The real Red Pirate quartermaster stood to the side, cursing and swearing.
"Hurry up! The Black Legion is pressing for supplies. Anyone who dares to delay the War Commander's orders will be hung on the bow of the ship like a lantern!"
One of the red pirates had his head down, his breastplate smeared with dried blood.
He picked up a shell with a rough, illiterate motion, like an illiterate plunderer.
Inside the helmet, however, his eyes remained calm.
In the swarm intelligence model, the tenth flag is unfurled.
His hand paused for a moment.
Then they continued moving the shells.
Elsewhere, inside the temporary siege fortress of the Iron Warriors.
A war blacksmith is inspecting the heavy artillery position.
Beside him stood a silent attendant with iron rings, his shoulder armor painted with the standard black and yellow warning stripes of a steel warrior, and several blackened human skulls hanging from the edge of his helmet.
The war blacksmith said coldly:
"The No. 3 gun position is offset by 0.7 degrees. Who adjusted it?"
The servant bowed his head and answered:
"Ninth Slave Labor Group".
"Execute him."
The attendant turned and left.
As he stepped into the shadows, the flag in the swarm mind fell into consciousness.
He did not stop.
Further away, inside a Word Bearer missionary ship.
The Dark Apostle's lieutenant stood by the altar, holding a scripture wrapped in human skin.
He addressed thousands of slaves and fanatics in a deep, devout voice:
“The whispers of the gods come from blood and fire, and all who doubt are dogs of false emperors.”
The believers below the stage wept, knelt, cut their palms, and dripped blood onto the deck.
The deputy closed the scripture.
Inside the helmet, where no one could see, the corner of his mouth twitched.
The swarm intelligence relayed Lawson's command.
He mentally completed the flag-receiving process.
Further away, inside the flagship of a Khorne Warband.
Beside the gladiatorial pit, a silent champion stood amidst a pile of corpses.
His battle axe dripped with blood, and eight skulls hung from his breastplate. The surrounding Khorne lunatics were howling, demanding that he cut off the head of another slave.
The leader of the War Gang sat in a brass chair, staring at him.
You were very quiet today.
The silent champion looked up, his voice hoarse.
"I am listening to the voice of the Blood God."
This statement elicited satisfied shouts from the surrounding Khorne followers.
No one knew that he was hearing Lawson's voice.
Before the Temple of the Grand Forge, Lawson laid out the organization of the tenth warband in the swarm mind.
The Lurkers' Warband.
Total size: 666 people.
The numbers are weird.
It suits them.
One battle group leader.
The Thousand Faces Squad consists of 66 people.
The Black Tongue Squad consists of 88 people.
The Misaligned Star Squad consists of one hundred people.
The opening team consists of 120 people.
The backstab squad has two hundred members.
Ninety-one members of the Residual Shadow Reserve Team.
Total: 666.
Every member of this combat unit has received combat suicide training, as well as more in-depth camouflage training.
They adopted the name of the Chaos War Gang.
Learn the smuggling codes of the Red Pirates.
Learn the engineering terminology of steel warriors.
Learn the scripture tone of those who read the scriptures.
Learn the suppressed arrogance of a Black Legion officer when he speaks.
They also need to learn how to contaminate the outer power armor with subspace debris while the other side is inspecting it, without allowing the contamination to penetrate the living metal lining.
Their power armor was dirty, damaged, and sacrilegious.
The interior is isolated by living metal.
The outer layer is chaos.
The inner layer consists of assassins.
Their missions were never honorable.
Infiltrated the Chaos War Gang.
Forged the Great Demon Oracle.
Tamper with jump coordinates.
The chaotic fleet was given incorrect navigation.
Activate the stationary anchor point on the enemy ship's bridge.
Let the White Tiger, Yazi, and Xiong Wei jump right into your face.
They incited Khorne and Trevor to shift blame onto each other.
He instigated a fight between Nurgle and Slaanesh over offerings.
They pinned the blame for Lawson's actions on some unfortunate Chaos Warband.
Disguised as Red Pirates, Iron Warriors, Black Legion, and Word Bearers Squad, they scam people everywhere.
They don't need a declaration of victory.
Their victories usually appear in the "accidents" section of other people's battle reports.
A chaotic fleet jumped to the wrong coordinates, half a star sector, and crashed directly into an Imperial minefield.
A certain Khorne War gang received an "oracle" and, believing that the Tzeentch had stolen the Blood God's offerings, turned around and slaughtered the Allied forces.
A certain Word Bearer Dark Apostle discovered that there were now static anchor points beneath his altar, and three hundred White Tiger Heavy Armorers emerged from thin air.
A branch fleet of the Red Pirates received false supply coordinates, but upon arrival, they found only the Shield Wall of the Xuanwu Battle Group and the ship-breaking team of the Taotie Battle Group.
These things can all be related to the infiltrators.
It could also be unrelated to them.
Their greatest value lies in ensuring that the enemy can never ascertain the truth.
Lawson looked at the first node in the swarm intelligence framework.
A, number 666.
Faceless.
He doesn't have a fixed paint job.
They do not have a fixed identity.
There is no fixed sound.
His combat record looks short, even worse than many White Tiger warriors.
But his task log was so long that it needed to be archived separately.
Lawson greatly admires this kind of talent.
There are many assassins who can kill people.
The ability to trick the enemy into attacking them is of even greater value.
In the swarm intelligence framework, Lawson spoke.
"A 666 - Faceless".
Somewhere in the galaxy, a Chaos officer dressed in black Legion paint stands in the shadows of the bridge.
Beside him, the captain was sending an encrypted communication to a distant battle group.
"Tell them that Agrippina has been severely injured by Khorne. The main force of Lawson has returned to defense, leaving Nakmond's flank vulnerable."
The captain turned to look at the officer.
Do you think this intelligence is reliable?
"Too reliable, and it becomes like bait."
