Veia said to Duke Brandi with emotion on her face. She had long sworn to herself that she would exact revenge on that vampire.

"That's good. Make that vampire suffer for me. If it's possible, bring his skull here, and I will hang it on our entrance as a trophy."

Duke Brandi nodded his head and said to her.

"That's… A little too brutal for the visitors isn't it?"

Rant Valo turned his head to Veia.

"Hmm… I think we should sleep in my room, Master."

Veia held her chin in thought before saying to him.

"Alright. That'll be fine."

Rant Valo nodded his head.

"Hohoho! You both don't have to worry. The room is 100% soundproof."

Duke Brandi winked at them.

Rant Valo stared at Duke Brandi in incredulity. He couldn't believe that his father-in-law would actually say such a thing.

"Fufufu. The soundproofing in the rooms here is proven and tested."

Veia's mother winked at Rant Valo and Veia. One would wonder how it was proven and tested.

Veia raised her arms high up into the air as she entered her old room. Rant Valo was following behind her. As for Floriana Sabina, she had been assigned another room by Duke Brandi. She couldn't even join them as technically, Rant Valo and Veia were the only couple here.

Rant Valo said to her with a rebuking gaze.

"No buts! Once I reach Master Floriana's level, I will think about it."

Veia snorted, and she jumped onto the bed before covering herself.

Rant Valo sighed seeing her act like that. He then joined her on the bed, but he faced his body away from her.

Veia suddenly turned around and wrapped her arms around Rant Valo.

"Veia, what is it?"

Rant Valo asked her with annoyance on his face.

"Let's just do it once, Master. You're already quite strong…"

Veia whispered into Rant Valo's ear temptingly.

Rant Valo hid his face onto the pillow and said to her.

Veia giggled and whispered again.

Rant Valo shouted. He then stood up from the bed with his pillow and laid on the floor.

"H-Huh? Master, why are you sleeping there?"

Veia looked at Rant Valo in panic. She didn't expect that her master would resist her charms even to this point.

Rant Valo said to her.

The next morning, Rant Valo woke up first. The floor was cold, but it was bearable for a cultivator like him.

Floriana Sabina's voice sounded from the inside.

Rant Valo opened the door and entered her room. He immediately noticed Floriana Sabina who was sitting on the bed cross-legged.

"Close the door."

Floriana Sabina said to him. Rant Valo furrowed his eyebrows in confusion as he closed the door behind him.

"Did you do it with her?"

Floriana Sabina's eyes sharpened as she stared at Rant Valo.

"No. I didn't."

Rant Valo answered candidly.

"Really? You both were left alone inside a soundproof room, and Veia is very sexually active."

Floriana Sabina asked Rant Valo skeptically.

"Of course not. I even slept on the floor just to avoid her advances."

Rant Valo shook his head and explained to her.

"...Okay. I believe you."

Floriana Sabina nodded her head after staring into Rant Valo's eyes for a while.

"Come here. Cultivate beside me."

Floriana Sabina patted the bed beside her.

"Alright."

Rant Valo nodded his head and sat beside her.

"Disciple, do you know how powerful your cultivation currently is?"

Floriana Sabina asked him.
