Apocalypse: Become stronger by absorbing flames at the start; my name is the Flame Emperor.

"kill!"

Lin Yu charged forward again, his fists, enveloped in flames, raining down like a storm, unleashing a frenzied barrage of attacks.

"Bang!"

With just one punch, the treant was sent flying, blood instantly seeping from its chest.

This is the power after using an S-rank talent and doubling the main attribute; it's terrifying.

"That's interesting!"

The tree man was utterly shocked.

This lowly nobody, only at level one, was able to unleash such a terrifying punch; it's truly astonishing.

However, before he could react, Lin Yu's fiery fist came crashing down again.

"What's the use of having great strength if you can't hit the target?"

The tree-man sneered.

It spread its body, darting left and right, perfectly avoiding Lin Yu's fist.

Missed!

Lin Yu discovered that he couldn't keep up with the tree man at all. No matter how fast he punched, the tree man could always easily dodge.

After all, there was a difference of almost two levels, and the speed attribute was obviously not as high as the opponent's, making it difficult to hit.

At level 2, level 10, all four attributes have reached at least 620 points, and the main attribute with free point allocation has reached 1020 points.

His current speed of 524 is quite far from ideal.

"My turn!"

The tree-man moved swiftly, becoming a series of afterimages.

"Bang!"

Lin Yu took a solid punch to the back, his body was sent flying, and his internal organs were shaken.

The tree-man sneered and attacked again.

His speed was so fast that Lin Yu couldn't defend against it at all, and was forced into a passive and defensive situation.

"Ahem!"

Lin Yu was punched again, sending him flying and crashing into the stone wall. He wiped the blood from the corner of his mouth and stared intently at his opponent.

"Brother Yu!"

"uncle!"

Two anxious voices rang out.

Liu Shiyun and Liu Ruke rushed over. Green light flew out from Ruke's hand and flowed into Lin Yu's body, quickly healing his injuries.

"A mirage!"

Seeing the treant charging towards her, Liu Shiyun's expression changed, and she hurriedly used her talent.

A snap of the fingers.

The treant's running figure paused, stopping in mid-air. The space around him solidified instantly, then exploded.

"Bang!"

In that space, blood blossoms bloomed.

However, the explosion of space only caused more wounds on the tree-man's body; the force did not tear him apart.

Ultimately, they were still two levels apart.

The tree-man broke through space and threw a punch.

"A mirage!"

Liu Shiyun used her talent again, but this time her opponent was prepared and increased their speed, directly avoiding that space.

Despite repeatedly using his spatial abilities, he couldn't hit the treant; he only managed to buy it a little time.

Liu Shiyun gritted her teeth and threw a punch to meet the attack.

She knew that this punch would definitely seriously injure her, but she couldn't back down because Lin Yu and Ru Ke were behind her.

At this critical moment.

"Second form, Dragon Flame Mode, activated!"

Lin Yu shouted and immediately entered his second form.

This was the first time he used it after successfully awakening to S-rank and unlocking the Dragon Flame form.

The ones he encountered before were all very weak; in his normal flame form, he could easily crush them.

The treant they encountered at this moment was arguably the first true adversary they had faced since the apocalypse. Not only had it awakened its own talent, but its rank was also as high as Tier 2, Level 10.

It even had one foot already in the third tier, which was incredibly terrifying.

A treant with awakened talents will experience a dramatic increase in attributes after activating their talents, becoming significantly stronger than a normal Tier 3 treant without any talents.

In an instant!

The yellow flames surrounding Lin Yu quickly turned crimson, and his aura surged wildly.

Instantly.

A massive pillar of magical light shot up from his body, causing the entire stone chamber to tremble violently.

Gravel kept falling with a "rustling" sound.

The tree-man felt the immense pressure, his expression changed, and he retreated rapidly.

"Is this the Dragon Flame Mode?"

Lin Yu felt the changes in his body, clenched his fist, and sensed a tremendous amount of energy.

His primary attribute is strength, which is doubled under the S-rank talent Flame State, while other attributes remain unchanged.

However, in the Dragon Flame state, the main attribute increases threefold, and the other four attributes double.

This is an absolutely drastic difference.

The speed attribute of 524 has now soared to 1048, meaning that the mana consumption is much faster than in the Flame state.

Are you alright?

Are you alright?

Lin Yu and Liu Shiyun spoke at the same time.

The two were taken aback, then looked at each other and smiled.

"I feel better than ever before. I'm going to kill that treant." Lin Yu clenched his fist.

"I'm fine, be careful."

Liu Shiyun gave him a charming smile.

"It's time to end this!"

Lin Yu stepped forward and walked slowly towards the front.

He was enveloped in crimson flames, like a god.

In his current Dragon Flame state, even if the Treant reaches the third rank, he is confident that he can eliminate it by crossing two ranks.

"Has your strength increased again? Too bad, it's useless if you can't hit me."

The tree-man spoke coldly.

The aura emanating from Lin Yu at this moment terrified him; he had never encountered such a sense of oppression before.

"Yeah?"

Lin Yu smirked and vanished in an instant.

When it reappeared, it was already behind the tree-man.

"How could this be...?"

Before the tree-man could finish speaking, and before his body could even react, a tremendous pain shot through his abdomen.

His eyes were wide open, as if they were about to pop out.

"...So fast?"

The next moment, his body flew out like a cannonball, and he managed to utter the last half of his sentence.

"Ahem!"

He slowly stood up from the ground, coughing up large amounts of blood.

Lin Yu's ordinary punch almost pierced through his body.

If his true form weren't a vine tree, with physical attributes far exceeding those of ordinary evolved beings, he probably would have been punched right through by that punch.

Lin Yu in his Dragon Flame form is absolutely terrifying!

He can't keep it any longer!

The tree-man wiped the blood from the corner of his mouth, and suddenly countless black mists surged from his body, instantly filling the entire stone chamber.

An aura of boundless despair spread, seemingly dragging everyone into a world of hopelessness.

Behind Lin Yu.

Those three ordinary evolved beings, who were only at level three, were instantly trapped in the illusion.

"No! Don't kill me!"

"Honey, don't be afraid, I'm coming to be with you right away!"

The three of them roared wildly, their faces showing a variety of emotions: fear, disappointment, sadness, helplessness, and finally despair!

The man was clutching his own neck with both hands, trying to commit suicide!

Lin Yu frowned, and with a few blows, knocked the three of them unconscious.

He then looked at Liu Shiyun and Ru Ke.

Liu Shiyun was stronger and hadn't lost her mind yet, but Ru Ke was already crying her eyes out, her face pale.

Her breath grew weaker and weaker, and she was heading towards the abyss of despair.

"Snapped!"

Lin Yu knocked the little girl unconscious with a single chop to the neck.

Liu Shiyun was growing weaker and weaker, and her mental strength was resisting the invasion of the illusion mirror with all her might.

But it probably won't last long; at most, it will be a few minutes before it completely falls into the illusion.

"I was right. This treant has put all its free attribute points into mental power."

Lin Yu muttered to himself.

He also knocked Liu Shiyun unconscious.

The treant is currently at level 2, level 10. If all its free attribute points are allocated to mental power, it will definitely surpass 1000 points.

In his Dragon Flame form, Lin Yu's mental power doubled, reaching 1172 points, and he was no longer affected by the illusion mirror.

If it were in its flame form, it probably wouldn't last long either.

Suddenly, from within the black fog.

A fist appeared and slammed hard towards Lin Yu.

"brush"

Lin Yu's figure flashed and disappeared from the spot, only to reappear behind the tree man the next moment.

He threw a punch.

The treant was sent flying by the impact, its body still on the ground.

Lin Yu's entire body was engulfed in a surge of dragon flames.

"Ultimate Technique: Crimson Lotus Annihilation Slash!"
