My Magical System

Yeman was strolling outside when suddenly, he felt a presence nearby. Because of his perception stats, it's not hard for him to detect a presence within a radius of 70+ meters around him.

He followed the path to where they passed by just a moment ago. This path led to the back most of the rundown buildings. They also passed here a while ago.

Seconds later, he leaped on his right, where an alleyway was.

Sneak! Yeman used a skill after he leaped. Without a second thought, he jumped from wall to wall in a zigzag.

*Thump!* *thump!*

His feet landed on the roof of the building at his left.

His pursuer quickly followed him when he turned at the alleyway.

Woosh! It dashed forward and suddenly paused at the alleyway when it noticed the guy it following gone of its sight. This alleyway has 70-80 meters long from one side to the other.

"Eh, gone? How did he..." The pursuer was shocked. "How did that weak guy manage to cross this alley in an instant?" He/She continued. "Don't tell me he noticed that I'm following him?" The pursuer couldn't believe what has happened.

It was unbelievable for someone like Yeman to cross the 70-80 meters alleyway in just a second. Then the pursuer craned its neck to look up. The wall was quite high, but not impossible to climb. The problem was, it's unthinkable for Yeman to do it. And he's weak, so there was no way he could climb it in an instant.

Yeman peeked down to see who was his pursuer. He was currently in an invisible mode because of his sneak skill and was looking down from the roof. His eyes meet hers. But he believes she couldn't see him. Because in her eyes, there was no reflection of him.

"Mina?" He was quite surprised when he identified who the person following him. Hmn, why she following me? I already got permission from Uncle Ronny. But she still went and followed me?

"Hah, I can't understand this girl's way of thinking," he sighed and turned his head from left to right.

Mina furrowed her brows. The guy she followed was suddenly has gone. She's unaware that the guy was currently looking at her from above, with a smirk on his face. Right now, for him, he was able to rival her speed.

"Better leave now, who knows what she will do if she finds me," he mumbled.

Ka-tak! Ka-tak! Ka-tak!

He was about to leave when he noticed another presence.

He closed his eyes to discern more and deepened his understanding.

"Monster..." He was able to tell who this presence from because it's different from humans aura. "What, not just one but... 10 new presence?!"

Yeman exclaimed. "Oh no, their heading to the alleyway!" He quickly opened his eyes. "This is not good!" He grumbled.

Thud!

He landed behind her. Mina jerked her head to look back, but before she could do, something unseeable covered her mouth. She tried to struggle, but another unseeable something hugs her and strangled her arms and body.
