Warhammer 40k: Melee Warriors

Earl Ryan looked disdainful; after coming into contact with other true gods in the warp, he had lost all reverence for the Emperor.
He poured his extraordinary ambition into the formation beneath his feet, then enhanced it with all the abuse and indulgence he had gathered from the top turmoil in the Nest City.
Two distinct emotions intertwine the subspace and reality, finally erupting under the watchful eyes of the outsiders, the judges, just like a well-structured drama.
There was no laughter, no screams, only weak gasps.
Count Ryan was puzzled. He turned around and saw a scarred Slaanesh demon emerging from the blood.
The fabrics used to create an aesthetic effect on their bodies were tattered and torn, like a beggar looting a closed opera house.
His composed and confident demeanor went unnoticed, making him appear weak, like someone suffering from tuberculosis.
The alluring charm and intoxicating fragrance have faded considerably, and the jewel-adorned body is no longer as robust and well-developed as it once was.
Count Ryan was disappointed by the Slaanesh demon who had responded to his ambition and sacrifice, and he immediately shouted at the Slaanesh demon.
"No! How could you appear in such a disgraceful manner! Where is your perfection? Where is your flawlessness? You look like a toilet used by my servants, its pristine white ceramic walls stained with filth I'd rather not talk about!"
The Slaanesh demon breathed softly; she would never explain to foolish mortals the magnificent battle that was taking place in the Warp.
Her narrow eyes narrowed, and her sheep-like pupils locked onto the incessantly chattering Earl Ryan. She quickly reached out and grabbed the earl who had summoned her, unscrewing his head like a bottle cap, and then used her anteater-like, slender tongue to devour Earl Ryan's soul.
Earl Ryan's ambitions failed completely before they could even be put into practice, and the once powerful Gold Silk family in the Red Mining World collapsed in such a simple and comical way.
The judge did not laugh at Earl Ryan's foolishness in placing his hopes on the demon. He was on high alert because he could see that although the demon before him was weak, it was not something they could subdue.
In the dark documents of the Inquisition that had to be sealed, he learned to judge the rank of demons. The demon before him was only one rank lower than the Keeper of the Secrets. Even if it was seriously injured for reasons unknown to the Inquisitor, it could still kill everyone as easily as cutting melons and vegetables.
Running away from a Slaanesh demon known for her speed and agility is tantamount to suicide. She will revel in your escape and then hunt you down in a way that is both entertaining and gratuitous...
The mentor's teachings were still vivid in his mind. During the brief moment that the Slaanesh demon tasted Earl Ryan, the Inquisitor shouted "Long live the Emperor!"
The loud voice barely roused the soldiers' fighting spirit. They gritted their teeth and opened fire on the gigantic demon, while Faya was also gathering spiritual energy to create even more powerful spells.
The Hellfire Ray, which easily burned through the traitor, had little effect on the demon. She ran at a speed too fast for the naked eye to see, while simultaneously evading the demon in yoga poses impossible for a human.
The long, thin sword, resembling a needle, pierced the stormtrooper, leaving behind only an empty, desiccated corpse when it was pulled out.
Slaanesh takes pleasure in killing these weaklings; bullying is always one of the ways to bring him pleasure.
The best-equipped Inquisitor activated his power sword and charged forward with gritted teeth. His swordsmanship was not to be underestimated; he could even exchange blows with the Slaanesh demon for several rounds.
However, once the Slaanesh demon had drunk all the blood drawn from the sword, the Inquisitor was at a disadvantage. The power sword could only protect himself and could not threaten the demon before him.
Anyone could see that the battle was going badly. Sweat beaded on Faya's forehead. This was the first time she had ever seen a living, breathing warp demon appear before her.
Just as a bolt of lightning was about to be unleashed, the Slaanesh demon merely glanced back at her, and the allure in his eyes nearly caused Falla to lose control.
Clenching her teeth and calming her distracting thoughts, Falla raised her hand and unleashed a bolt of psychic lightning that struck the Slaanesh demon squarely.
Those small pieces of cloth, barely able to cover vital organs, bore the brunt of the thunder's attack, burning as they fell to the ground, further exposing the Slaanesh demon's alluring, lustful body to the crowd.
"Oh~ darlings, are you so eager to see my body? This is so embarrassing." The Slaanesh demon smiled, but his actions became increasingly vicious.
Sharp fingernails tore the stormtrooper apart, instantly grabbing a complete human skin in their hand.
The Slaanesh demon drove back the Inquisitor with a high-pitched scream and charged toward Falla, who could potentially threaten her.
Faya was overwhelmed by this terrifying aura. She tried to gather her spiritual energy but found her calm mind filled with cacophony, and the fragrance that filled her nostrils attempted to weaken her body...
The psionic energy is spiraling out of control, frustrating the Inquisitors that Falla has had too little training and that the enemy they face is far too powerful.
Am I going to die here today?
The judge clenched his teeth, his face filled with resentment.
He was not afraid of death, but only of failing to rid the world of evil for the Emperor and to restore peace to the Red Mining World.
Just as Slaanesh's sword was about to pierce Falla's neck, a strange, mixed smell entered Slaanesh's nose.
Before she could even figure out where the scent was coming from, boundless golden light burst forth from Faya's body.
Chapter 82: Does the Emperor Like to Chop Someone's Neck?
Koken was drawn here by the light, and before he could take a good look at his surroundings, he saw a Slaanesh demon rushing towards him.
What the hell!
In a moment of panic, Komi crouched down to protect himself, only to find that the demon passed right through his body as if it were a wisp of smoke.
Slaanesh looked somewhat bewildered, clearly having discovered Komi's soul projection here. However, before she could turn around, Faya's body burst forth with boundless golden light.
The divine power burned the body of this Slaanesh demon, which was far more effective than any gunfire.
The Slaanesh demon quickly retreated, away from the scorching golden light, screaming and cursing the desiccated corpse on the throne, and throwing her human skin trophy at Faya.
The golden light of the Falla was so dazzling and sacred that it was impossible to look directly at it. The pupils and whites of its eyes were no longer visible; only the golden light remained.
The Emperor bestowed his power to help humanity defeat the demons, but his control over this power was as terrible as his handling of family relationships, and Faya simply couldn't bear it.
Her body burned like the Slaanesh demon, like a piece of paper thrown into a fire, and would soon be completely reduced to ashes.
If this demon hadn't been so powerful, Faya would have died before destroying it, and the remaining ashes would have become a sacred object in the Red Mining World.
"Demon! You should not offend the gods of mankind like this!" Falla burned the human skin that was thrown at her and approached the Slaanesh demon step by step.
The Slaanesh demon screamed and dodged, its body pressed tightly against the wall, the ease it had felt from sucking blood and skinning humans completely gone.
Komi floated in the air, surveying the battlefield and pondering why he had come here. When he sensed Faya's stable spiritual energy from the Emperor's vast divine power, he immediately understood the reason.
That small, muddy-red pill contained the power of Falla, and now it seems that Falla is the saint prophesied to save the world from the church's prophecy...
The demon Slaanesh was burned to ashes prematurely by the divine power, and Falla, weak and slumped on the ground, awaited his death.
With each breath, Falla expelled a portion of her burning body, her face covered with fine cracks like shards of pottery.
Koji looked at Faya, then at his own hands, and suddenly an idea inevitably arose within him.
His illusory hands enveloped Faya's throat, then slowly tightened.
Faya groaned, unable to utter a word, and could only silently endure the discomfort in her soul.
The divine power that was still pouring in was blocked by Komi's strangling hands and returned the way it came. This power, which no one could bear, fed back to the Golden Throne, making the emperor who sat there understand that there was no need to send down any more help.
The divine power gradually subsided, and Falla's body stopped burning.
Komi withdrew his hand, astonished by the ability to suppress chaotic and excessive spiritual energy.
The unknown fifth god was indeed so generous that he was flattered...
Faya was somewhat bewildered, and an unnatural blush rose on her face. The feeling that gripped her soul was etched into her memory forever, something she could never forget.
"Faya, it seems the Emperor still needs you to serve him." The judge came over to examine Faya's physical condition, and was very surprised that she had not died from the Emperor's divine power.
Faya did not answer, but smiled and let out a few blissful moans.
She opened her eyes and murmured to the judge, "The Emperor just intervened..."
"I saw it, the Emperor made his move."
“No, no… not that kind of attack, but the literal kind.” Falla’s face was full of happiness, making the judge wonder if she had been brainwashed by the Slaanesh demon.
"The Emperor grabbed my neck, so tightly... His hands were so warm, I can't describe the feeling of suffocation... It was so wonderful, did the Emperor like to do this?"
"What..." The judge almost drew his gun, but held back because Falla was indeed protected by the Emperor.
Koken, who was observing from the side in his soul form, also looked somewhat embarrassed, thinking that choking someone was indeed not a good thing.
The Inquisitor took Falla's ramblings as a mental disorder caused by excessive use of psychic powers. After becoming an Inquisitor, he often came into contact with psychics, most of whom were hysterical lunatics.
"The Emperor wouldn't like choking someone... That's just your imagination. He is sacred and majestic; how could he do such a thing?" The Inquisitor said righteously to Faya, then ordered the remaining Stormtroopers to help Faya up and to be wary of the psionicist.
If there is even the slightest sign of things getting out of control, they will be executed immediately.
The stormtroopers were used to the heavy casualties and nightmarish scenes. They simply offered a brief condolence for their comrades who had died tragically, and then helped up Falla, who had a happy expression on her face.
The corruption at the very center of the Hive has crumbled, and the warp energy is receding like a tide, restoring the entire Hive to its original state. The victims, who were encased in flesh and blood, have also been taken back and brought into the warp to be tormented forever.
You can win, but you can't afford to lose in the warp.
Komi's soul projection was also able to return to his body after the corruption of Slaanesh subsided. He woke up on the stretcher and saw Miyan and Shitou being tied up tightly to the side as prisoners.
"Sage, you are still alive, that's wonderful." Nancy shed tears for Komi's awakening, while Komi pointed at Miyan and the stone and asked.
What did you do to those two?
“I…” Sister Nancy’s expression was somewhat unnatural. A sense of shame from her misjudgment made her immediately kneel down and offer the longsword. “I thought she was a traitor. Those muddy red pills looked too strange…”
Sister Nancy felt her explanation was weak and immediately tilted her head back at Komi, indicating that her life would be taken by him.
Dying at the hands of the saint was not a bad end, even though the other nuns were loyal to Nancy's command.
They also pointed this out fairly, dragging Nancy away from Komi, claiming that Sister Nancy and their misjudgment had put Saint Komi in grave danger.
For these foolish creatures, the only punishment is a dishonorable execution or conscription into the Yom Kippur.
Gu Jianting was at his wits' end. He was too lazy to judge the nuns' fanaticism and penance, and directly ordered them to release the bruised and battered Mi Yang and Shi Tou.
As the hive city slowly returned to normal, Commissar Tran asked Koji, "Sage, the winds of blasphemy have receded. Does this mean we have won?"
Komi considered the situation on Faya's side, then let out a soft breath and said, "Yes, Commissar Tran, we've won, temporarily. And a true saint has appeared in this world, a saint more worthy of the Holy Grail than I am."
Gods are ultimately dangerous, and before the true face of the fifth god who had helped Gu Jian so much was revealed, he was unwilling to talk too much about it with others.
Komi's words were taken as modesty, and everyone simply responded with smiles.
On their way to the central dome, Komi and his group encountered the Inquisitor's forces.
The first reaction of both sides was to regard each other as surviving cultists. If it weren't for Koji's stern rebuke, those nuns who felt deeply guilty would have already rushed forward to die gloriously.
Komi's gaze passed over the judge and landed on Faya behind him. He smiled and Faya, who looked happy, returned the same kindness to Komi, who had extended a helping hand to her tribe.
The judge's gaze was hidden beneath his mask. He could only feel the Elven jewels embedded in his chest burning hot once more, an unprecedented heat that felt as if it would incinerate him.
This Komi... is getting increasingly strange...

Chapter 83: A Qualified Judge
The judge first met this ancient one in the Underhive, where he was following certain clues to find out about the shady dealings between the nobles and the Underhive.
Back then, the Elven Jewels were only scorching hot, not as unbearably hot as they are now.
