Warhammer: Empire Reboot

Those who delay will be dealt with as obstructing wartime investigations.
Anyone who attempts to destroy the ledgers will be treated as evidence of the destruction of strategic materials for the empire.
This process is straightforward, effective, and doesn't waste any time or effort.
On the first storage world, the planetary governor attempted to invoke the Ministry of the Interior's independent jurisdiction regulations, but was instead forced to sit on the conference table and, in front of all the deputy governors, asked:
"Do you want the regulations, or your head?"
He chose the neck.
In the second storage world, the garrison commander attempted to shut down the orbital defense platform. The T-series took over fire control directly, redirecting the platform's cannons to the dome above the administration building.
Thirty seconds later, the entire guard division surrendered their weapons.
The finance director of the third warehouse world thought himself clever and burned the hidden inventory database in advance.
Swarm intelligence deduced the entire second ledger from the fragments of machine servant memories, transportation track scheduling records, and warehouse air pressure change logs in his office.
The supervisor was dragged to the warehouse entrance and shot. A sign was placed next to his body:
Those who waste the Empire's strategic resources are guilty of the same crime as the rebels.
The fourth one.
The seventeenth one.
The ninety-third one.
The 260th.
The same light curtain illuminates on different planets.
The grey-white robe was pressed to the ground by the foundation sequence.
The ledgers were dragged out.
The warehouse door was opened.
Some managers were quite sensible; upon hearing Lawson's name, they immediately knelt down and offered their access codes and inventory lists with both hands.
Some still clung to the old dream of "we belong to Terra," until the Keystone Sequence pressed their swords to their throats, only then remembering that Terra was on the other side of the galaxy, while Lawson's gun was right in front of them.
It only took nine days.
All 303 remaining accessible warehouse worlds have completed initial takeover.
When T-001 projected the summary report onto the Rosen retina, even the cold statistical format of swarm intelligence seemed somewhat spectacular.
The total amount of ammunition is in the trillions.
Adamantite, ceramic steel, promethium, rare alloys, ship reactor components, spare parts for standard power armor, turret modules, macro cannon barrels, spare cores for Void Shield generators, standard Astral Army equipment, field hospital modules, frozen food, water purification equipment, and colony reconstruction materials—like mountains sealed in darkness, they were all simultaneously illuminated.
There are also warships.
Those were ship hulls that the Ministry of the Interior stuffed into various world-class shipyards under the guise of "sealing off decommissioned assets," "collecting ship hulls for tax deduction," and "pending allocation of naval reserves."
Sword-class corvette.
Firestorm Frigate.
Cobra destroyer.
A small number of older light cruisers.
There are even the skeletons of several semi-abandoned Luna-class cruisers.
Many ships are short of crew, some reactors have been mothballed for too long, and turrets need to be recalibrated.
But they are there.
More than three thousand ships.
At least 1,200 of them, after undergoing the Agrippina technical node overhaul, could be returned to service within three months. Another 1,000 or so could be dismantled for parts. Even the remaining ships, rotten to the bone, could be salvaged by the Gluttonous Battle Group for ship steel and cannon mounts.
After reviewing the summary table, only one thought remained in Lawson's mind.
They've become wealthy.
The blood bank is open.
Next comes the blood transfusion.
Based on the requests for assistance from various war zones, the Astral Army's ammunition consumption, the Astartes Chapter's combat logs, the Hive World's food reserves, the Navy's fleet maintenance needs, and the activity tracks of the Chaos Cataclysm fleet, Swarm Mind redraws the entire Imperium's Dark Side supply network.
The network is responsible for the high-speed trunk lines.
Static force fields are responsible for delivery at critical nodes.
Transport ships are responsible for routine bulk transshipment.
The Ominous Ark was converted into a temporary mobile storage platform and docked behind several of the most stressed war zones.
Agrippina became the core of the overall coordination.
Val-Synn became one of the first pilot hubs.
Goods began to flow.
The first batch was sent to Warheim-IX.
Six hundred and thirty thousand tons of ammunition originally intended for destruction, four thousand two hundred units of promethium, and one hundred and seventy tanks were all redirected to the front lines under Lawson's orders.
Three days later, Regiment Commander Heinrich watched as rows of newly arrived Lyman Ras tanks drove into the outer perimeter of the Second Nest City, standing in the mud and grinning like a greenskin who had just looted an armory.
Eighty Flying Bear motorcycles swept across the wasteland at low altitude, smashing through the orc chariots. Three hundred combat troops cut into the orc camp, hanging the heads of several of the biggest greenskin leaders on charred flagpoles.
The WAAAGH energy field began to collapse.
The second batch of supplies was sent to the Helios sub-sector.
The three industrial satellites there originally had only two weeks' worth of supplies left. After the ammunition arrived, the satellite defense cannons resumed firing, and the Imperial Navy used the newly arrived Void Shield Cores to repair two heavily damaged cruisers.
The third batch was sent to a hive world that was experiencing a famine.
When 80 million tons of frozen grain and water purification equipment arrived on low orbit via transport ships, the ground governor knelt on the tarmac and wept so much that he could not stand up.
The fourth batch was sent to an Imperial Navy squadron that was dealing with the Disaster Fleet.
More supplies are on their way.
Ammunition boxes were transported to the front-line warehouse via a network of passageways.
Promethium fuel rods were loaded into the fleet reactor.
The ceramic steel and refined gold were shipped to Agrippina and various shipyards.
The Astral Army opened crates of equipment and distributed them to the troops who were originally wearing tattered armor.
Medical kits arrived at the field hospital, and the wounded were no longer dying from a lack of hemostatic agents.
The tank was driven out of the storage depot and repainted with war zone paint.
One after another, the Astral Legions, almost decimated, suddenly discovered within days that they no longer needed to save their last three shells for when the Orcs charged right in their faces.
They can fire.
Continue firing.
To fire lavishly.
Press the enemy down 500 meters away and smash them into pieces.
Such a behemoth as an empire cannot exist without taxation.
But from this moment on, only he could collect and allocate the tithes from the empire's dark side.
But you are not allowed to go into the front-line warehouses where the orcs are resisting their charge and take away the soldiers' ammunition.
One planet after another.
One unit after another.
One after another, war zones that should have died silently in the darkness.
Because of the supplies that flowed back from the warehouse world, their lives were saved.
As a result, the name of the person who held the seal began to be read aloud by more people.
The Star Guardians shouted from the trenches.
Navy crew members shouted as they reignited the reactor.
The common people of Chaodu shouted in front of the ration station.
After receiving ammunition supplies, Astartes warriors recorded them in the chapter log in a more restrained manner.
The sounds were rough, chaotic, and heavily accented, mixed with gunfire, engine noise, cries, and prayers.
But they mean the same thing.
Lawson also began to think that since Chaos was now revolving around the Agrippina sector, it would be a good time to go out and explore.
On the dark side of the Empire, hundreds of thousands of human worlds weep in the storm.
It's time to return them to the embrace of the Seal Holder!
Chapter 228 The Expansion of Lawson Begins
Three hundred warehouse worlds.
The problem isn't how to hold it, the problem is how to eat it without choking.
The Imperial Ministry of the Interior is an ancient behemoth.
Its tentacles are spread across every corner of human-ruled territory, from Terra to the most remote border outposts.
Its operation relies on a set of procedures and laws that have been running for tens of thousands of years.
The Great Rift severs Terra's connection to the Dark Side, which presents both a problem and an opportunity.
The opportunity lies in the fact that Terra has no jurisdiction over this area.
The problem is: Terra will eventually get involved here.
Guilliman is back.
