Such a sudden death made the orcs even more nervous, so much so that when Komi pointed his axe at one of them, the orc immediately urinated, knelt on the ground, and shouted, "I surrender! I surrender!"
"You give up? If you give up, what should you call me?"
"Boss, boss!"
"Too slow! Too weak!"
Another axe blow landed, and the orc, his head split open, fell to the ground, silent.
Komi asked in a low voice, "What should you call me?"
At that moment, the orcs shouted without hesitation, "Boss! You are our boss!"
"Yes, you are our boss!" A shrill voice broke in, disturbing Koji's mind. He reached out and grabbed the fart who was pointing the way to the ugly mouth.
With a forceful squeeze and a flick, a man with a broken neck was thrown into the pile of corpses.
He coldly swept his gaze over the orcs, who showed more fear than submission, and then said, "From now on, you will call me Boss Pole. You will do whatever I tell you to do, understand?"
"Got it, Boss Pole!"
......
"Cough cough... Ouch... Be gentle, this really hurts." The garbage dump originally built for Ugly Mouth Boss has now become a place for Koji to rest. He is receiving rudimentary treatment from Sergeant Miyan and is wincing in pain.
Mi Yang's movements were anything but gentle; she only cared about efficiency and recovery, applying all the emergency medication to Gu Jian's back without yielding to his trembling.
“You madman…” Mi Yang cursed in a complicated tone, “You really acted like a madman just now. If I hadn’t seen you winking at me, I would have been afraid that you would suddenly turn into a damn cultist.”
"Hehe...Are you worried about me, Sergeant Mi Yang? You know, not long ago, you were thinking of blowing my head off." Gu Jian chuckled, being irreverent. Mi Yang had his ways of dealing with him. He dipped his finger in some disinfectant and gently applied it, causing Gu Jian to gasp in pain.
Feeling ashamed of her doubts about Komi, Mi Yang sighed. Knowing there was no time to waste, she asked Komi directly what his next move would be.
Komi frowned, only having a vague idea of what to do next.
The orcs were intimidated by his brutality, but this was only temporary.
They would never submit to a human who doesn't have Waaagh's allegiance. The only reason they're temporarily obedient is because of their green-painted skin and the fact that the orcs are a bit slow-witted after being terrified.
Perhaps the next day, or even more pessimistically, three hours later, a multitude of orc challengers will emerge to dethrone Komi from his position as the orc leader.
If this continues, it will eventually attract other orc forces, and then everyone will be wiped out.
We must keep the orcs busy, so busy that they forget that Komi isn't an orc, and the only way to keep them busy and enjoy it is through fighting.
Feeling Mi Yang's hand stop, Koji realized that the wound had been treated. He immediately got up and found a set of armor in Ugly Mouth's legacy to put on.
"There's no time to rest; we must act immediately while the orcs are still obedient to us."
"Going to do what?"
Stepping out of the garbage dump, Gu Jian turned to Mi Yang with a smile and said, "Let's go to war, a big war."
Mi Yang's face flushed with excitement under Gu Jian's confident gaze. She felt that she could finally see the golden throne that she had been dreaming of, and she quickly followed Gu Jian's footsteps.
There were quite a few orcs following the Ugly Mouth Boss, about two thousand, and if you include the sneaky, cunning bastards, the number would be even greater.
That's enough to drown Kojima and the others.
Komi made a helmet out of Ugly Mouth's head and put it on his own head, then gave his mission to the bewildered kids with a fierce look on his face.
"There's no time to rest! You're all coming with me now to fight the orcs!"
"Fight orcs?" an orc shouted. "Our leader, Toothbhu, won't let us fight orcs..."
With a soft thud, the orc was killed by Gu Jian's axe. He realized that his aim with a spear was inaccurate, but his spear throwing and dagger throwing were terrifyingly precise.
What is this? Does it come with a built-in technological clumsiness debuff?
Koken didn't dwell on the issue, but continued to issue his orders, "I'm your boss! Now you all have to listen to me! I tell you to go and crush the other orcs, and you have to go and crush the other orcs! Anyone who wants to quit will have to ask the axe in my hand if it allows it!"
The orcs looked at each other, then could only follow Komi's lead, raising their weapons and shouting, "Waaagh!"
As for the emotions conveyed in that Waaagh sound, only they themselves can truly understand it.
Komi's first target was a junkyard run by a master technician. The place was not heavily guarded and had a lot of weapons stored there. More importantly, many orcs had taken out dental loans there to buy weapons and armor.
When Komi uttered the astonishing theory that eliminating the debtor would eliminate the debt, the beastmen immediately got excited and were all eager to make a big splash at the garbage recycling station.
Before they even arrived at their destination, Komi had already overheard the beastmen discussing which weapons at the garbage recycling station were the most worthwhile to acquire.
"It must be that revolving spray gun that Big Tech Ba has hanging on the wall. I heard that thing can fire more than two thousand bullets per second, and nothing can stop it."
"Bullshit! All you ever think about is shooting from a distance. That rotary spray gun is nowhere near as good as the sizzling electric knife in the metal can. It can cut a person in two and cook them instantly. It would be so much better to fight and eat meat at the same time."
"None of what you're talking about will work. It has to be an explosion to be the most exciting. I heard that the husky-voiced technician is researching a bomb specifically designed to blow up walls. I think that's the most powerful and wow-worthy thing ever!"
Komi listened intently, wondering if he could arm himself with the powerful weapons these orcs were talking about, since he had the power to maintain even the slightly more advanced weapons the orcs possessed.
This is a technologically oriented force belonging to the Waaagh faction.
As long as the weapon is not fundamentally flawed, it can operate with minimal effort, ignoring many details, such as a bullet that is not the right caliber but can still be inserted and fired.
If these weapons are not maintained by my own efforts, they would be too dangerous for users of other races. It would be a good result if they were unusable; the worst thing would be if they suddenly exploded in their hands.
But Koji thought to himself, "If I can command a group of orcs to fight against me, then I can at least get some of my power."
Just like the Iron Legion of Amegiddon and their legendary Commissar Arek, as long as one gains the approval of the orcs, using orc weapons is not difficult, and one can even strengthen oneself with the power of my thoughts.
Chapter 19: Leading Orcs to Fight Orcs
The place where the chief smoky-voiced technician was staying was much more organized. The explosives were not scattered throughout the bustling camp, but were stored in a separate, open space by his mechanics.
In this open square piled with explosives, several groups of orcs patrolled, each led by a mechanic boy and a bunch of scoundrels, using paper coupons from passing orcs to retrieve what they demanded from the explosives.
So many weapons, so much ammunition, so much scrap metal.
When the orcs who were most suspicious of Komi's identity saw these things from afar, they only had one thought in their minds—how can I carry more of them with me?
Komi stretched his body, holding a machete in one hand and Ugly Mouth's machete in the other, and ordered the orc boys behind him, "Charge in! Twist the head off the Smoky-voiced Technician boss! Stuff all the good stuff in the camp into your crotches!"
The impatient orcs cheered and raised their guns, preparing for their upcoming raid.
The skinny boss, Gu Jian, and Mi Yang, who was covered in green, stayed together with eighty conscripts.
Just as a burly orc leader would have a slightly thinner orc boy as his bodyguard, it is quite reasonable for Komi, who is currently the leader, to have a group of malnourished skinny boys as his bodyguards.
Koji stared into Miyang's eyes and said in a low voice, "The orcs will never accept a group of cowardly and timid guys, so in order to dispel their suspicions, I must be at the forefront. You just need to follow behind me. As long as the orcs haven't seen through this crude disguise, they won't pursue your issues too much."
Mi Yang nodded, his eyes full of trust in Gu Jian. After Gu Jian's crazy plan to infiltrate the orcs and cause trouble actually came true, Mi Yang consciously handed over the command of the entire team to him.
Komi grinned like an orc, revealing his unkempt, yellowed teeth. Then he took a deep breath and roared at the top of his lungs, "Waaaagh!!!"
The beastmen echoed Komi's roar, thinking to themselves that although their leader was rather thin and weak, his shouts were really powerful, and the strength with which he wielded his axe and machete to chop people had also increased.
Komi charged ahead, and on the battlefield, it was hard to ignore a burly orc like a small mountain, or a green monster as tall as a weapon.
The guy with the binoculars peered through the lenses several times, thinking that Brother Mao was playing a joke on his eyes. Then he rubbed his eyes and handed the binoculars to another guy, asking, "Did I see a skinny orc?"
"I saw him too, a skinny orc... I don't think he's an orc, he must be a bastard! He must have had growth surgery to look like that!"
The two idiots started chatting away, forgetting their most important task: to sound the alarm for an enemy attack on the orcs in the junkyard.
The junkyard was always filled with the angry shouts and complaints of the young technicians, as well as the noisy sounds of them hammering and tinkering as they made new weapons and boldly tested them. That's why the specially made, sharp, and piercing alarm system was so important.
The young technicians, engrossed in their work, couldn't tell whether the gunfire was from the orc next door shooting himself or from an enemy invasion.
However, these two scoundrels won't have a chance to call the police, because Komi has already spotted these two lewd figures. He throws his machete forward and reaches for his waist as he runs toward it.
The tattered cloth wrapped around his waist was covered with thin, sharp pieces of iron. Koji didn't have the time or energy to forge better throwing knives and hidden weapons for himself.
Without aiming, I instinctively flicked my wrist based on feeling.
Two pieces of scrap metal flew out of his hand, precisely slicing open the throats of the fart demons. They immediately knelt on the ground, clutching their bleeding throats, their once sharp and annoying voices now only emitting faint coughs of impending death.
Having retrieved their machetes, all that now stood in the way of Komi and the passionate orcs was a large gate held up by seven or eight thick iron chains.
How exactly does this thing open and close? It can't be that an orc punches it hard and the gate flies up, allowing them to rush in quickly in that short time, right?
Even Koken, who had read many settings, could not have guessed this. The orc race was simply too unpredictable; no matter how outrageous the thing was, it seemed so reasonable to them.
The task of destroying the gate naturally didn't need to be done by Koken, nor by the beastmen.
Without Gu Jian even needing to turn around and give the order, Mi Yang had already used sign language to tell the last 80 people what to do.
The conscripts who remained at the front were all elite soldiers, whose aiming and close-quarters combat skills met Miyan's stringent standards.
The only limitation they had was the crudeness of their weapons, a problem that was solved after Komi defeated the Ugly Mouth Boss.
When the orc leader attacked other conscripted garrisons, he brought back a lot of weapons, which naturally ended up in the hands of Miyan and his men.
The short-barreled rocket launcher, capable of firing only once, was far more powerful than the rocket launchers in the hands of the mutant tribe; a single shot broke a chain hanging from the gate.
The chains snapped, and the next second the gate slammed heavily to the ground due to gravity. The loud noise made the young technicians in the junkyard feel uneasy. When they looked towards the gate where dust was billowing, they saw a green monster wielding a large axe and machete roaring as it charged in.
"What's all this commotion? Did that loser's project fail?" Upon hearing the gunfire, the rascal immediately lifted his face from his desk, which was piled high with parts and machine oil, and asked his assistant in a gruff voice.
The orc assistant scratched his head, about to say he didn't know, but was startled by the bulging eyes of the smoky-voiced man and dared not utter a sound. He hurriedly ran towards the door, shouting, "I'll go check on the situation right away, boss, you can continue with your work!"
With a smoky voice, he grumbled in dissatisfaction, his mind, which had just begun to spark a bit of inspiration, becoming muddled again because of this disturbance.
There was no other way but to pinch the parts with my fingers and scan the blueprints inch by inch to regain inspiration.
Persistence pays off. Suddenly, Yansang felt an itch in his brain, as if something was about to burst forth and become the driving force for him to build an even more awesome Waaagh! weapon.
Just as Smoky Voice was about to start writing, the orc assistant stumbled in, shouting, "Boss! Boss Smoky Voice, something terrible has happened!"
Inspiration struck again, and with a smoky voice, he flipped the table over.
The parts and oil, along with the table, smashed onto the assistant. The smoky-voiced man strode over, slapped the orc assistant across the face, and then grabbed him by the collar, asking, "You'd better have a concise and interesting report, or I'm definitely going to twist your head off."
Ignoring his own pain, the orc assistant pointed directly at the door and shouted, "Those ugly-mouthed brats are trying to renege on their debt and even tried to rush in and steal the stuff we were going to sell to the other bosses!"
"What?" Yanshang raised an eyebrow. He couldn't believe that under the imposing presence of the leader of the Tooth Thrust, this ugly mouth had actually committed a taboo against infighting among the orcs.
Chapter 20: The Smoky Voice of a Half-Step Master Technique
As Toothbrush had said long ago, orcs only fight each other when there's no other fight to be had.
The shrimp hasn't even been completely exploited yet, and this ugly mouth dares to be so bold as to come here and play the double-crossing game?
Great! Excellent!
With a smoky voice, he chuckled coldly, gripping the railing of the Technician's Tower as he looked down at the ground. All he saw was a chaotic scene of orcs fighting each other and being torn apart by explosions.
