"You actually pushed me?"

"You actually dared to push a male insect?!"

A male insect wearing a dazzling fluorescent yellow coat suddenly fell to the ground with a thud.

With a very graceful and slow movement.

Maritin collapsed to the ground, turning to glare at the female insect that had 'pushed' him. "Don't worry, you'll definitely regret this! I swear by the Insect God."

"What nonsense are you talking about? I didn't push you at all!"

Palos's face flushed red.

Heaven and earth can bear witness that his hand never even touched the male insect.

"You're just trying to extort money from me!"

Palos is Ash's mother-father.

He runs a small shop that mainly sells household goods. He employs one cashier, and Palos only comes to the shop occasionally.

To his surprise, when he arrived at the store today, he discovered a male insect lurking around suspiciously, actually stealing things!

The shop assistant pulled him to a corner and whispered to him that this wasn't the first time this male insect had come to steal things.

Because of the fact that the other party was a male insect, the shop assistant did not say anything.

Before they could pursue the shop assistant's responsibility for concealing the theft, Palos saw the male insect swaggering away, so he took a few big steps forward and stopped the insect.

The male insect vehemently denied stealing anything, even threatening, "How dare you slander a male insect! I'm suing you for defamation!"

Palos was furious.

He couldn't search a male insect's body, and Malidin took advantage of this to be so arrogant.

During the struggle, the male insect fell to the ground in a rather clumsy manner.

She pointed her finger at him and demanded compensation, "I want compensation for emotional distress! Oh, and medical expenses too!"

"You've thrown dirty water on me without any evidence, and this behavior has caused me great harm, both physically and mentally."

"They even pushed me maliciously, leaving marks on my delicate skin."

Malitin rolled up a corner of his sleeve to show Palos.

Not even a red mark was left on her fair skin.

This caused Palos's expression to completely collapse.

He tried to keep his voice calm, "Sir, please forgive me, but I cannot see where you are injured?"

This provoked Malitin to immediately retort, "Are you blind?!"

Looking down, I couldn't find any wounds.

Malindin avoided the topic, instead saying, "What about compensation for emotional distress? There should be compensation for emotional distress!"

Palos looked at the male insect sitting on the ground, acting like a scoundrel, and felt a splitting headache.

This was the first time he had encountered such a difficult situation.

"Sir, I can let bygones be bygones regarding what you stole. Let's compromise."

Palos chose to keep the peace.

Malitin glanced at the female insect from top to bottom and let out a heavy snort.

He wasn't going to let Palos off so easily. "Either you compensate me, or I'll call the police and let the police handle this."

Palos's eyes widened.

Is he really being extorted?

The male insect's self-righteous attitude made the other insect grit its teeth. It even offered to let the interstellar police handle the matter. It was unclear whether it had something to rely on or was certain that they wouldn't do anything to the male insect.

The male insect's identity is the best protection.

Palos swallowed his anger and prepared to settle the matter privately, but the male insect made an outrageous demand, asking for a full 500,000 star coins!

Maritin's eyes darted around. "Your shop must make a lot of money in a year, right?"

Palos was so angry he was about to vomit blood. Five hundred thousand star coins was almost two years' worth of his income. If he just gave it to the male insect like that, he would have worked for nothing all year!

Finally, the two insects couldn't reach an agreement, and the patrolling police on the street arrived.

They argued for a long time, and the police advised Palos to downplay the incident, implying that Palos should pay compensation to appease the male insect.

Palos choked on his breath.

He didn't go home for a long time. His family called and, after learning what had happened, they were all very anxious and rushed over.

Ashel also came.

He had already stepped halfway out of the house when his brother, Gaponi, rushed out in a hurry, grabbing his clothes. Ashel asked him a question.

It turned out that a male insect had a conflict with its female parent, who demanded 500,000 star coins or she would sue the female parent for intentionally harming the male insect and send him to the police station.

Ash was a little worried and sent a message to the lord on his way there, saying he would be back later.

"Sir, there are surveillance cameras here, so your charge of intentional assault is unfounded."

After arriving at the scene and learning about the situation, Gapuni frowned as he looked at the male insect.

In his view, the male insects were simply being unreasonable and were clearly trying to take advantage of them!

The male insect knows best what the truth is.

Gapuni thought that after he said that, the male insect would realize how unfounded the accusation he had made against his female father was, and would stop there.

However, he underestimated the male insect's limits and the extent of its unreasonable and disruptive behavior.

Malitin remained seated on the ground, showing no sign of getting up, as if he would just sit there idly if they didn't meet his demands.

"Go ahead and check the security footage if you want!"

Malindin showed no remorse whatsoever, appearing completely at ease. He raised his chin and said, "Even though his hand didn't touch me, the expression on his face terrified me so much that I fell to the ground."

He reached behind him and touched his back, making a gesture of intense pain. "My back still hurts! Maybe I should go to the hospital for a checkup."

The male insect kept making noise and rolled around on the ground in front of the Palos store, attracting many insects to stop and watch the spectacle.

At this point, the male insects interfering with his business becomes secondary.

The important thing is how to solve this problem.

Palos and his companions were pulled aside by the police, who were also helpless against the male insects, and whispered among themselves.

"Why don't you just give him the money?"

"Although the male insects are asking for a lot, this stalemate can't go on forever."

They lowered their voices. "This male insect is a repeat offender. He's had conflicts with other shop owners before, and without exception, the male insect got away scot-free, while the shop owners were sued for a large sum of star coins."

Palos and the others' expressions changed upon hearing this.

Gaponi exclaimed angrily, "Why? This is too much of a bullying for insects!"

Can a male insect simply sit on the ground and howl a couple of times and effortlessly achieve his goal? Obtain a large sum of star coins without lifting a finger?

Is there no justice left?!

But the truth is just that unreasonable.

Palos is now filled with regret. He said remorsefully, "If I had known he was stealing, I would have pretended not to see it, and this wouldn't have happened."

Gabriel frowned. "Female, you did nothing wrong. The fault lies with this male! Who could have known he would be so unreasonable? He's a disgrace to male insects."

Fortunately, the insects had gone far enough away, otherwise, if the male insects had heard Gapuni's taunts, they would have caused a huge commotion.

Ashel looked at the interstellar police officers, his brow furrowed. "The surveillance footage is all there; there's evidence proving this was all staged by the male insect. Are you still going to side with the male?"

This is absolutely unbelievable!

Even baseless and untenable claims become plausible when attributed to male insects? And not a single insect questions it? They all consider it perfectly normal?

The police's message was clear: they wanted them to suffer in silence.
