They've come to take over the planet.

As Calga looked at the gray ocean, some of his worries finally subsided.

Lawson did not rely solely on intimidation.

He brought the execution layer.

It brought about practical measures that allowed them to bypass the old bureaucrats, the old aristocracy, the old trade unions, and the old factions.

If Calgar was facing a rotten spider web where every node was intertwined with the others, then Lawson's solution was to first cut off the key nodes in the web and then reconnect his own threads.

High pressure can lead to a rebound.

But Lawson has the Bi'an to investigate, the Cornerstone Sequence to take over, and the Stasis Field to deliver violence at any time.

The space for outwardly compliant but inwardly defiant behavior has been compressed to an extremely small extent.

Calgary finally breathed a sigh of relief. With the Master of the Seal possessing such abilities, he no longer needed to worry!

After the old council was dissolved, the Saint Port council hall finally quieted down.

The alien corpses scattered all over the ground have been dragged away by the Keystone sequence.

Purple bloodstains remained on the marble floor, and several servants were cleaning the crevices with high-temperature spray guns.

Those nobles, bishops, bureaucrats, and technical priests who were just vying for power, shifting blame, and demanding seals were assigned to the cornerstone sequence for the handover of authority.

They walked very fast.

No one dared to say "a vote is needed" anymore.

Only Lawson, Calga, Varo Tigurius, Haldo Frospi, Kadan Stronus, and a few of the chapter guards who were allowed to remain remained in the hall.

Two Dogs, Three Dogs, and the Mastiff Guard remained guarding around Lawson.

Lawson walked to the round table.

The double-headed eagle round table had been cracked by Calgary, with the crack extending from the tabletop all the way to the edge.

Lawson casually projected the tactical hologram of the Vigilant Star onto the table.

A massive and chaotic industrial world of a hive city slowly rotated before them.

Red represents green skin.

Purple represents the area infiltrated by the poor prince.

Gray-green represents the Death Guard and the Geller Plague Contaminated Zone.

Black represents the lost capital and the unknown war zone.

Blue represents areas that still maintain imperial control.

Moreover, each piece had been cut apart by the enemy.

Lawson looked at Calgar.

"Commander Calga, what are your plans for the current situation on Vigilant Planet?"

Calga knew in his heart that this was not a casual question.

The Dark Side has just taken over Vigilant Star, and the next step will inevitably be to rebuild the entire theater command system.

Lawson was asking for his judgment, and also assessing his abilities.

Calga didn't mind.

He was the Chapter Master of the Ultramarines, the son of Guilliman, and had experienced far too many wars. To hide his identity in this situation would be a betrayal of the Empire.

He raised his hand and tapped on a tactical layer.

"The Vigilant Star currently has four main battlefronts."

"First, the green-skinned WAAAGH."

On the map, the desert and the surrounding nests are both lit up in large patches of red.

"Kruldaka's orc caravans have already established multiple mobile workshops in the wasteland. They cannot completely destroy fortress-level void shields, but they can sever transportation lines between hive cities and attack water pipelines, ammunition transfer stations, and outer defenses. If they are allowed to continue to expand, the hive city clusters on Vigilant Star will be divided into isolated islands."

Haldor Frosty muttered, “Green-skinned street racers. They drive louder than their brains.”

Calgary was not interrupted.

"Second, the poor prince."

The purple area spreads outward from underground in each of the major nest cities.

"Their underground networks have been entrenched for centuries. They control the lower nests, mines, sewage systems, abandoned transport layers, and parts of PDF logistics. Their most dangerous aspect is not their frontal combat capability, but their ability to cut off our command, supply, shield, and evacuation lines from within."

Tigurius nodded.

"Our revered father, the Worm Dragon, has yet to appear. As long as the chieftain exists, the spiritual network of the Poor Prince can continue to be maintained."

Calga continues.

"Third, Death Guard and Geller Plague."

The East Tolia nesting population was magnified.

The area has been eroded by gray-green patches.

"The plague zone must be sealed off. Infected individuals must not be allowed into Saint Harbor, the Alterac Water Supply System, and the North Harbor. The number of Death Guards is not yet fully confirmed, but they possess Chaos Space Marine Heavy Infantry, Plague Walkers, and contaminated shipwrecks. If not handled properly, East Torria will become a permanent rotting nest for Nurgle."

Stronos said, "I recommend using incineration, isolation barriers, orbital precision strikes, and airflow control."

Haldo glanced at him.

"You make it sound so easy. There are people inside."

Stronus's prosthetic eye turned toward Haldor.

"If the infection spreads, there will be even more people outside."

Haldor paused for a moment, then his face darkened.

He didn't like that answer.

But he knew the answer would be useful.

Calgart switches to the next level.

"Fourth, be alert to the loss of contact with surrounding strongholds of the Star System."

A series of dim nodes appeared on the planet's outer layer.

"The Vigilant Star is not an isolated planet. The stability of the Nakmonde Corridor depends on the surrounding industrial worlds, mining stations, fuel relays, outposts, and orbital communication links. Since the Great Rift, communications at these outposts have been constantly disrupted. Now we need to know whether they are still resisting, have already fallen, or have been obscured by some greater threat."

Lawson looked at the star map.

"Your counter-offensive framework."

Calga nodded.

"The green-skinned people must be confined to the wasteland and the outer nest cities, and must not disrupt transportation lines again."

“The poor prince’s underground network must be divided, burned, and eliminated layer by layer.”

"The areas infected by the Geller Plague caused by the Death Guard must be sealed off, and the source of the plague must be destroyed."

"The mechanical repair industry and key industrial and water supply facilities must be recaptured as a priority."

"Imperial outposts around the vigilant star system must be re-established."

"Only in this way can Vigilant Star transform from an isolated, besieged world back into an imperial fortress at Nakmond Pass."

Lawson smiled.

"Very complete."

Calgar continued, “For this purpose, I have already prepared vanguard Space Marines. The Shadow Spears of the Second Ultramarines can carry out reconnaissance and outpost liaison missions around the star system. The Iron Hands are suitable for retaking the North Pole and the Shield Node. The Space Wolves are suitable for underground clearing operations. The main Ultramarines can establish a mobile warfare core on the Greenskin front.”

Haldor patted his chainsaw axe.

"I have no objection to handing over the underground insect nest to us. Just don't make me sit back in the council chamber listening to those nobles spout nonsense again."

Stronos said, "The North Harbor section is crucial for shield recovery. The Steel Hand will prioritize retaking the cooling pump station, reactor complex, and main control tower."

Tigurius looked at Lawson.

"Both the Poor Prince and the Death Guard are involved in psionic corruption. If Your Excellency has additional detection methods, the sooner you intervene, the better."

Lawson nodded.

"I approve of Commander Calga's plan."

These words put Calga at ease.

He wasn't worried that Lawson would reject him.

He worried that Lawson, having just taken over Vigilant Star, might want to quickly establish his authority and forcibly overturn the original plan, thus disrupting the war situation once again.

It now appears that Lawson is not the kind of person who wastes time showing off his power.

Lawson raised his hand and drew a few lines on the star map.

"But I'll make a few adjustments."

Calga said, "Please speak."

"Deploy the main forces of the Ultramarines, Iron Hands, and Space Wolves to the Greenskin front."

Calga's brow twitched slightly.

Haldor simply laughed.

"This arrangement suits my taste."

Stronus said, "The Greenskins have a large number of frontline combat units and continuous mobility. Deploying the main force is in line with tactical requirements."

Lawson continued:

"The Greenskins are the largest and the most active. They can no longer cut off the outer communication lines of the Vigilant Planet. Each of your three chapters has the capability for head-on combat. The Ultramarines are steady, the Steel Hands are tough, and the Space Wolves are good at tearing apart mobile chapters. I will send some combat units to support you."

Haldo raised an eyebrow.

"A portion?"

Lawson glanced at him.
