(Doctor Andrei Gilbert's Statement)

For all I know, I did not want this,

My goal is to give you a better world,

Not a world waiting to perish,

I did not intend to...forgive me,

If I got blinded by innovation I deemed gold.

I wanted people to never ever get sick,

After I lost my four children due to a pandemic a decade ago,

I wanted to see, a world with no weak,

But perhaps I got carried away by my selfish ego.

I did not see this coming, how truly blind of me to play God,

God did not want this perhaps, but it's too late,

Now all we can truly do is wait..

I wanted to make you all a second heaven,

Without truly knowing what to you I have given,

I gave you all hell, where we all would soon die together,

I know some of you still hate me to the core,

I hate myself too, for I have failed you,

My brothers and sisters.

They have no weaknesses, but to be aimed at the head,

But with their growing number, does it matter?

At the end of the day, we'll all be dead,

So there's no reason to be a fighter.

Just spend time with your family,

Don't go outside if you want to live a little longer,

I wish I could have reset time so casually,

But things like that don't exist, our time's over.

All I can hope is that heaven does exist,

So those who are innocent won't hurt forevermore,

And even if I'm not on the list,

I'll take that as my curse, for causing you all to suffer.
