One Piece: Luffy's Big Brother.

Days passed, then weeks and then months.

Winter was near as the air outside was becoming colder and chillier each passing days.

Something rather special happened during those months, Edam gained a new professor to teach him about Rokushiki.

Garp didn't have time to teach him and even if he did have some, that would still be in vain as Garp wasn't proeficient in Rokushiki.

One day while he was exercising his Shigan, a large, muscular, tan-skinned man, with short purple hair and a pair of glasses came in the house court saiying.

"Oy ! Garp are you here ?" The said while entering.

"Oh ? Z, it's you ? what are you doing here ?" Garp who was lying comfortably on a couch eating rice cracker turn his head to look at the one who came in. As the sun was almost set Garp already came back from work.

Edam who was focused to the extreme on the target in front of him murtured " Z... ?"

" Z...wait...Z like grandpa Zephyr ?" it took him a long moment but he still came back to himself when he heard the name "Z" and then turn around.

Turning around he then saw the man and shouted " Oh...! Grandpa Zephyr what are you doing here." He then run excitedly to him as Z replied in return while laughing happily " Oh...! you're here too, little monkey ?" He then rubbed Edam head.

"Yes I'm here, Grandpa took me to become a navy soldier !" he said smiling a bit.

"Heee... then it seems that the world will witness the birth of a true hero it seems, Hahahaha... cough, cough, hahaha..." He said laughing hard but also coughing hard.

"Are you sick grandpa ?" Edam said worringly as he tried to hold him.

"Don't worry it's nothing...haha..." Zephyr said laughingly.

Garp who heard that said sarcastically " Go on and continue to smoke..." he looked by the corner of his eyes as he said that while still eating his rice cracker.

"Shut up you old monkey, you too smoke so shut it would you ?!"

"Heh but I don't need an aerosol like you !"

"What did you say ?! You want to fight ?!"

"Pfff...can you even fight ?"

"Bring it on ! You think I'm afraid of you because you're the Marine's Hero ?!"

"Humph you think that your puny and tiny black fist can stand to my fist of love humph."

"You shitty hero, you only defeated Rocks because I wasn't here..."

And then a ferocious verbal fight began between an ex-admiral and a Hero while Edam laughed a bit before returning to his training.

*Few hours later*

Meanwhile Garp and Zephyr were discussing.

"So how are the kids and Rubie ?" Garp asked while drinking a glass of wine.

"They are good, Zaph became a vice admiral in a marine's base in the new world and I've plan to make Z Jr join the Marine when he will be in age to." He said with a faint smile.

"Heeeh...Then both him and Edam will surely meet each other huh..." Garp said plainly.

"That's right, and like that Z Jr will become his right hand." Zephyr said with a smile.

"You're talking about that again..." Garp said with an annoyed look as if he was fed up by that.

"Of course again..., this kid has literally saved Rubie and Zaph's lives even if it was unintentionally or that it wasn't him, it was still him in a certain sense. And for that I will love him like my grandson too just like yourself for the rest of my life."

"But still that's... it was twenty something in the past" Garp said exasperatly.

"Listen Garp, this kid or his background has undeniably saved my entire family's life that day and this is something, this is the debt of a lifetime, that I and Zaph couldn't fulfilled. But my grandson will be able to." He looked at Garp with a serious gaze.

"The kid won't accept this and you know that without talking about the fact that they are friends."

Zephyr's face which was serious a moment ago finally relaxed and he said " Then never mind I only want Z Jr to follow him at least."

"Heeeh... So little Z will be able to keep up with him you say...?" Garp said curiously.

"Heh ! Even though he can't be place at the same level as Edam he still has a lot of potential you know, after all they do have some similarity." When Z said that he looked at Edam and thought about his grandson.

"Ah right he's not entirely human was it ?"

"Humm...His mother is a rabbit minks that my idiot of a son fell in love with..." An annoyed face was present when he said that.

"What ? you don't like her ?" Garp asked.

"No it's not her who piss me off, it's that idiot who serve me as a son who piss me off..." he said angrily while drinking all his glass if wine in one fell swoop.

After finishing his glass he continued.

"He was already engaged but he still...Haah...anyway it doesn't really matter now does it?" Z sighed in the end.

"Right...and why did you come again ?" Garp asked.

"Oh, yes, Sengoku told me that you would go to Marie Geoise right ?"

"And ?" Garp said.

"And I'll come with you."
