Volume 1: Chapter 199 Are you joking at this moment?

It was cold, damp, and had an unpleasant smell.

Nanase Tsubasa looked around at the completely unfamiliar, dense forest.

She quickly accepted the fact that she had been forcibly dragged into the senior students' exam room.

"Weren't you with anyone else...?"

The girl frowned slightly.

He glanced down at the black ball watch on his wrist.

Unfortunately.

Because she had previously used her accumulated S points to purchase the [Enhanced Suit] and the basic [Black Ball Battle Blade].

Later in the Godzilla instance, all she got were item points.

There was no controller, nor was there X-GUN radar.

It's fair to say that she's facing a completely clueless start.

Just as Nanase Tsubasa was biting her lower lip, preparing to check the black ball watch to see if she could use the item points to exchange for equipment as an emergency.

"Swish...swish..."

A soft, rapidly approaching rustling sound of leaves came abruptly from behind her.

Nanase Tsubasa suddenly turned her head to look.

What came into view was a gaping, bloody mouth that reeked of a foul stench!

A mutated giant python, as thick as a water bucket, used the tree trunk as cover to bite down on her head!

Too close, too fast!

Instinctively, she did not choose to swing the black ball sword to block.

Because she knew very well that without the ability to charge up her power in the enhanced suit, it would be difficult to escape if she were entangled by a giant python of this size.

Since that's the case, why not prioritize strengthening ourselves!

She expressionlessly pulled out the capsule containing vampire blood.

Crush it with a single hand, and it's instantly refined!

"Pfft!"

The giant python took a bite and swallowed Nanase Tsubasa whole!

......

Thirty seconds later.

Accompanied by a series of hurried footsteps, three students dressed in advanced training uniforms followed the signal on the Y-GUN radar, parted the bushes, and arrived here.

"The radar shows the green dot is right here... Damn it! That beast ate it!"

An older boy, looking at the giant python coiled on the tree trunk, gritted his teeth, raised his gun, and prepared to kill it to see if the classmate he had swallowed was still alive.

However, before he could pull the trigger...

"Sizzle—!!!"

A blade suddenly burst forth from the giant python's back!

Immediately afterwards, the blade sliced through the python's tough scales and spine from bottom to top, extending all the way to its head!

A stench of blood and entrails filled the air as it rained down.

Under the astonished gazes of the three upperclassmen.

Holding the black ball sword, Nanase Tsubasa stepped out of the giant python's split belly with a blank expression.

"You are... Nanase Tsubasa, a first-year student?"

The senior high school girl who was leading the group stepped forward and looked at the junior girl who looked like a killing machine, her eyes flashing with surprise.

Nanase Tsubasa looked in the direction of the sound.

"Ayase Natsumi, a senior in high school?"

Although they weren't exactly close, she had met these senior testers a few times during the joint training in the Mental Time Chamber, and at least she could remember their names.

Ayase Natsu nodded and put down the Y-GUN in her hand:

“We were just wondering who could have survived under such circumstances. If it was you… then it’s not surprising.”

Nanase Tsubasa gave a faint smile, neither confirming nor denying.

Wiping the blood off her sword, she turned and asked:

"Senior, are there only three of you in this area?"

Ayase Natsumi's face darkened, and she shook her head with a sigh:

"It's not just this area. Strictly speaking, we're not in the original exam room anymore, but have been drawn into an extra instance called the 'Resurrection Match'."
