Update time change instructions

First of all, I want to tell you the good news. I am adjusting my schedule.

The reason I was able to update at ten in the morning was because I stayed up until two or even three in the middle of the night to write a half chapter. Then get up at 7:30 the next day and write a half chapter on the way to work or in the office.

This is too much for my body and energy. You can imagine what it feels like to sleep for only four hours every night and then get up to work.

And I have persisted for years.

This can't go on any longer, this kind of desperate effort is actually overdrawing my professional life span and my life span.

There is another reason that really made me decide to adjust my schedule and stop staying up late-my hairline moved up a little bit.

I didn't stay up late yesterday and slept very well. I haven't experienced the feeling of going to bed and getting up early for many years. Usually, even on weekends, I stay up all night and burst my liver.

That feeling is really touching, no dizziness, no lack of energy, only refreshed,

Yesterday's condition was very good, so I was satisfied with what I wrote, at least the quality is guaranteed.

Today I can’t update in the morning because I didn’t stay up late at night.

Well, the update time will be changed in the future. The update time of Chapter 1 is 12 noon-2 pm (see the code word status at that time).

The second chapter update time is 8 pm-23:00.

The manuscript is not saved, so sometimes the text gets stuck and it is impossible to update on time, so I leave two hours as a buffer.

On this basis, I try to keep a big chapter. Then, if you take the time, you may be able to pay a little more for the leader. As long as the body is in good condition, the codeword efficiency will definitely increase.
