65-24 Exchange Part 2

The Exchange is still going on.

The whole morning leading up to the luncheon was supposed to be Q&A and instruction on Magic Instrument technology.

Jen and Illumina Ratkin are primarily responsible for this.

On the part of the Principality of Norha, magic minister Mikko Bee Saffron and technology minister Jarby Keefe will dominate.
