After the ceremony ended it, was already evening, Kozuki walked towards his home.

Kozuki heard that the troops at the Sand Village had returned in the morning.

He knew both Kurenai and Shizune were in the sand battlefield, and according to their character they would surely be in his home.

Kozuki knows Obito being alive means, Madara must have found someone else who he was totally ignorant about.
