I have a fever, please take a day off today

My temperature started to rise when I got home from get off work. I had a headache and couldn't write. I just took some medicine and I'll see if I can wear it out a little tomorrow. I'm really sorry. The weather has been cooling down in the past two days, so everyone should keep warm.
