Loving You: A Blessing or a Curse?

"Are you sure you-"

"Don't try to change my mind. I already said that I will go wherever you go."

Su Lian nods her head while Su Qiong brings out his phone. "I'll call a taxi to take you home."

"No need. I texted my driver earlier on, he should be here soon."

"You have a driver?" Su Qiong asks slightly suspicious.

"Yes, he came with the car and my new job position."

As if on cue, a shining white Rolls Royce stops in front of the house.

Su Qiong stares in shock while Su Lian climbs in. She turns around to face her brother's frozen figure. "Aren't you coming? Yichen is waiting at home, I'm sure he'll be excited to meet you."

He pulls himself back to reality and gets in the car. "Th-this is yours?"

"Yup." Su Lian replies nonchalantly.

"From where- how?" Su Qiong still could not believe it. Even their father can't afford to have a car like this.

"I told you, it came with the job."

"What job do you have?" He had thought that she had worked as an accountant or small manager, but there is no way that either of these positions would provide her with such an expensive car.

"I'm an executive at Infinity Corp. Have you heard of it?"

"Yes, of course." Su Qiong widens his eyes incredulously. "You have an executive job there? What's your position?"

"I'm the Managing Director at headquarters. But I came back to be the President of the branch here in China. It's only temporary though."

Before long, they arrive in front of Su Lian's villa. Su Qiong who had managed to calm his heart and digest all the new information was once again blown away by what's in front of him.

He looked at his sister's straight face and thought back to how he had offered her money. She clearly didn't need it.

While Su Qiong tries to sort his mind out, Su Lian has her gaze fixed on what she hopes is just an illusion.

A silver Maybach is parked right in front of the gate of her home.

Seeing it, she freezes in shock.

She would be a fool if she couldn't recognize the car. It's the very one she had been abducted in.

Leisurely leaning on the side of it was his tall figure.

Su Lian felt mortified. Has he gone inside her house? Has he seen Yichen? Did Yichen see him?

What exactly is he doing here? More importantly, how the f*ck did he get her address?

He went from kidnapping to stalking.

Su Qiong notices his sister's distraught appearance. "What's wrong?"

She shakes her head. "It's just an unwanted guest. I'll take care of it." With that, she steps out of her car and stomps towards him.

Seeing her figure making a beeline for him, Han Yuan raises the corners of his mouth and forms blooming smile.

She's back.

He's been waiting here for her for almost three hours now.
