Stab it!
The second arm was also torn off.
Drachner, along with Abaddon's severed arm, was pulled back to reality from the edge of the rift by Lawson.
In the next instant, the power of the four gods finally pulled Abaddon's remains away.
The black and red cracks closed.
Before the rift closed, the War General's screams and roars were swept into the depths of the subspace.
Lawson stood where the rift had dissipated, his five-meter-tall bear-like form resembling a colossal steel statue that had just emerged from the apocalypse.
He was holding a severed arm in his left hand.
The severed arm was adorned with the Claw of Horus.
He was holding his other severed arm in his right hand.
The severed arm still clutched the demon sword Draknien tightly.
Outside Saint Harbor, all observation channels of the Empire and Chaos simultaneously went silent.
Pebbles fell from mid-air, striking the broken stone slab with a soft cracking sound.
Everyone was stunned.
Calga remained silent.
Tigurius gripped his staff, remaining silent for a long time.
"He tore off Abaddon's arms."
Olukin, the white-scarred Khan, murmured:
"They even left their weapons behind..."
Ash Velos stood in the shadows, the slight smile of amusement that had been playing on her lips gradually fading away.
She understood better than any of the Imperial warriors present what that moment meant.
It was four gods who simultaneously reached out from the depths of the warp and forcibly dragged Abaddon, their shared pawn, away.
Lawson actually managed to snatch two arms from the Four Gods.
In the language of the devil, this kind of thing can no longer be called arrogance.
It is blasphemy against the gods of chaos.
Lawson glanced down at the spoils in his hand.
Then, he looked up and stared at the spot where the crack had disappeared.
The imperial gold flames on his breastplate were still burning, and the living metal flowed down his shoulder armor, like a steel behemoth that had just risen from a bloody battle.
The next moment, Lawson spoke.
"Four shameless old bastards."
"If you can't beat someone in a one-on-one fight, just reach out and rescue them."
"Four massive, stinking ditches in the subspace, and you can't even put together a single face?"
In the distance, Tigurius's brow twitched; his psychic senses seemed to detect a surge of fury churning deep within the warp.
Lawson raised the severed arm bearing the Claw of Horus and waved it toward the spot where the rift had disappeared.
"I didn't leave anyone behind."
"I'll keep my hand."
"I'll keep the sword too."
"If you dare to extend your claws again, I'll chop them off too."
As soon as those words were spoken, the air outside Saint Harbor seemed to drop in pressure.
No one dared to laugh.
No one dared to cheer.
At that moment, everyone clearly realized that Lawson was not cursing a Chaos Lord, a traitorous legion, or a Primarch.
He was cursing the Four Gods of Chaos.
And it was done to his face.
Ash Velos's throat moved slightly.
She instinctively wanted to say something—to be sarcastic, to offer a reminder, to use the cloying yet malicious rhetoric of the Keeper of Secrets to assert her presence.
A slight warmth could be felt from the inside of the collar.
She immediately shut up.
Lawson's current anger is not suitable for any demon to interrupt.
It is especially unsuitable for a Slaanesh demon.
Several breaths passed.
Lawson returned to his original form and stretched his wrists.
"Broadcast across all channels."
"Tell all Imperial forces on Vigilant Star."
"Chaos Warmaster Abaddon, defeated."
After a brief silence, outside Saint Harbor, the roars of Imperial warriors exploded like a tsunami.
"May the Emperor protect you!"
"Long live the one who holds the seal!"
"The Vigilant Star still belongs to the Emperor!"
The roars echoed over the towers, over the edge of the burning hive, over the battle-torn wasteland and the railgun emplacements.
After Abaddon was forcibly dragged away by the Chaos Four, the battle under the flagpole of Saint Harbor did not end immediately.
Quite the opposite.
It exploded.
The Black Legion Terminator guards charged toward Lawson like madmen.
The warrior's arms were torn off.
Both the Claw of Horus and Draknien are located in the real universe.
For the Black Legion, this is no longer a defeat.
This is a disgrace that could drive the entire legion mad.
They must reclaim their weapons.
If we can't take it back, we'll kill all the witnesses.
Er Gou stood in the front.
He raised his power sword in his right hand and took a step forward to meet the charging Black Legion Terminator.
The first Chaos Terminator swung his chain fist down.
The buzzing sound was like a small logging machine whizzing past the helmet.
Er Gou turned to the side.
The sword's edge cut into the gap in the chain-fist bearing.
The sparks exploded.
The chain fist blades suddenly stopped.
The next instant, Er Gou's left elbow struck the opponent's chest armor, followed by his knee armor ramming into the connection point of the abdominal armor.
The Terminator was forced to bend over.
Er Gou's sword pierced through from below the mask.
One blow kills.
The three dogs attacked from the flank, targeting joints, throats, power backpacks, and weapon grips.
The Mastiff Guards formed a semi-circle, protecting the positions of Lawson, Horus's Claw, and the Demon Sword.
The Black Legion Terminators are indeed elite.
They were the guards closest to the Warmaster on the Vengeful Spirit, having experienced countless Black Crusades, and many of them bore the blood debts of Imperial Chapter Masters.
But they were already in chaos.
Anger made them rush into things.
Er Gou, San Gou, and the Mastiff Guards are best at striking the enemy the instant they lose their balance.
A Black Legion champion roared and lunged at Lawson.
"Give it back to us!"
Lawson didn't even look at him.
San Gou shifted sideways, pressed down with both hands holding the blade, and forcefully deflected the champion's power axe.
Er Gou inserted from the other side, and with a flick of the sword tip, sliced open the champion's kneecap.
Aoqi raised his explosive gun and fired three shots at the champion's cracked helmet.
boom! boom! boom!
As the Chaos Champion fell, his hand was still outstretched toward Horus's Claw.
Lawson looked down at the two spoils on the ground.
Horus's Claw is still attached to Abaddon's severed arm.
Its claws were half-open, like the hand of a dead behemoth.
