The Lord of the Heavenly Eclipse Palace in the Swallowed Starry Sky

Chapter 5: Preparations for the Peak Genius Battle

The Peak Genius Battle is a grand event held by the Virtual Universe Company once every ten thousand years. All Eternal Star level contestants from the entire human race can participate, including Eternal Star Level 1 to Eternal Star Level 9.

With humanity's vast territory, the number of participants is in the trillions! Although the Ultimate Genius Battle is only a contest between stars, it has still attracted the attention of numerous interstellar powerhouses. This duel is not only a display of wisdom, strength, courage, and faith, but also the best opportunity for billions of stars in the universe to change their destiny!

For Li Yang, although the little guys at the Hengxing level are far too weak for him right now, it is undeniable that all the strong rise from humble beginnings! Compared to the attitude of other Venerables who presided over the Genius Battle as if it were just a perfunctory task, Li Yang undoubtedly attached great importance to the Peak Genius Battle!

"Third brother, I called you here because the ultimate genius competition of my Virtual Universe Company is about to begin, and I will be the host. You'll be my assistant!"

"Okay, teacher!"

"In the past, the Genius Battle has always followed a pattern of preliminary rounds, arena matches, and then the finals. However, during this process, some rankings are still determined by the virtual universe system itself. Although this doesn't cause any problems, it's inevitable that some contestants will be dissatisfied."

"Third brother, I'm now sending the news of the upcoming Peak Genius Battle to the rulers of all universes. Based on your experience from previous Genius Battles, please refine some details of the process and draft a preliminary plan for me!"

"Okay, teacher, I'll go get ready now."

"Okay, go ahead!"

With this in mind, Li Yang contacted his AI companion, Xiao Zi. After considering everything and confirming that nothing had been overlooked, Li Yang decided to have all the major cosmic nations begin the registration process as soon as possible.

"Little Purple, now send the news that my Virtual Universe Company is about to hold the Ultimate Genius Battle to the rulers of all the universes, and tell them to pay attention! The preliminary rounds of this Ultimate Genius Battle are scheduled to begin in three years. Inform them that I, the Palace Master of Heavenly Eclipse, am paying special attention to this matter, and there cannot be any mistakes!"

"Yes, Master, this email has been sent to all 880 cosmic rulers!"

Xiao Zi quickly took care of the matter.

"Master, all 880 cosmic rulers have replied to your email and sent their greetings!"

He is currently a top-tier cosmic overlord and could break through to the realm of cosmic master at any time. These cosmic venerables are quite eager to get closer to him!

Moreover, having spent many years venturing into the primordial planet and the outer battlefields, I have protected many human cosmic venerables, so it is only natural that they would treat me with respect!

Sitting in his own private plane within the virtual universe, Li Yang silently surveyed the endless changes of the virtual planes! His thoughts drifted back to his own time in the primordial era!

Recalling the scene from over 10000 epochs ago when he participated in the Cosmic Peak Genius Battle, Li Yang couldn't help but smile!

Although he was only at the Heng-level at that time, he was already the undisputed number one genius in the universe from the preliminary rounds! His reputation spread throughout the entire human race. Whether in the preliminary rounds, the arena, or the finals, he won first place in his year with a crushing victory and was hailed as a peerless genius who appears only once every hundred million epochs!

Directly gain access to the Primal Secret Realm!

In the initial thirty years of the universe, he even passed the 8th level of the Bridge to Heaven! Far ahead of other geniuses of the same period!

After the Battle of the Peak Geniuses, he became the pride of the Sky Eclipse Clan, and from that moment on, he became the owner of the Sky Eclipse Star System! If this had happened before his transmigration, it would have been a significant achievement, deserving a separate place on the family tree!

Time flies! I never imagined I'd be hosting the Genius Battle now. I wonder if any of these kids are worth watching this time. I hope they can seize this opportunity and make a name for themselves!

At the same time, after 2000 years of refinement and creation of secret techniques, as well as the transformation of his mindset during his travels, Li Yang is now able to perfectly unleash his power as a top-tier cosmic overlord!

Although this change makes the finals a little longer than the original plan, for a powerhouse like Li Yang, that's less than the time it takes to take a nap. Li Yang is happy to give these youngsters more opportunities to showcase their abilities!

"Hmm, this plan is excellent! I'm very satisfied. Distribute this plan to all universe nations! Each universe nation will have 2000 slots in this final competition. Also, notify everyone that the preliminary rounds will officially begin in two years!"

"Yes, Master, the email has been sent!" Little Purple replied.

"Alright, I'll be watching the next battle of geniuses with bated breath!"

"Help me contact Ancestral Tree. I'm waiting for him in the Eclipse Star System. Tell him I have some fine wine and ask if he's coming."
