The Lord of the Heavenly Eclipse Palace in the Swallowed Starry Sky

Chapter 139 "Cosmic Domain"

In the primordial universe, which has an outer diameter of ten trillion light-years but is even more vast and boundless due to the folding of spacetime and the existence of secret realms, the primordial universe did not return to peace after the defeat of the three-race allied forces.

After the human race demanded that the three dominant races cede vast territories at the negotiation meeting, the various races in the primordial universe thought they would usher in a period of peace and tranquility.

However, the entire primordial universe became even more turbulent.

Within human groups, large-scale territorial expansion is in full swing.

The vast new territory of Xinjiang is like a huge treasure trove, waiting for humankind to excavate and explore it.

Following the negotiations with the three-race alliance, and by receiving the territories ceded by the three races and the void between the human race and the three top races, the entire territory of the human race expanded by more than five times in one go.

……

Because the territory was too vast, under the instruction of Li Yang, the progenitor of the Celestial Eclipse, the high command of the human race made a large-scale and comprehensive adjustment to the division of the entire human race.

In the past, the Cosmic Kingdom was the largest unit in the human administrative system, but now the situation is completely different.

"Our human race's territory is now vast beyond imagination. If we don't reorganize it, the management will definitely become a complete mess in the future," Li Yang said, sitting on the throne of the magnificent Star Universe Origin Heavenly Heart Plane, addressing a group of human true gods and universe lords.

"The Ancestor of Heavenly Eclipse is right, but this division is a massive undertaking. Shouldn't we consider it carefully?" the Chaos God replied gently.

"It's alright. The number of universe masters, universe overlords, and universe venerables we have now is enough to support a more sophisticated structure." Li Yang raised his hand slightly, indicating that everyone should rest assured.

……

Thus, after a thousand years of discussion and decision-making, the entire territory of the human race will be reorganized and divided into numerous "cosmic domains".

On average, each "cosmic domain" will govern 50 to 100 cosmic nations.

Each lord of a cosmic domain must be at least at the level of a cosmic overlord in terms of status and strength. In some extremely important cosmic domains, the lord will personally assume the position of lord to highlight their specialness and importance.

The six most renowned powers among humanity—the Treasure Pavilion, the Virtual Universe Company, the Giant Axe Arena, the Cosmic Mercenary Alliance, the Cosmic Galaxy Bank, and the Cosmic First Bank—will also reorganize their strategies based on this new structure.

In the capital planet of each cosmic domain, the six major powers will establish brand-new cosmic domain headquarters.

Within the various cosmic nations beneath the cosmic domain, branches of all kinds and different levels are established, extending the tentacles of their influence to every corner of the entire human race.

Apart from the universes where their headquarters are located, the six major powers no longer directly rule any universe nation. Instead, they transcend the conventional administrative divisions of humankind and exist like gods overlooking all living beings, in a more macroscopic and transcendent manner.

……

Just like the Silver Blue Empire of the Qianwu Universe Kingdom in the original work, after this new regional adjustment, its detailed location recorded in the virtual universe of the human race has become the Mountain and Sea Universe Domain - Qianwu Universe Kingdom - Black Dragon Mountain Empire - Silver Blue Empire.

That's right, the current Qianwu Universe Kingdom is naturally located within the Shanhai Universe Domain, which is ruled by the Lord of Mountains and Seas, the Lord of the Universe.

Only such detailed and clearly defined divisions can cope with this vast and astonishing territory.

Preliminary estimates suggest that, after adjustments, the entire human race will be divided into 100 to 200 cosmic domains.

After all, there are more than 10000 universe kingdoms alone. If there were no higher-level administrative divisions, just coming up with unique names for these universe kingdoms would be enough to make countless universe kingdom rulers rack their brains and exhaust their efforts.

Moreover, without this higher-level administrative division, it would be a pipe dream for human groups to effectively rule this vast territory.

……

Amidst this magnificent tide of the times, the cosmic sages of humanity have also ushered in their glorious moment.

The great war between the highest-level universe rulers has ended, and the smoke of battle has gradually dissipated, but the many follow-up matters remain heavy and crucial.

Whether it's clearing out the outer battlefields—territories fraught with danger even for immortal kings—or dealing with the territories of weaker races in those barren lands, or the resettlement and integration of people from small and medium-sized races, the participation of these cosmic venerables is essential.

After all, according to the instructions of Li Yang, the progenitor of the Eclipse, these small and medium-sized groups should not be arbitrarily exterminated, and the diversity of primitive cosmic life should be maintained.

Therefore, these powerful figures at the Venerable level undoubtedly became the backbone of the operation.

"Venerable Ones, now is the time for us to contribute our strength to our race. The hidden dangers of the extraterrestrial battlefield should not be underestimated, and the fate of weaker races also needs our careful arrangements." A powerful cosmic overlord was assigning tasks to many cosmic venerables in the virtual universe.

"Yes! Fight for the prosperity and stability of the human race!" the Venerables responded in unison.

……

Outside the human territory, the three dominant races—the insectoid race, the demon race, and the mechanical race—who had just ceded most of their territory, were naturally unwilling to remain silent.

For the sake of their precious living space and their seemingly bleak yet still hopeful future, under Li Yang's secret instructions, four of the strongest beings in the universe from the three races led a vast army of pioneers that surged across the primordial universe like a tidal wave.

Those remote corners in the primordial universe that were once looked down upon by the three dominant races have now become coveted prizes in their eyes, and have been taken over and extensively developed by the three dominant races.

Wherever the armies of the three supreme races—the demon race, the insect race, and the mechanical race—went, war raged and smoke filled the air, turning the once peaceful starry sky upside down.

Even the Crystal Clan and the Prison Clan, who had always lived in seclusion in the southernmost part of the primordial universe, could not escape the sudden invasion of war.

Under the combined onslaught of the strongest beings from the three races, a large portion of the territory of the Prison Race and the Crystal Race was forcibly torn off.

The high-ranking members of the Crystal Clan and the Prison Clan, the strongest beings in the universe, and the Lords of the Universe also fought against the allied forces of the three races, but unfortunately they were no match for them. After each of them lost a Lord of the Universe, they could only watch helplessly as their territories were taken away, their eyes filled with rage.

"Damn these three races!" roared one of the Crystal Race's cosmic lords, his voice filled with boundless grief and indignation.

"If we don't avenge this, my Prison Clan swears we are not human!" The Prison Clan's high-ranking members, at the Universe Lord level, said through gritted teeth.

……

The flames of war in this primordial universe burned fiercely for countless eons.
