They would pile up in one place, crushing a planet into a meat grinder.
Seth said in a deep voice, "The Flesh Tearers will lead the charge."
I knew you would say that.
Dante looked at him, "But this time, I need you to live to finish the match."
Seth grinned.
He looked at the star map, and the fierceness in his eyes slowly subsided.
"The Lord Chief has opened a passage for us. If we arrive and still lose the warning star, that would be too embarrassing."
Dante turned and gave the order.
"The fleet has been regrouped."
"The damaged ship will remain at the rear and be towed by an auxiliary ship."
"The main fleet shall immediately enter the waterway."
"Notify all companies that there will be no hesitation in the next battlefield."
The bridge officers responded in unison.
"As ordered."
The Holy Blood Angels fleet began to accelerate.
The shipping lanes left by the retreating Red Pirates have not been completely cleared, and interference mines and residual energy clouds are still floating.
Imperial frigates cleared mines first, followed by the main warships.
The fleet, like a blood-red spear gripped tightly again, pierced into the deeper darkness.
Seth took one last look at the direction the Red Pirates had retreated.
"Will the Master really attack the Great Whirlpool?"
Dante analyzed, "Given his character, he would do it if the time was right."
Seth suddenly laughed again.
"Then I wish I could be there."
Dante simply looked in the direction of the Vigilant Star.
Three more distress signals have been added there.
the other side.
Deep within the dark void.
The Soul of Vengeance.
Abaddon stood at the tactical station and listened to the recording of Lawson's full-band broadcast.
On the bridge, the Black Legion officers remained silent.
Nobody likes discussing Lawson in front of Abaddon.
This name has been appearing far too frequently lately.
It happened so frequently that many Black Legion veterans were annoyed.
Agrippina's failure.
The Blood God Army suffered heavy losses.
Angron has fallen.
Now, Lawson is reaching into Huron's vortex once again.
A cold smile slowly spread across Abaddon's lips.
Standing beside him was Volash Darkblade, the Chaos Lord of the Black Legion.
Volash served as a flank commander of the fleet during several Black Expeditions and was skilled in surprise attacks and communications deception.
He was one of the few people around Abaddon who could directly discuss practical issues.
Worash asked, "Commander, why is that madman targeting Huron?"
Abaddon did not answer immediately.
He raised his hand and lit up several coordinates on the star map.
Location of the Holy Blood Angels fleet.
Red Pirate Blockade.
The direction of the warning star.
Agrippina Sector.
"He was helping Dante out of a difficult situation."
Volash looked at the star map.
Abaddon continued, "Dante's fleet has been moving in this direction recently. Lawson didn't mobilize his fleet because there wasn't enough time. So he used the cheapest method to strike at Huron's weak point."
"The Pirate King's shipyard, treasure vault, slave market, and hidden star city are all in the Great Whirlpool."
"We're several star systems away from that battlefield, so we can't see if Huron has really retreated," Worash said in a deep voice.
Abaddon sneered.
"He will withdraw."
"He knew that Lawson might be bluffing him, and he also knew that Lawson might really have a backup plan. A smart pirate never gambles his entire fortune on the enemy's bluff."
"Then Dante's route will be opened."
Abaddon's gaze fell in the direction of the warning star.
"This will make that battlefield even more troublesome."
Worash couldn't help but mutter a curse under his breath.
"Damn Lawson. Ever since he arrived, the entire Dark Side has been thrown into chaos."
Several officers on the bridge bowed their heads slightly.
This statement reflects the sentiments of many people.
Before Lawson appeared, the dark side of the empire should have continued to collapse.
Barr was struggling to hold on.
Agrippina was under chaotic pressure.
A large number of peripheral star regions have lost connectivity.
Red Pirates, Death Guards, Black Legion, Iron Warriors, Word Bearers, World Eaters—each has its own hunting ground.
The empire's reinforcements were slow, scattered, and disorganized.
Every spark can be magnified little by little.
After Klossen appeared, many things changed.
He also possessed that disgusting full-band broadcasting system.
Every time it sounds, it disrupts morale.
The Chaos Warband loves fear and rumors the most.
But now, rumors have added an imperial madman to the mix.
A madman who dares to openly curse Abaddon, dares to kill Angron, and can repel the Blood God's all-out attack.
"He's the troublemaker on the dark side of the galaxy," Worash whispered.
Abaddon did not deny it.
The king of long battles never underestimates an enemy just because he dislikes them.
The presence of Lawson annoyed him.
But the feeling of irritation itself is a form of intelligence.
This shows that the enemy has indeed changed the situation.
Abaddon turned and looked at the communications altar behind the bridge.
There, several Dark Mechanicus sages were maintaining a massive communications system. It was pieced together from subspace resonators, bound communication beasts, fragments of the Old Empire's Astral Array, demon skeletons, and the Black Legion's encryption engine.
The device was surrounded by runic chains.
Several slave Star Speakers were embedded in metal chairs, blood streaming from their eye sockets.
Abbott asked, "How's the development of our full-band broadcast going?"
Worash's expression turned cautious.
"Several dark sages are still researching day and night."
"The Dark Sage believes that the difficulty lies not in sending a strong signal, but in getting the signal through the chaotic communication environment after the Great Rift, and infiltrating a large number of devices on both sides at the same time. We can do area jamming and broadcast to designated fleets, but we can't do his kind of cross-sector insertion."
"Excuse."
Worash lowered his head.
"They said they need more Star Speakers, large communication beasts, and at least three old Imperial relay ship wrecks."
Abaddon snorted coldly.
"If Lawson can do it, they must do it too."
"They believe that Lawson may possess some kind of unknown psionic network, or some other unknown relay system," Worash said.
Abaddon turned and walked down the steps.
Several Dark Sages sensed the War Commander approaching, and their mechanical limbs began to twitch restlessly.
The leading Dark Sage bowed his head.
