Blake kept glancing in the direction of Rosen and Ray, his eyes filled with unease.

After all, the two men had just had a conflict, and it wouldn't be good if they started fighting again.

Unexpectedly, a few minutes later, Blake saw Rosen and Ray walking over arm in arm.

"My name is Phil, this is Dennis, and this is Donnie. We're a team. I need to confirm if you're qualified to join our team. What impressive achievements do you have?"

"Did you see the news about the high-speed car chase in North Los Angeles last night? I was that driver."

Phil and Dennis exchanged a glance, their eyes showing surprise.

Donnie stared wide-eyed at Rosen, never expecting that the person his boss had been asking about would appear right in front of him.

"Wow! Is this for real?"

"Of course, the Los Angeles Police Department is looking for me everywhere right now, why should I take the blame for this?"

At this point, Rosen's reputation in the underworld came into play, and Phil and Dennis quickly came to believe him.

Phil, the team leader, reached out his hand to Rosen.

As he spoke, Phil gave Dennis a look, and Dennis pulled out a map of the Los Angeles suburbs from his pocket and pointed it out.

"This is our destination!"

Rosen leaned closer and saw that Dennis was referring to a Pacific Standard Bank branch located in the suburbs.

"A bank? You're robbing a bank?"

Upon hearing the words "bank robbery," Donnie immediately focused and moved closer.

"What, are you scared?"

Dennis looked at Rosen, but Rosen showed no fear whatsoever.

"Ha! Scared? How could I be! I'm just wondering why you chose this suburban bank; there's not much money in there!"

Phil was very satisfied with Rosen's performance, so he offered an explanation.

"Because we know an underground jeweler has stored millions of dollars worth of jewelry in this bank's safe deposit box! The bank's security is so-so, and its location is so remote—could there be a better target?"

Donnie nodded repeatedly. If what Phil said was true, then it was indeed a good target.

"This is so interesting! You guys had this all planned out, didn't you?"

"Of course, all you have to do is drive us and get us out of here after the robbery is over."

"Oh? Let me test you! How many security guards does that bank have? Where is the monitoring room located? How many customers does it usually have? How quickly will the police arrive at the bank after the alarm is sounded...?"

Rosen's words left Phil and Dennis speechless. Their plan was simply to prepare the weapons and vehicles and decide on the specific day to make their move; they hadn't considered so many other issues.

Seeing their reactions, Rosen knew that these two were complete novices and not professional at all.

Phil swallowed hard, then asked Rosen.
