Love Betrayal

A MONTH LATER....

"CHAO LI, YOUR GONNA BE LATE! HURRY UP!" Qiu Feng shouted.

"What's the rush, it's only the monthly competition?" I said.

Each month, all the students at Tan Shang gather together to get their rankings. This determined what class they we're gonna take and how much power they have. Qiu Feng dragged me out of the dorm and said " We don't have time, let's get going." I similed at her and walked to Main Street. Main Street was packed than ever, Academy Teacher Liang Fen walked up to the platform and said " Students, here another Monthly Competition begins. Like usual the newcomers go first then the people who have the lowest ranking from last month starts first, from their we will go up. Remember these rankings mean everything so make sure you do your best. When you come up here, put your hand on the stone and your opponent is decided."

All the newcomers from last month including me walked up to the platform.

"Chao Li" Liang Fen said.

I walked forward and bowed to him. I put my hand on the stone and the name Yang Hui appeared. This is gonna be tough, I thought.

Yang Hui got in his position and I got in mines.

"Start" Liang Fen said.

We walked in a circle waiting for each other to move first. Since he didn't strike first, I stroked and he doged. The battle was back and forth until my vision became blurry, Yang Hui took of this advantage and striked. I flopped to the floor, I tried to get up but I couldn't see a thing. I was like a blind person trying to find it's way, the crowd started to laugh. In the end, Liang Fen blew the whistle when he saw something was wrong. He took my hand, felt my pulse and got up.

"Qiu Feng!" Liang Fen yelled.

"HERE!" Qiu Feng screamed back.

"Take her to the medical room, something wrong with her."

"Yes."

At that moment, Snow appeared and smelled me, he laid on my ŀȧp and fell asleep.

"There's something wrong." Liang Fen said.

Qiu Feng helped me up and sent me to the medical room. The monthly competition continued on as I left.

MEDICAL ROOM.....

"Here, put her here." the doctor said.

Qiu Feng helped me on the bed and I layed down. The doctor came and felt my pulse and said "She's poisoned."

"Do you have a cure?" Qiu Feng said as she panicked.

"I don't have a cure, but even if I did she doesn't need it, half of the poison is already gone."

"That's good but do you know what is the poison she got?"

The doctor shooked his head and said "No, this poison is strange, the side affects allows a person to be blind and weak, it looks like it was from two poisons."
