A magnetic mine was placed in advance at the only pipe opening he could pass through, as if it knew he would choose that path.
The motorcycle went out of control and rolled over. The rider was crushed into the wall by the Flying Bear's adamantium ram from behind. Even his screams were swallowed by the sound of the engine.
Ilancia was even more worried.
Saim-Han Wild Riders pursue the wind, speed, and the freedom to make decisions in an instant.
Flying Bear is a completely different thing.
They are bulky and fierce, like a small fortress equipped with an anti-gravity engine.
But the truly terrifying part isn't the car.
The net behind the rider.
Saim-Han's Wild Riders might not necessarily lose if they encounter Flying Bears on open battlefields.
Iran still retains this pride.
Saim-Han boasts 45 million riders, a well-established anti-gravity jet motorcycle system, a storm-like tactical tradition, and generations of honed high-speed hunting experience.
But if Lawson had enough of these motorcycles...
Her breath hitched slightly.
If there were a hundred, Saim-Han could tear them apart.
If there are a thousand vehicles, Ark must take it seriously.
If it's ten thousand, or even more...
The wild rider's mobility advantage will be gradually crushed by the swarm's anticipation and heavy blockade.
Flying Bear doesn't need to be faster than Saim Han.
They only need to appear in key locations, block key exits, and crash down at crucial moments.
That's enough.
She didn't know how many of these monsters Lawson had.
She could only hope that the number was small.
Hopefully, this is only a small number of elites.
Hopefully, this human warlord is not yet capable of covering the battlefield with these sixty-ton heavy anti-gravity beasts.
But this hope itself made Ilancia feel ashamed.
Saim-Han's daughter, surprisingly, prayed earnestly for the first time that the human motorcycle team would not produce enough motorcycles after seeing them.
At the core of the underground storage tank, the leader of the Dark Eldar finally appeared.
That was a high-ranking raiding leader of a conspiracy group.
He wore a pointed helmet and a cloak with barbed stripes, and held a double-edged spear that gleamed with poison.
He activated the wrist device, attempting to summon a small network rift for retreat.
Ilancia immediately said, "He's leaving!"
Before he finished speaking, a dark gold shadow blade slid out from behind Lawson's shoulder.
Too fast.
The raid leader had barely raised his wrist when his entire hand flew out.
He screamed and flipped backward.
Two dogs rushed out from the side.
He smashed his leg with an axe.
Half an hour later, the battle ended.
More than 300 elite Dark Eldar were annihilated.
The wreckage of anti-gravity motorcycles is piled up on the underground tracks.
Poisoned blades, fragmentation rifles, torture devices, and several civilian prisoners who had not yet been taken away were all captured.
Some of the prisoners are still alive.
Most of them had already been injected with drugs and were in very poor mental condition, so the Cornerstone sequence immediately took over to treat them.
Three Dark Eldar were dragged alive and brought before Lawson.
A raiding leader.
A poison master.
A junior sorcerer responsible for network communication.
Lawson glanced at it.
"Take it back to Ash."
Ilancia's brow twitched.
The three Dark Elf race members were initially sneering.
They didn't react until they heard the name Ash.
But when the static field unfolded and brought them back to the inner interrogation area of Saint Harbor, Ash Velos emerged from the shadows, and their sneers froze instantly.
The Great Demon Keeper of the Secrets saw the three Dark Eldar and his eyes seemed to light up.
"Master, is this a new toy for me? You're so kind..."
The raiding leader recognized her.
His entire body suddenly convulsed.
"The...guardian of secrets..."
The poison master attempted to bite open the poison sac in his mouth.
Ash raised her hand and lightly tapped with her fingertips.
The poison master's jawbone twisted and dislocated, and the poison sac was squeezed out by an invisible force.
She walked up to the three of them, smiling as if she had seen fresh candy.
"The Comoros's little bastard."
"You usually peel the skin off other people, today it's my turn to peel your secrets. Don't be afraid, I'm a professional."
The three Dark Elf race members finally collapsed.
They are not afraid of human torture.
They even enjoy a lot of suffering.
The threat that the Slaanesh posed to the Eldar was etched into the very depths of their souls.
That was the nightmare accumulated by a race from its birth to its degeneration.
Ash looked at Lawson.
"Master, may I kill him?"
Lawson said, "Useful information comes first. Once you get it, it's up to you."
Ash's smile widened.
"You are so generous."
She dragged the three Dark Eldar towards the interrogation room.
The raiding leader finally screamed.
Ilancia stood by, watching them being dragged away, her feelings a mix of emotions.
She glanced at Lawson.
By comparison, Lawson was indeed quite mild-mannered towards her.
This idea made Ilancia even more agitated.
She didn't want to make any positive judgment about Lawson.
Lawson, however, seemed oblivious to her expression and simply asked, "You've done a good job. What reward do you want?"
Ilancia raised her head and sneered, "Hypocrite. You think you can let me go?"
Lawson was decisive.
"can."
Ilancia was stunned.
Lawson said, "You can leave now. The door is over there. I can send someone to take you to any safe zone on the Vigilant Planet. After that, you can find your own way back to the Ark."
Ilancia stared at him.
Her first thought was that it was a trap.
This human warlord is cunning, ruthless, and greedy; he will never let her go for nothing.
If she leaves, will she be secretly followed?
If she tries to contact the Ark, will more secrets be exposed?
More importantly, Saim-Han's negotiating team will arrive sooner or later.
If she leaves now, her people will only be more passive when facing Lawson.
Ilancia remained silent for a moment.
"I do not go."
"I'm going to keep an eye on you."
She raised her chin.
"I'm waiting for our tribe's negotiation team, lest they be tricked by you."
Lawson laughed.
