She said that she would be over shooting her target by 20%. This was expected anyways, then the boss said, 'I need your support, can you contribute 10% more? There is a deficit from other members, I need you to compensate it,' Tina looked questioningly at her boss and said 'What is there in it for me?'.. Boss didn't expect this question..she never asked such questions, she would say that she would try and always pull out extra and support her team. I will try to do it.. Its just that I have been compensating a lot for the team, but in turn I am not getting anything extra..
