"Alright."

Anyway, there will be another airdrop later.

While I'm at it, I'd like to show the students who still have a glimmer of hope the oppressive feeling of the "shrinking circle".

Having already warned about the shrinking circle, are there really any fools still waiting on the outer perimeter...? Otherwise, we should just bring over a few traps and wait for the lucky ones.

......

"It seems that the capsules we can find around here will only yield ordinary enhanced guns at most."

Deep in the dense jungle.

Horikita Suzune looked at the small pile of universal capsules that everyone had collected on the ground and said with some distress:

"The only more powerful life-saving equipment we can hope for is the 'airdrop' that Black Ball mentioned, or that 'mysterious merchant'."

Honami Ichinose frowned slightly, but she knew that Horikita's words were true.

It has to be said that their team was actually quite lucky.

Not long after Ichinose arrived, she found the [Y-GUN] capsule in a tree hole nearby.

She was able to quickly find her companions using the radar function and was very fortunate to meet Horikita Suzune, who had the same goal as her.

The team has now grown in size.

Besides the two of them, several other girls, including Amasawa Ichika, Matsushita Chiaki, Kushida Kikyo, and Sato Maya, also gathered together.

With Ichinose and Horikita Suzune acting as outer perimeter guards, they conducted an almost carpet search of the surrounding area.

But even so.

Aside from managing to barely allocate a black ball weapon to each member of the team, the rest of what came out of the capsules were survival supplies like [Pomelo Fruit], [MC Milk], and even [Single's Den].

Therefore, under the current circumstances, further searching seems to be a waste of time.

It's getting late now.

Although the deep darkness of the night would help in finding the glowing capsules, a sense of foreboding inexplicably rose in Honami Ichinose's heart.

It's as if... something is awakening in the darkness.

Before Ichinose could figure it out...

"Class monitor."

Tianze Yixia, who had been following at the back of the group, suddenly stepped forward.

She pulled a card from her pocket and, unusually seriously, began to speak:

"Squad leader, I have something I'd like to ask you."

Honami Ichinose looked at this junior student whose actions were always unpredictable:

"Just tell me, I'm listening."

Tianze Yixia held up the card and explained:

"Didn't I get pulled into the senior students' exam room by the black ball before? I did find that so-called mysterious black marketeer back then."

"It's a pity that I don't have enough item points to buy any decent life-saving items."

She pursed her lips: "But at the time, all the items were 50% off, and I thought I shouldn't make a wasted trip, so I used the points I had to buy what I could afford."

"One is the [Golden Apple] that can be used to save lives, and the other... is this [Parasitic Beast Fusion Card]."

Upon seeing the words on the card, Kikyo Kushida, who had been resting nearby, covered her mouth in surprise:

"Eh? Tianze-kun...you're planning to fuse with a Parasite?!"

Matsushita Chiaki also stepped forward to remind them:

"Tianze, don't be impulsive! Parasites are dangerous and might even take over your brain!"

Maya Sato echoed, her tone anxious:

"Exactly! Even if you don't care about your own safety, you should at least think about everyone else! What if you get controlled by a monster and turn around and attack us?!"

Faced with doubts and opposition from the public.

Tianze Yixia was surprisingly calm.

She nodded:

“I know this is risky.”

"But since the black ball dares to put it up for sale, it means there is a possibility of successful fusion!"

She turned her head and looked directly into Honami Ichinose's eyes:

"Squad leader, you know my situation. I could die at any moment."

"I don't want to die."

"So, I'm going to take a gamble."

"Without the enhanced suits, relying solely on these conventional weapons, if we encounter even slightly stronger monsters later on, our entire team will likely suffer heavy casualties..."
