In the movie, it took almost two or three months from Catwoman stealing fingerprints to Bane sealing off Gotham, and then another three or four months until the fusion reactor exploded.

So in this short half year, I can't focus on how Bain does things.

So I would write about the events in New York in probably less than ten chapters, and then fast forward directly to Bane blowing up the bridge.

Then the Phantom Thieves return to Gotham.
