Chapter 31 She Is The Official Wife

Zhu Qian was shocked by Mu Hua’s stern look and his cold gaze.

Was he defending Xia Ran?

Zhu Qian couldn’t retort. She had to endure it.

“I have to go to the company later, so there’s only Aunt He at home. If you think it’s inconvenient, I can arrange for two more people to take care of you.” Mu Hua arranged Zhu Qian’s future accommodations.

He brought Zhu Qian home to take care of her, not to agitate Xia Ran, but because he wanted to be with Xia Ran.

That way, he could go home every day and spend time with Xia Ran. Besides, he didn’t like being in the same room as Zhu Qian every day.

It was better to do it under Xia Ran’s nose.

With so many people in the house, it was easy to discover that she had regained her vision.

Xia Ran was in the bedroom alone. She wasn’t in a good mood, so her expression was gloomy.

She still had baby fat on her face, and her profile looked cute.

“I’m going to the office. Be good at home.” Mu Hua walked over and gently ruffled her hair.

She could accept living with another woman, but she still had to watch Mu Hua fuss over her. Wasn’t she obedient enough?

Mu Hua shook her head and turned away to change.

Xia Ran also got up and followed him. She liked Mu Hua’s figure very much. He was tall and well-proportioned, and he had just the right amount of muscles. He was like a model.

Every time she touched Mu Hua’s abs, her mood improved.

However, she couldn’t touch his abs openly today. She could only take a peek.

Mu Hua had just taken off his clothes when he felt a gaze secretly looking at him. He immediately discovered Xia Ran hiding at the door of the cloakroom. Her big round eyes were very bright.

“Come in.” Mu Hua knew that Xia Ran was here to peek at him. In the past, every time he changed his clothes, Xia Ran would sneak in and ask for kisses and hugs.

She was probably too embarrassed to come in openly and wheedle today, so she could only take a peek.

Xia Ran didn’t expect to be discovered so quickly. She walked in shamelessly.

Mu Hua didn’t waste any time. He grabbed her hand and placed it on her abs. “Touch it. You like to touch me, don’t you?”

This touch was really amazing!

Xia Ran really wanted to touch it a few more times, but she still retracted her hand reservedly. “I’m not that lecherous. I came to get my clothes.”

Considering the baby in her belly, she pushed Mu Hua away. “Mu Hua, aren’t you going to the office? Don’t waste time.”

“It can wait.” Mu Hua’s eyes were full of lust.

“No, I’m not going to be a bad woman.” The excuse Xia Ran found was funny.

Mu Hua laughed. Xia Ran was so cute.

However, he did have a very important meeting today and needed to rush to the office. It was summer break for Xia Ran and there was nothing much to do.

He kissed Xia Ran. “I’ll let you off today. I’m going to the office.”

Xia Ran blushed and nodded.

After Mu Hua left, Xia Ran slept. She didn’t sleep well last night.

She didn’t know how long she slept. Someone was trying to open the door, but she had locked it, so she couldn’t open it from the outside.

Only Auntie He and Zhu Qian were at home. Auntie He would never open the door without informing them, so it could only be Zhu Qian.

Xia Ran opened the door and looked coldly at Zhu Qian. “What are you doing?”

“Oh, sorry, I thought this was my room,” Zhu Qian said to Xia Ran expressionlessly.

Xia Ran rolled his eyes. “There’s no room for you here. You’re just staying here for a while.”

“Really? The room you’re in now should have belonged to Mu Hua and me, right?” Zhu Qian said through gritted teeth.

Xia Ran scoffed. “Are you delusional? I’m the one who’s married to Mu Hua now. I’m the wife. If you want to blame someone, blame the heavens for being blind. Why didn’t they let you be with Mu Hua?”
