Apocalypse: Become stronger by absorbing flames at the start; my name is the Flame Emperor.

Within minutes, more than thirty corpses lay on the ground.

These are the people who abandoned Ye Piaopiao yesterday!

And there are those who just turned hostile and started cursing at her!

The remaining forty-odd people huddled in a corner, trembling, their hearts filled with fear as they looked at Ye Piaopiao, who resembled a god of death.

Ye Piaopiao stuffed most of the food on the table into her backpack, picked it up, and left.

"Master, my matter is resolved, let's go."

Ye Piaopiao sheathed her longsword, her expression calm.

She pushed up her glasses, as if the corpses scattered on the ground had nothing to do with her.

"good!"

Lin Yu gave her a thumbs up. He greatly admired her decisive and ruthless character.

The four of them left the unfinished building.

"Master, where are we going now?"

"I came to Tianhai City to save my sister, who is at Tianhai University."

Lin Yu quickly explained the situation.

"Tianhai University?" Ye Piaopiao was taken aback.

Isn't this the school where she works?

"Do you know how to get there?" Lin Yu asked hurriedly.

To be honest, he only came once when his sister started college, and he had no idea how to get there.

"I'm a freshman teacher at Tianhai University, and I just joined this year," Ye Piaopiao said.

"What's your sister's name? What department is she in?"

"Lin Xiaoyou, from the Department of Economics and Management."

"..."

Ye Piaopiao immediately looked puzzled.

What a coincidence!

"What's wrong?" Lin Yu asked, his heart skipping a beat as he looked at Ye Piaopiao's expression.

"Lin Xiaoyou is the most beautiful girl in the Business Administration department during her freshman year; she's quite famous on campus. And me..."

At this point, her tone became somewhat unnatural: "I am her math teacher."

"..."

Lin Yu suddenly understood why Ye Piaopiao's expression had been off just now.

He was Ye Piaopiao's mentor, and Ye Piaopiao was his sister's teacher.

This relationship is really complicated.

"How about we just forget about the apprenticeship thing?" Lin Yu suggested after thinking for a moment.

"No, taking someone as a disciple is a solemn matter and should not be taken lightly. Your sister and I can just follow our own rules."

Ye Piaopiao's tone was resolute.

"Fine, whatever you want." Lin Yu had no choice but to shake his head helplessly.

"But this is the apocalypse, with zombies roaming everywhere. Will your sister still be at school?"

"Don't worry, I called her in advance and told her to stay in the dorm and not go out. All the food is ready," Lin Yu said.

"You prepared for the apocalypse before it even happened?"

Ye Piaopiao was startled, but then she understood. She remembered Lin Yu's words about the talent to predict the future.

"Let's go. I know the way, but it won't be easy. Although it's only about 60 kilometers, it's all areas teeming with zombies."

"If you encounter a small number, kill them directly! If there are large numbers, hide first."

Lin Yu frowned.

Tianhai City is a famous tourist city with an annual population of over two million.

This means that at least 2.5 to 2.6 million zombies were dropped during the zombie rain.

After this period of apocalypse, the number of zombies is probably around three million.

He could easily kill ordinary zombies with his basic attacks, but even if he could kill one per second, he could only clear 36,000 in ten hours.

If you use your talent to unleash a wide-range attack, you can kill quickly, but your magic power can't keep up.

At level 0, 1 point of magic is restored per second. At level 1, the restoration speed doubles to 2 points per second.

It will take Lin Yu nearly ten hours to fully restore his magic power.

"Piaopiao, optimize the route, and we'll play it by ear."

"Yes, Master."

……

Tianhai University.

Many places have become ruins.

After the apocalypse, zombies fell from the sky, and of the more than 40,000 students in the entire school, less than 5,000 have survived to this day.

These survivors formed small alliances and occupied different areas.

They survived thanks to some of the gifted individuals.

Xiao Qiu Meng is such a small group, and their current base is the school library.

On the second floor of the library, more than two hundred people were gathered together, discussing something.

"Listen up, everyone. Today's mission is for Xiaoyou and me to lead a team to clear the zombies from the swimming pool."

"Monkey and Yang Jian led a team out through the wall next to the swimming pool. There was a large supermarket outside, and they searched for supplies."

A tall, handsome young man methodically assigned tasks. He was Zhao Qiu, a third-year physical education student and the leader of this small group.

"I disagree, I don't want to be in a group with you."

Sudden.

A discordant voice rose from the crowd.

Lin Xiaoyou stood up from the crowd and looked directly at Zhao Qiu; she disliked this boy very much.

"Xiao You, for my sake, please stop making a scene, okay?"

Next to her, a pretty girl tugged at her hand.

Finally, Lin Xiaoyou sat down angrily.

"Brothers, according to yesterday's observation, there are two level one zombies in the swimming pool. As long as we kill them, Brother Qiu will be able to advance to level one soon."

At this point, someone quickly stepped in to smooth things over and ease the awkward atmosphere.

"That's great! With Qiu-ge's strength greatly increased, we're much safer now."

"Yes, Qiu-ge will always be the strongest."

The students frantically flattered him.

Zhao Qiu looked smug, glancing at Lin Xiaoyou with an ambiguous expression.

The crowd dispersed to make final preparations.

"Brother Qiu, once you advance to the next level, are you going to make a move on Xiao You?"

The girl who had previously pulled Lin Xiaoyou came up to Zhao Qiu. As she spoke, she couldn't help but steal glances around.

She is Lin Xiaoyou's roommate, Fang Siqi, and also Zhao Qiu's girlfriend.

"Yes, as you can see, Xiao You's talent is too strong, I must get her too."

A ruthless glint flashed in Zhao Qiu's eyes.

He awakened an A-level talent: Steal.

Although it's only A-rank and not a talent that enhances strength, he can steal an extra talent every time he advances to the next rank.

On the third day after his awakening, he stole his roommate's A-level talent: Thunderstorm.

This greatly increased his strength, making him the leader of the hundred-person group.

Later, he learned from his girlfriend about Lin Xiaoyou's talent: A-level, which increased her strength by five times.

He absolutely had to steal such an amazing talent.

Only when you have great power in your own hands can you feel truly at ease.

"Set off!"

Once everyone was ready, Zhao Qiu waved his hand and led the group toward the swimming pool.

……

"Master, according to the route we just planned, I estimate that if everything goes smoothly, we should be able to reach Tianhai University in about three days."

Ye Piaopiao then revealed her plans.

"You're more familiar with Tianhai City, so I'll leave everything to you." Lin Yu had no objections.

"Alright, let's fight our way out. Tianhai City is pretty much the same everywhere, with zombies lurking in every area."

The four of them advanced along the street, killing zombies as they went.
