The light fragments from the anti-magic field continued to drift in the air, and the oppressive aura of Uriel's arrival almost solidified into a tangible form.

The air thickened like glue, and the mage squad that was mopping up the remaining enemies in the distance stopped what they were doing and stared in horror at the center of the battlefield.

Rednas strained to lift her head, a barely perceptible hint in her eyes.

But Yunev didn't care about that; he just looked at Uriel.

Even if it's just a clone... anger welled up inside me.

But reason prevailed, and Yunevo saw the radiating dark gold patterns spreading out from beneath Uriel's feet.

The patterns are intricate and precise, and the soil in the places they pass through even crystallizes and turns to ash... as if the source has been extracted and then injected into the patterns themselves.

Alchemy array?

Or is it a decomposition matrix?

Yonivore's expression immediately became incredibly interesting.

He didn't know how to express it for a moment, but the feeling, along with some long-suppressed emotions, burst forth and turned into an absurd and mocking laugh.

Uriel's imposing, cold face turned to Yonivore, his brow furrowed: "Facing imminent death... and you can still laugh?"

"It's just mocking an ignorant fool..." Yunevo's smile widened, his tone flippant, like the "trash talk" segment unique to before a major battle.

"A decomposition array centered on the caster attempts to decompose a designated creature that enters the array by assimilating and spreading energy, right?"

The black-robed alchemist stepped forward and sneered, "But you seem to have overlooked one thing... In alchemy, the extent to which the laws bind me far exceeds that of you."

"This also means that, with alchemy alone, no one can defeat anyone else."

Uriel sneered, and the dark gold patterns on the ground, like venomous snakes, lunged at Yunevo!

And Yonivore... took another step forward.

He had been holding this breath for far too long.

From being surrounded and nearly killed, to the underground stronghold being completely looted, and then to the ambush that they couldn't escape in the Wayne Forest.

Even in Starmoke, the Church was still trying to infiltrate and assassinate them...

It's so frustrating.

Like a mouse that has grown sharp claws, it can only scratch a few bloody marks in front of its natural enemy, the cat, no matter how hard it tries.

The feeling of being hunted, hiding, and constantly on guard against hidden attacks never disappeared; in fact, it became even more intense.

And now?

He broke the anti-magic stance, killed the Templar Knights, and the mage squad controlled another part of the church's elite forces. Rednas was also a traitor.

Even worse, that fool Uriel tried to trick him with his half-baked alchemy.

It's a perfect, overwhelmingly favorable situation.

He just felt...

Fresh blood is gushing from all the old scars all over his body.

Every organ is working frantically for this moment...

There were no many words, just a hammer blow that made the world pale in comparison.

Time seemed to stretch out for a very long time.

Rednas watched as Yunevo's entire right arm cracked inch by inch, then instantly healed under the violent regenerative power, only to crack again, then heal again... in a never-ending cycle.

At the center of the hammer blow, the ground cracked open in a downward-sinking, vortex-like shape, transformed by some pure, extreme force... irrationally.

Then, the entire arena sank downwards, starting from Yunefu's feet, within a radius of twenty-five meters... all the holy runes and the broken armor fragments were pulverized under the terrifying pressure!

And underground, at the core of that anti-magic barrier...

Broken.

Starting from the internal structure, under stress impacts that exceeded its limits... it completely collapsed!

The last trace of suppression left by the anti-magic field vanished at this moment.

"You!" Uriel's voice revealed shock and anger for the first time.

But Eunice didn't give him a chance to finish speaking.

The next punch followed immediately.

The root sac that produced the [Oak Skin] emitted a shriek once more due to [Self-Eating], along with the [Spellbreaker Bone] in the chest cavity, all accompanied by an uncontrollable rage...

It pierced through the chest of Uriel's clone!

And so, Uriel... was hastily taken offline in this battle.

Watching the crimson figure vanish, Yunefu looked at his palm...

Perhaps he will never be able to deliver a punch like that again.

He strode over to Rednas, whose face was deathly pale, grabbed her by the collar of her inner armor with his left hand, and tried to drag her back to Starmoke.

"Yonev..." Rednas wiped the blood from the corner of her mouth, wanting to say something.

"Don't worry, she won't die. Her magical energy channels are easy to restore," the black-robed alchemist interrupted her, raising his head to look at the mage squad that had brought the situation under control. "Iseria, it's time to take everyone and evacuate!"

Nehta, the ratman, shouted, his tail whipping a signal flare into the crossbow—a crimson light exploded, signaling the agreed-upon "Great Victory, Complete Retreat."

Across the plains, the mages who were mopping up the remaining enemies all stopped, and the mages who had been assigned to ambush the church reinforcements in Hart City also retreated in an orderly manner.

They returned to Starmock with the prisoners—including Olivia, who was under control, and several Purifiers who were captured alive.

The plains returned to silence.

Only the broken obelisks and the lingering smell of blood and acrid burning remain, telling the story of the war's brutality.

The night wind blew, stirring up sand and dust.

When Tedes and Nehta led their squad to the gates of the Bronze City, Junev and Rednas had been waiting for a long time.

The city gates opened again, and people were packed everywhere—from academy lecturers to commoners, all holding their breath as they watched the triumphant procession and the figure in black robes at the head of the procession.

The old abbot stood atop the city wall, and with solemnity and respect, performed a Buddhist salute to the entire group.

Then Yoniv stepped through the gate.

Behind them, the procession filed in, and a thunderous cheer erupted at that moment.

The wounded were taken away for treatment, prisoners were taken to a cold and harsh prison for guarding and interrogation, and the combatants helped each other to the rest area.

Yunevo handed Rednas over to two high-ranking mages: "The Templar Knight Commander, but she's probably from another faction within the Church. She knows a lot, so be careful... in every sense of the word."

"Understood," the two mages bound Rednas and helped her away.

With everything over, Yunevo breathed a sigh of relief.

Exhaustion washed over him like a tide, his whole body ached, and his right arm... unsurprisingly, needed to be bandaged again.

Iselia trotted over to Yunevo, her little face stern, arms crossed, and gave a cold snort... her eyes fixed on Yunevo's right arm hidden behind his back.

"Frozen milk jelly...three of them, shall we eat them now?" Yunevo touched his nose, feeling a little guilty.

Then Iseria knocked him on the head and dragged him to the medical area.

Night had fallen, but the mages' revelry, unique to them, was illuminated by the crystal tower, becoming dazzling and colorful.
