Learning to Love Again

The next morning was very busy. Su Lian was getting ready for her first day at work while Su Yichen was getting ready for his first day at school.

The two got dressed before having breakfast and rushing out.

When Su Lian dropped her son off at school, she saw rows of luxurious cars lined up in front of it.

She gets out of her car and walks with her son to the front of his new classroom.

"Are you ready baby?"

"Yes." Su Yichen nods his little head and takes his racecar backpack and lunch box from his mother.

"Have a good day, okay."

She kisses his forehead and watches him go inside the class before she heads off to Infinity Corp.

At the company, the employees were scrambling about.

Their new President will be arriving today and they have no information on her. The only thing they know is that she is from the Headquarters in America and is the company's Managing Director.

She works directly under the company's owner!

How can they dare offend this existence?

The company was cleaned spotless and most people had on their best outfits. Who didn't want to make a good first impression?

The front door swings open and a stunning trio walk in.

The young woman in front is breathtaking, every feature on her face is refined, especially her beautiful green eyes. Her black hair is styled in long beach waves which fall neatly past her shoulders. She is wearing a black, knee-length sheath dress with a full-length, golden zipper going down the middle. A black and gold designer bag in her hand and a matching pair of designer shoes on her feet.

The two following behind her are both foreigners, a man, and a woman.

The woman has on a white, silk button up shirt which is tucked into a grey pencil skirt. Her brunette hair is styled in an up-do that sits neatly on top of her head.

The man is very handsome, his blonde hair is cut in a comb-over and he has slight stubble on his chin. He has on black pants with a matching blazer and a pair of shiny shoes.

They aren't anyone else but Su Lian, her assistant Ryan and her secretary, Bella.

Although the three draw a lot of looks, no one associates them with the new President. They are simply too young.

Ignoring the looks they receive, the three head towards a door built exclusively in a corner, it is a private elevator that goes straight to the 40th floor where the President's office is.

Before Bella can take out her keys to unlock it, they are stopped by a middle-aged man.

Su Lian immediately recognizes him as the man who had been with Murong Ning the previous day.

"The Cheating Husband"

He also recognizes her as the woman who had an altercation with Murong Ning and had a child with an old man for money.

"The shameless slut"

He simply assumes that she is a new intern and puts on a haughty expression.

"What are you doing here?" He asks in a displeased voice.

Although this woman is very beautiful, she is far from clean so he won't waste time on her.

He had been waiting at the elevator for the new President to arrive so that he could make a good impression to keep his position or even get a promotion.

He is the assistant financial manager at the company. His boss, the manager had been fired after Jim Silva's scandal because he was being bribed. Being the assistant, he knew his position was not stable so he decided to suck up to the new president the moment she arrives.

Su Lian raises an eyebrow.

'This is the kind of scum that works at the company? No wonder it's a mess.'

Looks like she will need to start to clean up immediately.
