Lawson raised his hand and gave the order.

"Railgun, turn to the northwest side of the crack."

"The first, second, and third detachments of the Xiongwei Guard are to intercept the man with the broken skull in brass."

"White Tiger retreats heavily armed to defend the Thinker's Tower base."

"The cornerstone sequence is withdrawn from the outer maintenance area, and the colony nodes are preserved with priority."

"Xerath, lock the outer ring of the Grand Forging Temple."

The electronic voice of the Great Sage Xavier immediately returned.

"Nine layers of explosion-proof gates are being lowered. The Grand Forging Temple has entered the highest level of closure protocol."

“Master of the Seal, if these targets break through the Bear Guard's defenses, they will reach the outer ring of the main temple within twenty-seven minutes.”

Lawson stared at the eight brass wedge-shaped lines.

"Then let them die twenty-seven minutes from now."

As soon as the words were spoken, the three hundred golden flame shadow wheels broke free from the ring formation, transforming into streaks of golden meteors that swooped down.

The first Shadow Wheel struck the shoulder armor of a brass-skulled beast.

Golden flames exploded.

The molecular-level cutting edge cuts into the brass shell.

Based on previous battlefield experience, this strike would be enough to cut an ordinary vampire in two, along with their axe, or to plow a path through a pack of flesh-and-blood hounds.

But the bronze-skulled creature simply sank suddenly.

A two-foot-deep gash was cut into its shoulder armor, from which blood, fire, and molten brass gushed. The next instant, the Khorne's Blessing surged within the wound, forcefully sealing the opening like congealed scabs.

The shadow wheel was not blocked.

However, the harvest was not completed.

The second and third shadow wheels cut around it one after another before it was able to remove half of its arm.

The monster swung its axe backhand and smashed it into the ground.

The brass shockwave exploded, causing the trajectories of more than a dozen shadow wheels to deviate.

Lawson raised an eyebrow.

The answer is out.

The shadow wheel is not ineffective, but it is severely slowed down.

In the past, a single golden shadow wheel could continuously mow down a horde of demons. Now, the same shadow wheel must continuously slash around a brass-skulled being to inflict a sufficiently lethal wound.

If there are only a few dozen on the battlefield, this is not a problem.

But there were 888 heads standing below the crack.

Behind the crack, an even heavier brass reaction is approaching.

For the first time, Lawson's eyes showed a hint of seriousness as he looked at the bronze-skulled creature that continued to charge despite having half its arm severed.

"Are you specifically targeting my efficiency?"

He directly forged a batch of monsters that were harder, heavier, more resistant to fire and metal, and better suited to smashing industrial nodes, and then threw them in front of Lawson.

"Xiong Wei, go up there."

"Let these brass lumps see what heavy infantry from the dark side of the empire really are."

The first group of men with broken brass skulls began their charge.

Eight hundred and eighty-eight brass monsters stepped forward simultaneously, and the metallic earth seemed to be crushed by a row of moving fortresses.

They crashed straight into the northern array of thinkers.

Blocking their path were three thousand bear guards.

The first row of bear guards silently formed a battle formation.

Three thousand giant shields landed.

Force field deployment.

A black city wall stands across the metal wasteland.

The brass-skulled man crashed into it.

The first collision sounded like two warships crashing together on the ground.

Dozens of bronze-skulled creatures were jolted backward, their breastplates dented and their skulls and shoulder armor shattered.

But for the first time, the Bear Guard Shield Wall also showed a visible bend.

One of the bear guards was struck on the tower shield by the giant axe that severed his skull, and he slid backward seventeen meters, his feet carving two sparking furrows in the metal ground.

The force field shield flickered violently as the second axe struck.

The third axe struck, and the edge of the tower shield cracked.

Xiong Wei roared and swung his hammer, smashing half of the opponent's helmet.

But then another severed head crashed into them from the side.

Xiong Wei was sent flying by the impact, and the anti-gravity module on his back emitted a piercing alarm.

More decapitated victims crashed into the shield wall.

One of the bear guards grabbed the handle of the other's axe, trying to take the weapon, but was forced to kneel on one knee.

Another severed head came crashing down from above, the brass axe blade cutting into the bear guard's shoulder armor and embedding itself in the flesh.

Xiong Wei smashed its knee with a backhand hammer.

But the third decapitated creature had already stepped over its companions to leap over the shield wall and pounce on the outer elevator shaft of the Thinker array behind it.

The swarm intelligence approach immediately updated the battle situation.

[The First Brigade of the Xiongwei Guard is under pressure and overload.]

[The second line of defense's shield wall is deformed.]

Breakthrough rate for brass skull fracture victims: 12%.

Lawson surveys the battlefield.

The three thousand bear guards are still holding out.

They are indeed strong.

But the Brass Skullbreakers were not ordinary demon hordes; they were siege heavy infantry specifically deployed by Khorne to smash the nerves of the industrial system.

With the existing bear guards, they can hold them off for a while.

We can't stop this wave.

Worse still, a second batch of brass-colored material is emerging deep within the crack.

There are 8,888 heads.

Lawson took a deep breath.

"A swarm of bees!"

A notification sound rang out from the depths of my consciousness.

On the battlefield, the Bear Guards' armor emitted a sickeningly loud cracking sound from within their bones.
