When I woke up, I found myself lying on a bed of the infirmary. To know why, I dug up my memories just before I collapsed.

All I could remember was that I got kissed by Hoshino-san, then Mai-san showed up there, after which, I decided to head towards school ahead of her?

What was even the meaning behind this?

I got off the bed which was closed off by curtains, then spread the curtains wide, glancing at the clock on the wall.

The hands of the clock were pointing at 12 o’ clock. 

12 o’ clock?! Isn’t that noon already then. What was I still doing over here then.

Since it’s now lunch break, the infirmary doctor should also be here but… no one’s here. 

I wonder why there was no infirmary doctor present during the lunch break. Also, I don’t know why but somehow I feel extremely relieved. 

I don’t know why and how, but somehow I feel incredibly refreshed.

[TL: Oh no~! Already!? someone stole his… oh come to think of it, mouth was also there.]

My backpack was placed right next to my bed. Therefore, I took my backpack with me and headed out from the infirmary towards the classroom. 

Since there were only a few people present in the classroom at that time, there wasn’t much of a reaction when I entered the room. 

After lunch break got over, everyone started returning back to their respective classrooms. 

I felt a little awkward but still behaved as my usual self as much as possible. 

After some time, Neiro-san came over to speak to me. 

“I’m so glad to hear that you are alright, Sorata-kun. I was really worried when I heard that you were sleeping in the infirmary but I’m glad that you came back, safe and sound.”

“Thank you.” I responded to her like that.

“But why were you sleeping in the infirmary?”

About that, even I don’t know why. Why did I fall unconscious? Who carried me to the infirmary? I don’t know.”

“I don’t remember that either. I am sorry.”

“U~un. It’s alright Sorata-kun. Also, you know Sorata-kun, I came here thinking about one more thing, can I?”

“Sure, go ahead.”

“Sorata-kun, are you free after school today?”

“Yes I am free. But what about it?”

“Can we hang out together later?”

“Hang out? with only me?”

“Yes. With only Sorata-kun”

“What? Seriously? I’m invited to hang out? Yay!”

I am kind of tired, but I will definitely go and hang out.

They say sweets (desert) have a different stomach even after having your stomach filled, similarly in this situation hanging out and enjoying myself is surely another thing. … Won’t I give any reply back. What am I even thinking at a time like this.

I have to reply to her quickly.

“Uh-uh-uh, o-o-okkkaaay, I–IF you-you-you are ok with me, then surely.”

I fumbled my words terribly. I can’t feel any more embarrassed than this.

I felt my cheeks getting red with embarrassment so I tried to cover them with my hands in order to hide.

“He-he, Sorata-kun is so cute! Okay, it’s decided then! Sorata-kyun.”

“Yeap, please treat me well.”

“Ah I forgot to mention that even my sister will come with us too.”

“Eh?”
