Our purpose has been fulfilled

Our voices will be heard

My footsteps along a midnight blue

Glass without a flaw

My weight drawn to the center

The heart of the forest

The pixels ahead bright and gleaming

Against the heavy roars of the animals

Surrounding its pure, frozen stance

Never flinching from the predator

Always ready to take action

When I place my finger over its screen

hovering under my eyes

As they gaze at the cages

Full of dying, helpless creatures

Awaiting their demise

We are not these creatures

We have a purpose we craft

With the cages we throw over ourselves

We limit our thoughts to reality

As if it has control over us
