After a long while, he silently placed his other hand in Praris's hand as well.

A giant squid silently swam past the window, curiously watching the little people inside the castle.

Of course she knows, of course.

Potter felt that Draco and she were not on the same wavelength, and Hermione couldn't stand Draco's arrogance. Even Pansy, who had tried to bring them together, wondered why she liked Draco.

Unlike her biological mother, Sylvia didn't know what Depp was thinking; she knew perfectly well that Draco was a little bastard.

But is love a commodity displayed in a Diagon Alley shop, to be measured in gallons?

Smart people should be paired with smart people, good people with good people, kind people with kind people... Love is not something that can be compared on a scale like this, and people are not bred like pets!

If we measure things this way, Miss Winnie, with her dark past, wouldn't even have the courage to befriend Ms. Priscilla.

Initially, she accepted Draco's presence only because of her immoral thoughts. She wanted to enjoy love but wasn't ready to take on the responsibility. Draco's pride, on the other hand, made him unwilling to express his love verbally.

Those who have experienced love are generous in giving it. Draco may be a bit arrogant and awkward, but he never lacks action.

She knew perfectly well that Draco had feelings for her, and it wasn't that she hadn't been moved by Draco at times.

Of course they're different—honestly, who would fall in love with someone who's exactly like them?

Come on! She's not Narcissus!

If there were another person in the world who was very similar to Prarese... if they got along well, she would appreciate them as much as she appreciated Hermione and cooperate with them; if they got along poorly, she would only be wary.

Perhaps it's a case of beauty being in the eye of the beholder; she could accept Draco at his worst and didn't think he was a particularly bad boy.

In a letter Draco wrote to her after the Quidditch World Cup, he talked about what had happened to him and Potter.

At the time, his focus was on the World Cup and the Death Eater parade. But Prarese read in his account that he had warned Hermione, the Muggle witch, to keep her distance.

—Although he could never say anything nice about Gryffindor.

On Saturday morning, Fudge announced the return of Mysterio and Dumbledore's reinstatement through the Daily Prophet.

All the Death Eaters involved in the Department of Mysteries incident were imprisoned in Azkaban, but the Dementors guarding Azkaban formed a partnership with Voldemort.

The British wizarding world was thrown into a state of panic.

Pansy was discharged from the hospital. She sat on the lawn in front of the castle, pulling up clumps of grass and cruelly throwing them out into the sun.

"Oh dear!" Pansy cried out in distress.

Praris turned to look at her: "What's wrong, my lady?"

Pansy nestled her head against Praris's shoulder and whispered, "You absolutely mustn't tell anyone about that!"

"What is it?" Praris asked knowingly.

Pansy gently pinched Praris with her clean hand: "What do you think?"

"Don't we all know the Dark Lord has been back for a while?" Praris gently pushed away her wandering hand and asked with a smile, "Isn't it a little late to start worrying now?"

"Look at that grinning face of yours!" Pansy straightened up and glared at her, lowering her voice to almost a whisper: "How can that be the same? The Dark Lord's resurrection has been made public! He won't restrict his minions' actions anymore!"

Pansy often teased the Greengrass sisters about their conflicts. But when it came to herself, she could understand Astoria's feelings for her best friend Jones.

Praris is of mixed race!

Pansy felt a chill run down her spine whenever she thought about it.

“If you don’t tell, I won’t tell,” Pansy said, trying to deceive herself. “Who would know you’re…?”

Praris chuckled softly and pulled Pansy to lie down on the lawn: "Pansy, cheer up, this shouldn't be your problem."

Pansy's thinking was too naive. When needed, half-bloods could serve Voldemort, like Professor Snape. When he wanted to kill, pure-bloods had to die too, like Mrs. Weasley's brother.

Just because no one knows Praris is of mixed race doesn't mean she can rest easy.

“No, Pry,” Pansy said almost to herself, “that’s what I should be worried about. If I hadn’t met you, I wouldn’t be worried about this. But I have you, just like Millison has Nina.”

If Milison hadn't had Nina, she wouldn't have been so terrified by Lady Lorris's petrification. Similarly, if Pansy hadn't befriended Praris, she wouldn't have worried about Voldemort's return.

Humans are not isolated islands, and are not as unaffected by the outside world as islands are.

Everyone is connecting with other people in the world, changing, and developing ideas that are completely different from before.

Praris used this point to make Astoria see the egalitarian ideas in her heart.

But when these thoughts troubled Pansy...

“You know what? Draco has a theory I really like, and it’s quite fitting here.” Prareas rested his head on one hand, looking intently at Pansy. “If we can’t even be happy now, what will we do when we encounter really sad things in the future?”

Pansy, true to her status as Draco's childhood friend, exclaimed in surprise, "He can actually say something so reasonable?"

"Does Draco know how much you think about him?" Praris suddenly laughed after saying that. "Panpan, admit you love me! Look, you're tossing and turning all night because of me. My charm is truly amazing!"

“Praris—” Pansy angrily reached out to grab Praris, wanting to tickle her.

Praris immediately rolled quickly on the lawn, stood up abruptly, and ran out.

Not to be outdone, Pansy stood up and chased after Praris, yelling, "I won't scratch you, just stop!"

“No!” Praris shouted without turning her head. “Do you think I’m stupid?”

"I really won't scratch!"

"I really won't stop!"

Draco, having just provoked Potter and lost the argument, stormed out of the castle in a huff, only to be met by Praris, who was running towards him at high speed.

“Praris? Pansy? What are you doing—”

Before he could finish speaking, Praris came up behind him and said, "Draco, Pansy says you can't make any sense!"

"Draco, Praris has fallen for someone else!" Pansy jumped up to grab Praris, who was hiding behind Draco.

"Huh?" Draco's eyes widened. "Whose affections have they shifted to! Miles or Marcus? They're both too old!"

"Is that all you hear?!" Praris snapped at him. "I've fallen for Pansy!"

"Look what she's saying! You need to control Praris!"

"You need to control Pansy!"

Draco rolled his eyes, then, with remarkable self-awareness, raised his hands in surrender: "Look at me, how capable do I have to be to control the two of you?"

Draco was completely baffled.

These girls would suddenly go crazy every now and then, bickering and fighting for no reason, only to become all lovey-dovey again the next second.

The situation unfolded like the pages of a book falling out until only the cover remained; as soon as you turned to the first page, the next page fast-forwarded to the last.

He watched the two of them bicker and then watched them leave affectionately.

"What are those two doing now?" Draco muttered to himself.

Crabbe thought Draco was asking him a question, and he was about to answer "I don't know" when Draco walked on ahead on his own.

As usual, this year's event ended with a banquet, and almost no one was looking forward to the Academy Cup anymore.

The Academy Cup, which used to be fiercely contested, seemed rather uninteresting this year amidst the turbulent events.

Finally, the last day arrived, and Praris was looking forward to going home. However, she suddenly wondered—where was her home?

Diagon Alley? Winnie hasn't allowed her to stay in Diagon Alley since last year.

Black Rose Lane? Winnie is in the hospital, Ms. Priscilla is at the Order of the Phoenix, so what's the point of her being in Black Rose Lane?

Where else could she go besides these?

After much thought, Praris felt an emptiness in his heart, and if he listened carefully, he could hear a faint echo.

Praris seems to have been "wandering" all the time, from Southend by the sea to Maria Abbey, from Diagon Alley to Black Rose Alley, in between nearly five years of study at Hogwarts.

It seems that anywhere can be considered a place to stay, but nowhere can be called her home.

Perhaps it's because she no longer has any "family" in those places?

Praris looked back at Hogwarts Castle from the platform.

The train sounded a loud whistle, as if urging the students to board quickly.

Praris turned around, picked up his luggage, and boarded the Hogwarts Express.

"Prefect!" Astoria waved to her. "So you're here! I was just looking for you!"

"What's wrong?" Praris lowered his head and asked her softly.

“Uh…you’ve come to the right place.” Astoria tugged at her sleeve and led her to the back of the carriage. “Grace saw this when she went to the restroom…”

The two of them stopped near the restroom, and Praris looked at the scene before her with a headache.

Draco, Crabbe, and Goyle were knocked unconscious, and the three of them huddled together.

This trip was destined to leave her no time for sentimentality, because she had to deal with this mess involving the three of them.

She bet Draco was definitely getting revenge on Harry for his father, but he got beaten up by Harry and his friends.

Perhaps driven by a burning desire to avenge his father, Draco completely forgot everything she had taught him.

What planning before action? It doesn't exist.

What do you mean by leaving no trace? Forget everything!

When Draco opened his eyes, he saw those familiar black eyes.

Praris looked down at him expressionlessly: "Aren't you getting up? Or are you going to lie there until your mother comes to comfort you?"

"Damn Potter!" Draco grimaced as he touched the wound on his face.

Praris glared at him: "Draco, you damned bastard! You better remember how I taught you!"

Draco immediately fell silent, and Crabbe and Goyle followed behind her, hunching their shoulders.

“If you had even a shred of brains!” Praris said through gritted teeth, “you wouldn’t be lying here!”

The DAs listened to the reprimands coming from outside the private room.

Ginny chuckled and said, "I must say, the Slytherin prefect is right."

Luna looked up from "The Quibbler" and said in a sleepwalking tone, "Does that sound familiar?"

"Everything sounds familiar when I'm not fully awake," Hermione said casually, brushing the matter aside.
