Chazuki looked up and, through the gaps between the tall buildings, watched helplessly as countless cannon shots rained down on Godzilla.

But before the shelling had even stopped, they noticed that some of the bullets had hit the tall buildings around Godzilla, seemingly intended to bury them.

Seeing this, Chashu Sakae no longer hesitated.

She grabbed Hoshinomiya Chie, who was still in a daze, and ran wildly towards the entrance of the underpass at the street corner without looking back.

"Stop spacing out! Let's go!"

Immortals fight, mortals suffer.

Even though this monster named Godzilla currently appears to be simply wreaking havoc in the city with its enormous size, without displaying any fancy abilities.

But Chabashira Sae was very clear-headed.

If they are unable to eliminate them in time, and the authorities resort to more extreme heavy firepower, Chabashira Sae doesn't believe that the stray bullets and shockwaves will have eyes and deliberately avoid these two weak women.

Fortunately, although we were in Tokyo in another world, the general urban planning was not too different.

Following the panicked crowd, the two managed to squeeze into the wide underground tunnel unharmed, using it as temporary cover.

"Huh...huh..."

Hoshinomiya Chie leaned against the cold wall, panting heavily, her eyes filled with fear.

Chazusa's brows furrowed even more deeply.

This is clearly not a long-term solution.

If a large-scale collapse occurs in the surface buildings, and the entrances and exits are blocked, hiding here is like being trapped in a jar.

Moreover, she wasn't entirely sure if there were any other monsters besides Godzilla.

We cannot sit idly by and wait for our demise; we must find a way out for ourselves.

Just as Chabashira Sae was forcing herself to calm down and looking around for other safe passages.

Following a series of gasps ahead, she witnessed the parasite casually tossing aside the White House staff.

Although it looked somewhat bizarre, none of the White House staff members who were thrown in suffered any fatal injuries.

"Ayanokoji!"

Chabashira Sae instinctively took a step forward, just about to call out to the other person.

But Ayanokouji Kiyotaka only glanced at her indifferently.

There was no respect a student should have in his eyes, nor any desire to communicate. He then turned and disappeared into the chaos outside without looking back.

Chabashira Sae raised an eyebrow, puzzled by the meaning behind his gesture.

Could it be... that because I was a riddle teller for a while before, he now doesn't even bother to talk to me?

Before she could even come up with a solution...

"Tea stick...look over there!"

Hoshinomiya Chie tugged hard at her sleeve and raised her chin, pointing to the other side of the tunnel.

Chabashira Sae turned her head and saw an exquisite mechanical doll made entirely of metal leading several girls slowly towards her.

She didn't recognize the doll, but she did recognize Kikyo Kushida, Haruka Hasebe, and Masumi Kamuro, who were following behind the doll and were wearing advanced training school uniforms.

As the surrounding refugees panicked and tried to avoid the mechanical doll, Chabashira Sae gritted her teeth and, together with Hoshinomiya Chie, took the initiative to go and meet it.

"Tea Pillar Teacher? And Hoshinomiya Teacher?"

When Kikyo Kushida saw the two of them, she was slightly taken aback, clearly somewhat surprised.

Chabashira Sae nodded, her gaze shifting to the mechanical doll beside her.

Before she could even ask.

Orianna's voice rang out: "Hello. I am the mysterious merchant for this exam, and we will protect you."

"Us?" Chabashira Sae was taken aback. "Are there... many mysterious merchants this time?"

If that's the case, then it does explain the increased difficulty of the exam.

After all, if there are safe zones and supply points everywhere, the survival rate will indeed increase significantly.

Kikyo Kushida quickly waved her hand and explained with a wry smile:

“No, teacher. When Miss Leona says ‘we,’ she means her and the puppet floating beside her… They are beings of one mind and one body.”

Orianna nodded and turned around gracefully:

"You all stay here."

“I’ll go and bring the other lost ‘friends’ over. I can’t let you die.”

Upon hearing this, Chabashira Sae suddenly interrupted:

"As the mysterious merchant involved, what do you know about that monster called Godzilla?"

Kikyo Kushida also realized what was happening and quickly echoed:

"Yeah! And while you're at it, show us the store list this time too!"
