Magicraft Meister Part 3

"It's over."

King Mericarance I of the Kingdom of Klein, Queen Josephine Lumeth Klein, and First Princess Lizabeth Leah Klein breathed a small sigh of relief when Corwin Raqqa Kiddo, Minister of Magic and Technology, said, "Well, it's all over.

"Well, that went off without a hitch.

"It was a lot of fun, wasn't it?"

"Yes, father, mother..."

"Lizabeth, you did great."

Merikarrans I, as a father, praised his beloved daughter.

"Well, Your Majesty, the Knight Commander has something to report."

The knight of the Kingsguard reported.

"Yes, I understand. ...... you go back to your quarters first."

Mericarance I said to the queen and the princess and went to the knights' quarters to hear what the captain of the knights had to say.

The knight's office was located in the village of Euzo, the village headman.

Meanwhile, Yuzo Mayaka, the mayor of the village, asked Jin to take him for a ride on the .

Of course, Jin (Jin D) was the pilot.

"Oh, wow!　It feels so good to be in the sky!"

Yuzo and Mayaka were very excited.

"Jin-dono, is it not possible for an individual to own such a ?

"Yes, it is. I don't think it is impossible.

At this point, Jin came up with a good idea.

"Why don't you rent it?

"Rental?　You mean rent, right?

Yes, that's right. With the village's budget.

This event probably brought in about three times as much money to Toka Village as the village had ever received.

Of course, it is the income of the village as a whole, so it cannot go into the mayor's pocket.

However.

"It's for emergency use, isn't it?"

"For emergencies. ......"

"Toka village is quite far from the nearest town as well as the capital. If something unforeseen ...... happens, such as illness or accident, it would be difficult to cope with it."

Other uses include emergency rescues and searches for missing persons, Jin explained.

"I see. ...... Then we can rent one with the village budget!"

Yuzo and Mayaka were very enthusiastic.

After another 15 minutes of flight, the <> landed.

After that, Jin was very busy.

He is planning to invite all the northerners including Zion to Nido Castle for the launch party.

So Rubina and the others consulted with Lao Tzu, the organizer of the party.

"Hey, Lao Tzu, do you think it would be a good idea if we go to Nido Castle too?

"I don't think so. Let's ask him.

"Please."

Lao Tzu's main body, Lao Kun, told Jin in Horai Island that he knew one of them, Rhodes, and that there should be no problem to meet him.

"Yeah, that might be a good idea. ......I'll check with Zion and the others and if they say it's okay, I'll call Freddy and Eris too."

The result was <>.

"Wow, I'm so happy!

Rubina and the others were delighted,

"What, what?"

Freddy and Elise were momentarily taken aback,

"We are honored!　Please let us participate!"

"I'm so happy, Jin-sama!"

They were overjoyed to announce their participation.

I'm so happy to be a part of it!

However, the people of the Kingdom of Klein were not in a position to be so carefree.

"Well, first of all, they planned to attack Toka and Kaina villages using a golem. These two are the perpetrators, huh?"

"......"

The two, broken by Reiko, readily confessed to everything, so the interrogation was easy.

But...

"Your Majesty!　Why are we made to sit on the ground like this!

Is this the way of the Klein Kingdom?

"Don't play games with us!　We are innocent!　We are the ones who are responsible for the fate of our country!

Garrison and the others captured underground in the Aegila mines were very troublesome.

"We demand to be treated as nobles!"

First of all, they were too assertive to be interviewed.

"What can I say to those who think differently?　I will remain silent!

I don't understand what you're saying.

"Don't treat me like a criminal until the verdict is out!　I demand better treatment!

His attitude is too big.

But one of them was so honest that he confessed,

"Traitor!"

"Traitor!" "Betrayer!"

"Curse you!"

The interview proceeded smoothly, amidst such invectives as "Traitor!

And later, in the Kingdom of Klein,

"The Marquise of Arx shall be fined 10 million Tol (about 100 million yen) per year for the next five years.

The current head of the family, Jurgen Arx, is the only one who has been fined.

The current head of the family, Marquis Jürgen Sanaf Arkes, is the Minister of Food and is in charge of the country's kitchens. He is a competent man, and it is not a good idea to remove him from his post.

He also disowned Garrison early on, so he did not have him demoted.

"Too severe a penalty will lead to resentment, too lenient a penalty will lead to leniency. ....... It is difficult to know what is the best punishment for what one has done.

Mericarance I, King of the Kingdom of Klein, later said to his queen: "It's not easy to get a reward for a good deed, but it's not easy to get a good punishment for a bad deed.

And then...

In the hall of Nido Castle, there were guests from the Nordic Federation, including Sion and Rhodoth, three people from Onogoro Island, and Eris and Freddie, the current lords of Kaina Village.

It was only natural that they would be there,

"...... Ah, Grina."

...... Freddy"

And so on.

The banquet seemed to be in full swing even before it started.
