After Maxton Manor's clean-up Glass made Jeb replace Barron Maxton so that no one would suspect his death. Jeb was similar in so Maxton in all but the face, since Maxton never let anyone see his face, it would be surprisingly easy to replace him. As for Queen Vivian, she was safe pretending to be the head mad of the manor. As the country believes that she and her children died due to illness.
