It changed hands three times!
If Ms. Brown really does side with Voldemort again, what will happen to her relationship with Prader? Can she still trust Prader?!
In the shadow of war, what is most needed is trust, and what is most difficult to deliver is also trust.
“Dumbledore’s reputation is well-deserved.” Prares regained his composure. “Dumbledore is much smarter than me. He must have anticipated this situation and would have taken corresponding countermeasures.”
"What measures? A rescue?" Hermione asked anxiously.
Praris shook his head: "No, I couldn't have imagined it either."
Human strength has its limits, and Prareus is not an omniscient and omnipotent god; he could not have foreseen Dumbledore's plans.
Was she not smart enough to guess it? Absolutely not.
Prairie could roughly fathom Voldemort's actions. This was because Voldemort's politics were devoid of human compassion; he cared only for profit and for more and better victories. But Dumbledore's politics were compassionate and deeply connected to the human heart.
Just like she said before, she is a Slytherin after all.
In contrast, Dumbledore is ultimately a Gryffindor.
The nature of Gryffindor dictates that no matter how thorough or reliable a person may appear on the surface, their plans will always contain elements of risk, instability, and even a belief in the power of non-objective factors.
Moreover, Dumbledore is someone recognized by the sword of Gryffindor. Therefore, it's clear he is the most quintessential Gryffindor in this school!
Things have reached this point, reaching a stalemate. Hogwarts, while protecting its students to some extent, has also become a limitation.
People from the outside couldn't easily get in, and Praris had no way of knowing what was happening outside.
Hermione promised that she would inform Praris as soon as she received news of the hideout.

"Umbridge has banned student group activities!" Millison stormed in, furious. "My Gobstone Club! Our Quidditch!"
"But you've never won against Gaobushi," Praris asked in surprise. "Are you still playing?"
Milison and Hermione both liked this approach, not hesitating to spend time on things that didn't generate any profit.
Prarese, on the contrary, gave up Quidditch completely after the end of his first year without any struggle.
Millison argued, "I play Gobstone not because I can win. Just like I like Quidditch, but I don't necessarily have to play!"
"What was that for?" Daphne raised an eyebrow. "To be splattered with stinky water by Gobushi?"
"Merlin! What are you saying! A hobby! This is a hobby!"
Milison cursed inwardly, "These two are no fun at all!"
Pansy shrugged: "Mirison's Gobstone is just like my love. What makes us human, and not tools for creating profit, is that these things that don't produce real value have always existed in our lives."
“If we always use value to measure people and things, whether a person has value or not—” Pansy was immersed in this thought, her expression moved, “then what if the people we love lose their value? What if we ourselves lose our value?”
“Then there’s no need for it to exist,” Daphne said coldly.
Pansy nodded: "Yes, so we must allow useless people and things to exist."
Daphne scoffed and shook her head.
Too lazy to argue with Pansy, she casually changed the subject: "What about Quidditch? Have they stopped practicing?"
“Gryffindors definitely can’t do it—” Prarees said, “but Slytherins might be able to. Let’s go, it’s time for class.”
Are we distinguished from animals for things that are worthless?
Praris seemed to have realized something.
Yes, wild animals only seek survival, to live and to be fed.
But people do meaningless things. They might be burning scented candles on the streets of London, or watching a sunset they've seen countless times in their lives among a group of Muggles.
Are these things that can generate profit? No.
But Praris never considered whether his actions would be useful.
In front of the Potions classroom.
Upon seeing Draco, Millison immediately rushed up to him and asked, "Malfoy! Can we still train?"
“Bersd,” Draco said with a smug smile, “your question has at least hit the nail on the head!”
“See! Of course we’ll continue training.” Draco pulled out a piece of parchment and shouted, “I asked Professor Umbridge first thing this morning, and she immediately agreed.”
“We Slytherins are always different,” Draco boasted. “For us, it’s as easy as eating and drinking. As for Gryffindor—”
Draco glanced provocatively at the Gryffindors approaching from a distance, his eyes full of malice, but he remained silent.
This was learned from Prares.
Sometimes, leaving a sentence unsaid is more infuriating than saying everything.
"Ah!" Millison, only interested in Quidditch, jumped for joy. "Great!"
Draco's glare was incredibly vulgar. Harry and Ron instantly turned pale, their fists clenched, glaring angrily at Draco, their eyes blazing.
Hermione glanced frantically at the Slytherins, then turned to Harry and the others, saying, "No! Please don't! This is outside the Potions classroom; he's just trying to provoke you!"
Hermione prayed in her heart that Prares would receive her distress signal.
Praris... Praris remained unmoved.
She held the parchment Draco had given her and carefully studied the magically printed text depicting the Wizarding World.
My goodness, this character is truly extraordinary!
She learned the essence of Miss Farley's philosophy: why would she stop things unless Draco was the one who suffered?
Class leader? What class leader?
Oh right, there are four prefects here!
“I’m telling you, we’re all grown up now, aren’t we?” Draco said with a grin. “We’re all prefects now, and some of you still act so emotionally unstable all the time.”
“Oh, forgive me! Look, here’s someone who isn’t a prefect.” Draco glanced meaningfully at Potter. “My dad says some people, sooner or later, will be sent to St. Mungo’s. I heard there’s a special ward there for guys whose brains have been ruined by magic.”
Pansy burst out laughing; she was amused by Draco's sarcastic remarks.
Wow, how did you do that?
How could someone use such vulgar language without mentioning the names of any of the other party?
I want to learn this! Pansy was eager to try it out.
Crabbe and Goyle clearly didn't understand. But when they saw Pansy laugh while the Gryffindors looked grim, they burst into laughter too.
Suddenly, a figure charged forward aggressively, shattering Harry Potter's anger.
Longbottom charged aggressively at Draco, but Harry quickly grabbed him, shouting, "Neville! No!"
Harry calmed down when he realized that he wasn't the one who was angrier.
Draco was quick too; he swiftly... hid behind Praris, who was behind Crabbe and Goyle.
Praris almost couldn't help but laugh, putting one hand in front of Draco and reaching for his wand with the other.
Her eyes were fixed on Longbottom, but her head was tilted slightly to the back: "Hmm? Weren't you feeling pretty smug just now?"
"With you all here, what am I afraid of?" Draco said, both cowardly and self-righteous.
Just then, the door to the Potions classroom opened, and Professor Snape stood in the doorway with a stern face.
He first glanced at Praris... and Draco hiding behind Praris.
Then he looked at Gryffindor.
To stop Neville, Harry had no choice but to fight him.
Snape said coldly, “Fighting? Ten points deducted from Gryffindor. Let Longbottom go, Potter, or you’re in solitary confinement.”
Draco smiled with satisfaction, nudged Praris with his arm, and mouthed, "How was it?"
Praris glared at him slightly: "What? Do you want me to grade you? Get out of here!"
Draco, grinning and walking with an unsteady gait, would walk alongside Praris while simultaneously turning back to show Crabbe and Goyle his high-scoring play.
Pansy laughed and teased him, "Watch where you're going!"
“As you can see,” Snape said expressionlessly as the students took their seats, “we have a new guest today.”
After saying that, Snape pointed to Umbridge and began his lecture.
While preparing the enhancer, Prarese was somewhat lost in thought, his mind wandering back to Professor Snape and Umbridge.
How would she grade the professor?
What questions would she ask the professor?
Is she planning to target the professor?
If Praris hadn't been able to prepare the enhancer blindfolded, with that level of focus, she would have been the first one to blow up the crucible in class.
Prarese wanted to hit Umbridge again, but she knew she couldn't.
If Umbridge discovers the truth, things will get complicated.
It was truly a case of misfortunes never coming singly; before things at home were even settled, she had to start worrying about the professor's situation.
When Professor Snape finished his lecture, Umbridge remained silent, only scribbling something on a piece of paper.
Finally, she stood up and walked towards Professor Snape. But Professor Snape was in Gryffindor, and Prairie couldn't hear them clearly.
Praris blinked, gently tore a piece of paper from the notebook, wrote something on it, and then handed it to Pansy.
“There’s a murderous glint in your eyes,” Milison whispered on the left.
"Don't worry, I won't kill my homework," Prarese said.
As soon as she finished speaking, she saw Umbridge slowly walking towards them.
"How's class going, girls?" Umbridge said cheerfully.
Pansy readily agreed, "Excellent, Professor Umbridge. Take a look at Praris's homework!"
Umbridge had probably long forgotten what the enhancer looked like. She asked, "It's very well done, isn't it?"
“Of course,” Pansy said with a smile. “That’s the best! I’m sure it was like this when you were in school, wasn’t it?”
