

While taking stock of their harvest, they ate something to replenish their energy.

Today's harvest was slightly more than yesterday's. Lin Yu directly distributed 250 to Liu Yu and Chen Jing'er, 300 to Chen Jing'er, and kept 1922 for himself.

"Today should be the last chance. You should prioritize exchanging for the fruit. After today, you may not be able to exchange for it again."

Lin Yu addressed the three of them.

"Boss, do you mean those who have the fruit are planning to keep it for themselves?"

"Most of the people who are willing to switch will do so today. After today, there shouldn't be many left." Chen Jing'er was quite clever.

"That's right. Everyone knows the effects of the fruit and the crystal core now. The reason why the supply couldn't meet the demand the day before yesterday and yesterday was mainly because there weren't many crystal cores available. But today it's different."

"Yes, and after the initial fear subsides, some people will try to kill zombies. If they succeed, they will definitely not exchange fruits anymore."

"So, today is the last chance!"

At this point, Lin Yu directly opened the trading market.

The price of green fruits has now risen to 10 crystal cores, and yellow fruits to 38, doubling from yesterday.

Without hesitation, Lin Yu placed orders for 10 green items for 1 yellow item and 40 yellow items for 1 yellow item.

"Have you all hung it up?" Lin Yu asked, looking at the three of them.

"I've put my order on the market, but the price is so high right now," Liu Yu said with a wry smile.

"It doesn't matter, every little bit helps." Chen Jing'er shook her head; there was nothing she could do about it.

"No matter what, with the boss's help, we're already way ahead of everyone else."

"Yeah, if it weren't for Brother Yu, we would both be dead by now, and we wouldn't be where we are today."

Speaking of this, Yang Shanshan and her companion were filled with gratitude towards Lin Yu.

Lin Yu smiled, opened the Evolution Point Ranking, his eyes narrowed, and then he understood.

Great Xia Evolution Point Ranking:

First place: Magician, 14662 evolution points

Second place: Archmage, 9833 evolution points

Third place: Unnamed, 9721 evolution points

……

20th Place: Vulcan, Evolution Points 7699

Today's rankings.

It was completely transformed; everyone's data was terrifyingly high, a world of difference compared to yesterday.

The three of them noticed Lin Yu's expression and began to examine him.

Having killed zombies all day, they were only now taking a short break; they hadn't had time to check the rankings before.

This sight was shocking; everyone was terrified.

"This...this is so exaggerated today?" Liu Yu was dumbfounded.

"Yeah, all of the top ten have over 9000 evolution points. I've already fallen off the leaderboard," Yang Shanshan clicked her tongue in amazement.

Chen Jing'er thought for a moment.

He said, "Many of them have probably formed teams. If several powerful Awakened Ones team up, their efficiency will be very high."

"That's true. There are also some talents with a large killing range. If their basic attributes are raised, they can kill zombies very quickly."

"I saw it on the forum last night. People were discussing that Vulcan, who was ranked 20th. He is also a fire-type talent awakener and is very powerful."

"The ranking list of the Great Xia Kingdom is different now. Yesterday there was only one person, but now the rankings are full."

Chen Jing'er's words also caught the attention of the others.

Lin Yu clicked on it to take a look.

The number one spot still belongs to Xiao Nizi.

Great Xia Kingdom Rank Ranking:

First place: Unnamed, Rank 0

Second place: Unnamed, Level 0

Third place: Blade, Tier 0

……

The ranking list does not consider ranks; it only calculates ranks.

Everyone is currently at level 0, so the rankings are based on the order in which they appeared on the list.

Although the first place winner is still unnamed, Lin Yu knows that it is Chen Jing'er.

Even if the second-place player now reaches level 10, they will remain behind the first-place player unless they break through to the next tier.

"Let's go back and rest."

Lin Yu called to the group and they headed towards the hotel.

On the way, he checked the trading orders. So far, only half of them had been successfully traded, and the other half were still pending.

There are a lot of pending orders in the trading market today.

Lin Yu knew that those truly powerful evolved beings had begun to show their prowess.

In the days leading up to the apocalypse, everyone was still quite unfamiliar with each other.

But now, those who awaken powerful talents, and those who are extremely lucky and have eaten red-attribute fruits, or even golden fruits, will stand out.

If Lin Yu remembered correctly, the person codenamed Blade was...

He is likely from the military, and his innate awakened skill is Heavenly Blade, which is said to be indestructible and capable of breaking through anything.

The one codenamed Archmage was a top-tier powerhouse in his previous life. His awakened talent, Undead Catastrophe, was feared by all.

After this guy got used to his special ability, he became incredibly fast at killing zombies.

"However, no matter how powerful you are, in this life you will only be inferior to me."

Lin Yu's lips curled up.

He remembered a particularly good anime called "Under One Person" before the apocalypse, and he wanted to be the "One Person" in "Under One Person" in the apocalypse.

Everyone else must be subordinate to him.

He believed that his advantages were unmatched.

"Knock knock!"

Lin Yu and his companion had just returned to the hotel when there was a knock on the door.

"I'll go take a look!"

Chen Jing'er opened the door and saw a woman in a white suit standing in the doorway; she was very beautiful.

"What's up?"

Chen Jing'er became alert.

This woman was just as beautiful as her, and had a similar figure, but she possessed a more mature charm.

"May I come in and talk?" The young woman sensed the girl's hostility and gave a wry smile.

"Come in!"

After a moment of silence, Chen Jing'er let the young woman in.

"You've come to see me?" Lin Yu asked.

"I want to join your team."

Upon hearing this, Chen Jing'er frowned.

"What good will it do us if you join us? As far as I know, you also have your daughter with you, both of them are weak women who can't even kill a chicken."

Lin Yu looked at her with amusement.
