Is the closed beta test of King of Loque over? The official release is here!

The mayor of Maple Snow Town raised his cane.

The red jewel at the top of the cane glowed faintly.

"very good."

"You caught eight ice lake silverfish, which meets the minimum requirement for this mission."

"Here are three cocoa fruits and five Locke coins."

"As your reward for this mission."

Several beams of light then appeared in front of Zhao Mingyuan.

Three cocoa fruits, emitting a faint fragrance, slowly coalesced.

There are also five Locke coins next to it.

Zhao Mingyuan reached out and accepted the reward.

[Received 3 cocoa beans.]

[Received 5 Locket Coins.]

Seeing the reward, he finally felt a little better.

Although it's only the lowest rating, three cocoa fruits and five Locke coins aren't too bad.

At least we didn't spend so much time in the cold wind by the frozen lake for nothing.

Zhao Mingyuan put all the rewards into his backpack, and then immediately asked:

"Mayor, what's the next task?"

Although the first six missions were somewhat troublesome, he had successfully completed them all.

He certainly couldn't give up at this point.

However, before the mayor of Maple Snow Town could speak, footsteps suddenly came from a nearby house.

Immediately afterwards, several players emerged from within.

There are five people in total.

The leader was a girl.

She had short, neat hair, an oval face, and willow-leaf eyebrows.

Below the corner of her eye, there is a very noticeable beauty mark.

It gives people a heroic and dashing feeling.

Behind her were four team members.

Zhao Mingyuan was familiar with these people.

Both sides are simultaneously undertaking a series of missions in Maple Snow Town.

After several previous encounters, he already knew the other party's identity.

Vanguard Guild.

Like Rukawa, they all come from the Vanguard Guild.

However, these individuals do not belong to the Yunhai City branch.

Instead, it came from Linjiang City.

The short-haired girl who was in the lead was named Ji Yan.

He was the captain of this five-person team.

Ji Yan walked out of the house, her gaze falling on Zhao Mingyuan.

She raised an eyebrow slightly when she saw the wooden bucket next to him containing silver fish from the frozen lake.

"Just finished the fishing mission?"

"You haven't given up yet?"

Zhao Mingyuan glanced at her.

Why should I give up?

Ji Yan spoke calmly.

"The tasks ahead can indeed be completed by one person with just a little more time."

"But starting from the next step, it takes more than just time."

You're all alone.

"Staying here is just a waste of time."

She wasn't deliberately mocking Zhao Mingyuan.

Everyone has already personally experienced the difficulty of the previous tasks.

Even the five of them couldn't guarantee that they could easily complete the subsequent tasks.

Zhao Mingyuan was alone.

No matter how you look at it, there's no possibility of continuing the competition.

Hearing these words, Zhao Mingyuan did not back down.

"Who said I'm all alone?"

"My brothers will be here soon."

"It's uncertain who will make faster progress once they arrive."

Ji Yan looked at him for a few seconds.

"is it?"

"Then I'll wait."

"I'd like to see what your brothers can do when they arrive."

"I, Ji Yan, have never been afraid of anyone."

After saying that, she didn't linger.

The four team members behind him quickly followed.

The five people left along the road in the northwest of the town and soon disappeared into the swirling snowflakes.

Zhao Mingyuan watched them leave and let out a soft hum.

"Having more people doesn't make a difference."

"Let's wait for Mo Fan and the others to arrive, and see who's faster."

Chapter 303 Maple Snow Town

However, despite saying that, he was still somewhat anxious inside.

Ji Yan's team has already taken on the next task.

If Mo Fan and his group take much longer to arrive, the gap between their mission progress will inevitably widen again.

Zhao Mingyuan opened the four-person chat group.

Mo Fan had already asked him where he was.

The distance between the two sides should not be too far.

He stood there, glancing towards the entrance of the town every now and then.

"Mo Fan, oh Mo Fan."

"You guys come over here quickly..."

-

the other side.

Mo Fan and his two companions continued their journey northward.

As they got closer to the distant mountains, the surrounding temperature continued to drop.

At first, sparse weeds and low shrubs could be seen on the ground.

After continuing for a while, snow gradually began to accumulate on the ground.

In some shady spots, large areas of hard ice have even formed.

A cold wind blew in my face.

Fire Dragon raised its head.

A wisp of crimson flame rose from its body, quickly dispelling the surrounding chill.

Their current mage levels are quite high, and they also have fire-attribute pets with them, so this level of low temperature will not have a significant impact on them for the time being.

Therefore, the three of them did not slow down their travel speed much.

After crossing another hillside covered with a thin layer of snow, the scenery before us changed completely.

There was no green vegetation ahead.

Almost everything in sight was covered in white ice and snow.

The distant mountain peaks blend seamlessly with the ground.

Large snowflakes were swept up by the wind and danced in the air.

Zhuang Xiao looked ahead and couldn't help but speak.

"This location is really remote."

"We haven't seen a single player along the way."

As he spoke, he looked up at the distant, undulating snow-capped mountains.

"This place does resemble Yeti Valley."
