Rather, it's more accurate to say that this world, cracked due to its weak spatial structure, either merges with other worlds on the verge of collapse, or it becomes an anchor for a unique entity like the Back Chamber. There are virtually no other possibilities.

The text on the black ball has finished displaying.

The group of people around immediately fell silent.

They remained silent.

They might gaze intently, pondering the crisis it represents; or they might slightly open their mouths, wanting to ask more questions to confirm the details.

But the black ball was clearly an emotionless, procedural machine, giving them no chance to interrupt and simply proceeding according to the established procedure.

[Answer complete. Your five-minute preparation time is also coming to an end.]

So... it's time.

[As a reward for your courage to take the first step in proactive exploration, I will be adding a new test option to the existing test.]

The two options have different levels of difficulty and rewards; you can choose either one.

Test 1 - Ace of Spades (Survival/Hunting)

[Time Limit: 24 hours]

The game rules are as follows:

[This test will be conducted outside the normal timeline. In a different world, a powerful curse master, in order to achieve his ultimate goal of 'assimilating Tengen with all of humanity,' set up a barrier in Tokyo, forcibly infusing a large number of ordinary people with curse power and awakening spells, thus forcibly initiating a cruel survival game—either fight or die, namely—'The Death and Annihilation Return'.]

Ordinary people who are marked and selected are forced to enter the barrier and become "Swimmers" (players) in order to avoid going berserk and dying due to the expiration of their cursed power.

The only way to advance in this game is by accumulating points through kills: 1 point for killing a regular swimmer, and 5 points for killing a legitimate sorcerer; once you accumulate 100 points, you can request a new rule to be added to the system.

What you must do is enter it. By accumulating points and adding rules, you can disrupt this bloody game of Death's Return!

The ordinary swimmers and orthodox sorcerers you kill will be converted into points for your Black Ball items in a proportional manner. The final ranking will be based on the total number of Black Ball items.

[Mandatory condition for starting the exam: Accumulate 100 points in the Death Return System.]

As the text for the first option dims, new text appears:

Test 2 - King of Hearts (Containment/Protection)

This is an additional optional test.

Within this infinitely expanding alternate dimension lie countless rooms of various types and levels. Upon entering, prominently displayed signs indicate a difficulty level (0-5) for survival; the higher the number, the more likely a fatal crisis will occur. Additional levels, including undetermined and pending, are also included.

[Within the rooms, only a few floors are safe and contain food, and a very few passages lead back to reality. Most floors are filled with physical monsters corrupted by mental pollution and mutated by the original and even linked worlds.]

Your task is to contain and protect them!

[Containment: Monsters that are difficult to destroy using conventional physical methods are contained within Y-GUN's extradimensional containment space using the Black Sphere equipment.]

[Protection: Ensure the safety of similar individuals (intruders/civilians) appearing on different dangerous floors and move them to a safe area.]

For each monster you rescue, you will receive the same points as if you killed it. The final reward will be based on the total number of people you successfully protected, which will determine your ranking.

[Mandatory condition for starting the exam: The number of monsters contained must reach the required level (*3).]

So... what is your choice regarding this?

Looking at the two completely different routes on the light screen.

"A sorcerer... a sorcerer? A barrier and Tokyo...?"

Miko Yotsuya stared intently at the first option, keenly noticing the detail: "Could this description of the exam venue be set in the world where Professor Gojo lives?"

"I'm afraid that's the case."

Netkura Asako nodded solemnly in agreement, "Death Returns... how dare he do something like this right under Gojo-sensei's nose... isn't he the world's number one?"

In the previous extra lessons, they already knew how abnormal Gojo Satoru's status was in his world.

Is this some kind of trouble...? Has something happened to Gojo-sensei?

Yotsuya Miko swallowed hard, then turned to the others and asked:

"In that case, the first one is Gojo-sensei's world. The second one... judging from the photos and descriptions that the black ball just showed, it should be the 'back room'."

"What do you all think we should choose?"

The voice just fell.

With his arms crossed, Yagami Takuya scratched his head, feigning a pitiful expression, and spoke up at the opportune moment:

"Looking at the requirements of these two tests, they both seem to be types that allow for the rapid collection of scores."

“If we had chosen the first test, we would have even had the opportunity to seek help from Teacher Gojo, and our survival rate should have been quite high.”

"But the problem is that the hard requirement to pass the level is to kill people to accumulate points... Whether it's an ordinary swimmer or a sorcerer, they are all living, breathing human beings."

Takuya Yagami sighed, looking compassionate: "In comparison, in order not to cross our bottom line... perhaps it would be better to choose to test in the back room?"

"After all, there's no need to kill each other."

Upon hearing this, Kiyotaka Ayanokouji gave him a dismissive glance with deadpan eyes.

As one of the first completed products to emerge from the White House, he now has the help of the parasitic beast 'Zero' to enhance his five senses.

He had long ago seen through Yagami Takuya's seemingly sunny but actually cold-blooded nature, which was very similar to his own.
