Losing to become the richest man starts from the game

May 30, Monday.

Liang Liang Fan with the design drawings of the gold maze came to the horror of the hotel.

This week, he basically in the state of poppothied liver, but did not feel hard, but very excited.

The architect is out of this matter, can be short, some housing enterprises for high turnaround, even specifically, the design institute is required to receive the marketing household and design requirements, and the day will be mapped.

This is just a relatively extreme example, it is very unreasonable, but it is enough to see the hardships of the construction industry.

For Liang Guangfan, the gold maze is not the tight and hardest project he receives, but it is the most exciting project.

The reason is nothing more than three: money is very good, no one is too much to point to the hand, ask this to change this, the design itself can be used to play a lot, very interesting.

Since it is designed in accordance with your own ideas, there is sufficient voice and sufficient funds, then every architect's inspiration and enthusiasm will be fully excited.

Come to the office of the hostel, Chen Kanguo and Shi Zirui are already waiting.

"Two a long time, I will talk about the design of the gold maze. But some details may not be as perfect, but also the teacher you need to refine it."

Shi Zirui rushed to nod: "Of course."

Liang Lan began to explain its design to drawings.

"After experiencing too solid measurement, I found this factory room to be empty and plasticity, but if you want to make a maze that the summary requirements, it seems that the area is almost a point."

"After all, the shops should be large enough to store enough products, and in this premise, the shops are hidden, and the area of the maze itself must be large enough."

"So, in the first time, I should take into account this feature of the factory to pick up a high level, and the overall gold maze should be used to use the height of the space, and the vendors are displaced and create a three-dimensional maze. "

"At the same time, this type of misal, you can also make a seating area, ornamental area. When you take a break in this area, you can see 2 ~ 3 commercial location, and you can look at it. It will drive them to continue to find the store you have before, after all, I have seen this shop, which can inspire visitors's exploration. "

"Of course, I see it, I am not a matter."

"At the same time, it will stay in all the ornamental districts and the seating area. The usual export is good. There is no difference with the maze channel. If there is an emergency, there will be an emergency indicator, which is convenient for tourists to evacuate, evacuate."

"Considering the period of time, we must use a large number of steel structures. After all, it is not our money, you can not consider the problem of cost."

"As for the renovation style, this is a simple effect picture. Although the effect of the summary requirements is the glory, I think it is not suitable for the pure gold, it is easy to visually fatigue, and the actual effect may appear. Compare the soil, let people think about the outbreaks wearing big gold chains, and the temperament we want is deviated. "

"My consideration is that the basic style of the entire labyrinth is consistent. In order to ensure the unity of the style, we can consider using a variety of luxurious temperament, and then match the specific light, and create a luxury, Do not let visitors feel that soil. "

"At the same time, the area where each shop is located can make different details, for example, in the shop area of young people, sell some hand and surroundings, use some symbolizers, energetic, unrestrained red and light, rich Orange; "

"In a shop area that is more likely to be mature, some quality souvenirs are sold, using symbolizes reason, quiet blue;"

"In some more warm shops, you can sell couples, theme costumes, etc., consider using wine as a embellishment;"

"In some shops selling interesting gadgets, with a mysterious purple match, considering purple and gold are more rich in tones, it may cause space imbalance, you need to use white and other tones to make spoons "

"These shops have direct employees, not open to tourists, easy to purchase, and let the staff do not take a labyrinth every time."

"At the same time, we can also arrange random small vendors in some special areas of the maze, sell some interesting little girls."

"In this way, visitors want to find a fixed shop area, as long as they judge around the surrounding environment, they can determine if they have to go wrong."

After all, always let us design the purpose of this maze, and provide tourists with a novel and interesting shopping experience, not really to persuade tourists. Give a little prompt, let tourists keep the feelings and mystery It is not because the shop is too hard to find, and the driving force of shopping is lost. "

"Roughly is the case, is there any opinions between two?"

Liang Guangfan roughly explained, looked up and looked up.

Chen Kanguo and Shi Zirui are in touch with: "Great! No opinion!"

Liang Guangfan is sinking: "What is the idea of two is told that changes in the demand for Party A is a normal thing, don't be embarrassed."

Chen Kanguo shook his head: "No, I really feel that this program is very perfect! Including the seating area to look at the store, the different colors are designed with different colors, I am very like."

"At the same time as the total requirements are completed, the functionality and practicality of the entire mall is guaranteed, and the perfect balance between exploration, entertainment, shopping and other experiences."

"I always tell us that professional things will be handed over to the professional people, do not pass the way to pass. Just like the general trust of Yan Da, we must have complete trust in your design!"

Liang Guangfan couldn't help but smile. It seems that the spirit of the generals has been inherited by Tenda's employees, and this kind of Party is really a peaceful.

He also looked to Shi Zeirui: "Shi Shi, you have to be responsible for the construction, there is something wrong, you must make it as soon as possible, I have been modified."

Shi Zirui shakes his head: "No opinion! Light look at the drawings, Liang teacher is really solid, all aspects are very thoughtful, this imagination is more envious! Anyway, let me design such a maze I can't do it. "

"Although I don't want to admit that the foreign monk will be read, the fact is true! Fortunately, I always come from the devil, otherwise this maze is not doing well, I am not going to carry a pot?"

Liang Liang Safai smiled: "Where is the teacher, I think you are mainly responsible for the project of the hostel at the same time, so it's a matter of designing. If you can also be designed, you can also perfectly complete the demand."

Two people have blown each other and is very satisfied with this program.

"Okay, then I will give this program to Li, let them seize the time to arrange people."

Liang Liang sailsted a yawn: "Well, the two are busy, I have a bit in the past few days, first go back to make up. If there is any problem, please feel free to contact me."

......

More than an hour, Li Shi came to Chen Kang's office.

"Li, this is the mall design plan we give."

Chen Kang Duo two people with Shi Zirui, and introduced Liang Guangfan to Li.

Considering that Li is not a professional, Shi Zirui did not speak too much in the process of introducing, mainly to explain the whole design ideas, ideas and specific features.

Just saw the extremely complex structural diagram and the magnificent renderings, Li Shijun hopped.

A shopping mall is full of gold, like a luxury counter, but also doing so many complicated structures, how much is it?

Don't I do this?

However, he heard Chen Kanguo and Shi Zirui's explanation, Li Shi Xinzhong suspected that the smoke was scattered, and it was a proud sense.

It was originally thinking that this program is milking, but after listening to the whole design, Li Shi felt, so that it is expensive, but it does have effect!

Not only can you be a mall, but also as another tour of the hostel, through this special way, you want to blame the customer, you want to welcome it, you want to say it ... In short, you can create a good thing, excitation tourists. Shopping is!

Moreover, the most critical places are that, has always been in this program, and it has a big effort!

Do this of the mall in the labyrinth, is definitely awkward

Such a delicate and complex design plan, such a style decoration style, is definitely spent a big price, please come to the professional designer special design?

This is enough to explain that it is always very valued!

The summary of the summary, does this project still do not make a truth?

So, why is it very important?

Li always feels that it is obviously because of the total temper.

He has already judged, and he is always a very calm person. How much is it for you, let you drink how much soup is entirely considered for the intake of ice.

If you don't actively send this shopping mall, bear the cost of renovation, share half of the profits, the balance will definitely not cost this plan;

It is precisely because I have contributed this part of the profit to the summary, and I will further bundle everyone, and I will always consume some brain cells to give an excellent design.

Take a look, this is going to win!

In the final analysis, this cooperation can be achieved, or because of its exact grasp and trick of the Popularity.

Is that I should wear a small red flower?

Chen Kangu introduced the plan and said: "Li, if you have any opinions or suggestions about this plan ..."

Li Shi Yifeng: "No, there is no opinion!"

"Since it is a plan given by Baidu, it must be no problem!"

"I will arrange it, fight for starting as soon as possible!"
