"Dear Hermione,

It's autumn in Australia now, but Hamilton is still a bit hot. I found your father and mother at the Great Barrier Reef; they're doing well.

Your mother seemed quite concerned about teenage girls passing by. Your father accidentally cut his foot on a rock, but he bandaged it himself and refused my help. He said he was a dentist and more professional than me (laughs).

……

Now, you should be taking your NEWT test. I believe you can pass and get excellent results, and I also believe you're eager to hear from your parents.

Please forgive me for appearing before them without permission, but I did not use magic on your father... I am not skilled in healing magic or potions.

After finishing her last exam, Hermione received a letter from an owl, leaving her both amused and exasperated.

“I thought you were going to get angry,” Ron said, gesturing wildly and making a funny face. “You’re meddling too much!”

Hermione glared at Ron, both amused and exasperated: "He must have shown up in front of them because he saw my dad was injured."

“The stench of love—” Ron said, then looked at Harry, “and you! Harry!”

"Look!" said Harry, "Lavender is here."

Ron immediately gathered his clothes, only to find that Harry was playing a trick on him. He was furious and started fighting with Harry.

When he sat up, looking disheveled, Hermione said again, "Good evening, Lavender!"

"Stop messing around, Hermione!" Ron looked up impatiently and met Lavender's smiling face.

She said, "Good evening, Hermione!"

At the prom, Krum insisted on going to Hogwarts to be Hermione's dance partner.

“I was your dance partner during the Triwizard Tournament,” Krum said. “And I should be your partner at the prom too, shouldn’t I?”

After graduation, Hermione and Krum travel to Australia to restore their parents' memories.

Mr. Granger was astonished to find that he recognized the tall, strong young man. At the time, Mr. Granger had remarked that he hadn't expected Bulgarians to speak such fluent English. Now, even more unexpectedly, his English teacher was none other than his own daughter.

Soon after, Hermione was easily accepted into the Ministry of Magic, taking the first step toward her goal of implementing the "House-Elf Reform Act".

However, this is not an easy task.

Her personal life was the first to be affected, with tabloids and small media outlets swarming around her like bees smelling sweetness, much to Hermione's annoyance.

In particular, photos of her dancing with Krum at her prom were prominently displayed in newspapers, and she was known as Krum's rumored girlfriend.

"They can't see the important things I'm doing!" Hermione laughed in exasperation. "They only care about who I'm dating!"

“Get used to it.” Ron shrugged, sounding resigned. “Think about it, we used to be called friends of Harry Potter, the savior—right, Harry?”

Harry raised his hands in surrender: "Hey, let me go!"

"I'm not letting you get away with this!" Ron held up the newspaper. "Look at these people, they're really good at talking nonsense."

There are so many rumors surrounding Hermione: her relationship with Harry during their exile (Ron exclaims: Where have I been! Hermione replies: You ran away in a rage, remember? Ron argues: I ran back!), her relationship with Krum, and her rumored affairs with all the male politicians she has ever been in contact with.

“You should ask Prarese,” Harry said astutely. “I’ve never heard of Stewart having any scandals.”

Prarese's response was: "You didn't spend any money, Hermione."

“This is unfair!” Hermione said angrily. “Why should we pay for something we didn’t do!”

Stella laughed heartily: "You're right, why should we? Oh—you know, we're only glamorous on the surface. Standing here, how many more mouths do we have to feed than those men? A man's scandal is called being charming, but a woman's scandal is called being promiscuous, how ridiculous!"

“Thank goodness for you guys.” Stella winked at Praris. “Thanks to Draco and Uncle Lucius—for their money! Granger, don’t take those people’s words too seriously. Some mouthpieces can be changed with just a few Galleons.”

Hermione looked at Stella, then at Praris, and said with exasperation, "You're only making them more greedy. They want more now than they do now!"

“That’s right,” Praris said calmly. “Some people are indeed disobedient, and sometimes they need to be disciplined.”

"Hermione, everyone has their own choices on this path. Some choose to blend in and do their best within their limited scope. Others choose to stand out and change the world. Your choice is difficult, but it also offers a greater chance to achieve great things... We look forward to what you will do."

Hermione whispered, "I was wrong."

"Hmm?" Praris and Stella exchanged a glance.

“Victor and I broke up again,” Hermione said, shaking her head. “I thought Victor’s brilliance was overshadowing my own struggles… We had a huge fight. I thought breaking up with Victor would temporarily solve everything, and once I achieved success, who could deny my abilities?”

“But I was so wrong,” Hermione said firmly. “Since my ideal is to change the rules, it’s perfectly normal to be attacked. If I give in to public pressure, it’s the same as surrendering to these unreasonable rules. I’ll just be a player in this dirty game forever, bound by it… And these rules will bind even more people like me who come after me. If I can’t even change this, how can I liberate house-elves?”

Praris's eyes lit up, and she turned to look at Stella. Meeting her friend's gaze, Stella rolled her eyes, stirring her coffee nervously. A few seconds later, she said, "Granger, I admire your boldness. My door is open for you if you need anything."

To be honest, Stella was also fed up with dealing with these gossipy people. If Hermione could manage, she and Prader wouldn't hesitate to offer some support.

Much later, Hermione learned that Stella Stewart's secret boyfriend at the time was Marcus Flint—their similar predicaments had forged an alliance between them.

Hermione finds Krum and confesses everything that has happened and her ideals: "You once told me that I could trust you and didn't have to lie to you... Now?"

“It’s the same now,” Krum said.

Krum fully understood Hermione's choice. He knew that this brilliant witch was waging a greater war, and he was willing to make some concessions and offer his support for it.

This process was grueling enough. He would sometimes complain about the lack of time they spent together, but that was just talk. In action, Krum remained steadfastly on Hermione's side, offering advice on how to deal with reporters, and sometimes even using his international influence to speak up for Hermione as an old friend.

Years later, Hermione, with her impeccable abilities and well-deserved reputation, succeeded Stella Stewart as the new Minister of Magic, implementing the "House-Elf Liberation Policy," which went down in the history of magic.

Media reports describe her relationship with Krum as no longer "superstar Krum and his rumored girlfriend," but rather "Hermione Granger, the Minister of Magic with an outstanding track record, and her partner—the famous Quidditch player Viktor Krum."

Later in the side story, Praris

Passing NEWT's exams was an easy task for Praris. In fact, almost no one could test her in Potions, Charms, and Defense Against the Dark Arts.

In the first few years after graduation, Praris followed her own wishes and worked at St. Mungo's Hospital for Magical Injuries and Sicknesses as a pharmacist.

The apothecaries of St. Mungo's are not what people imagine. The healers brew their own potions and most magical potions; the apothecaries are not the kind of busy, dreary little devils.

Praris and another apothecary, Kaya Lawrence, are responsible for developing potions needed for specific ailments.

The two of them were in a special potion research center on the basement floor. It was not open to the public, so there weren't even any floor signs. The departments were nameless, but the people inside were influential figures, even holding positions of authority in potion research.

The research center originally had another elderly pharmacist, Gallagher. Mr. Gallagher was over ninety years old and still dedicated to his post. However, Voldemort's rampage caused the old man to overwork himself, and he hurriedly submitted his retirement application and left.

In addition, this floor contains a large number of medical and financial records, which are also not open to the public. However, pharmacists can request access to the records they need at any time.

The research center was designed for the relatively quiet and stable underground environment, which would not affect the precision of the experiments. However, Kea once joked over afternoon tea, "Maybe the dean is hoping we blow up the archives, then all the trouble will be gone."

Kaya and Praris are both notorious workaholics. The two witches treat the research center as their home and the archives as an inexhaustible source of materials, thus starting an arms race in the world of potions.

But Prarese and Kaya are different—she has a boyfriend, and Draco brings food over every day at noon and in the evening.

“My family also has a potion research facility, doesn’t it?” Draco tricked him, “You’ve worked there, you have everything there, so we can spend all our time together.”

"Forget about it," Praris said coldly as he ate. "There are no medical records or strange patients there."

Draco: KO.

Well, he's been defeated again.

Prareis poked his sullen face and craned his neck to ask, "Are you really angry?"

“You know perfectly well—” Draco knew Praris well; this guy was asking a question he already knew the answer to!

"Alright, don't be angry," Praris said with a smile. "Don't you want to cherish the time we have together? Let's talk about your research progress."

Alchemy has many research directions. Classified by research content, the most famous is Nicolas Flamel's Philosopher's Stone, namely the art of turning lead into gold and the alchemy of life. Next is temporal alchemy, including time-twisters, space-extending magic, and artifacts. There are also many other alchemical studies that are not clearly categorized, such as alchemical buildings like Hogwarts Castle and the Ministry of Magic.

After listening to Draco's explanations every day, Praris gained a basic understanding of alchemy. However, this was all rather rudimentary and not professional enough—after all, it wasn't her profession.

Some magical items are created by accident; the creators don't have any special thoughts or research, but they are still born.

This does not mean that magical items themselves are not worth studying; the real significance lies in the mysteries behind them.

For example, Muggles have seen countless trees blackened by lightning throughout history, but that doesn't mean electricity isn't worth studying; in fact, the use of electricity has changed Muggle society.

Draco has recently been studying the alchemy of the Arabic system, specifically mineral alchemy. Mineral alchemy can be divided into metallic alchemy and gem alchemy. The latter obviously sounds much more impressive, but it's not for the poor.

Draco doesn't care about these things; he has no financial constraints and is engaged in extensive learning and research, laying the foundation for his future goals.

"...Arabian alchemy was influenced by Chinese alchemy." Draco couldn't stop talking about it. "Chinese wizards' alchemy used to be called alchemy, and their alchemy and potion-making were inseparable. In Arabic alchemy, a lot of Chinese metals were used, such as Chinese copper and alum... The most famous one is wet alchemy."

"You're very interested in this?" Praris asked, resting his chin on his hand.

To be honest, because she lacked a background in alchemy, she couldn't fully understand what Draco was saying or offer any constructive advice. For example, she had never even heard of wet alchemy.

But she won't stop listening or get impatient because of that—one expression of affection is the desire to share.

“That’s right.” Draco got carried away with his enthusiasm. “Didn’t you guys say you wanted to go to China? When you’re on vacation, invite Pansy and Millison along, it’s on me!”

"Is Praris on holiday?" Kaiya asked jokingly as she passed by, carrying the bread she had just bought. "Is that so strange?"

“Hey! Are you really that much better than me?!” Praris shouted back quickly.

Pralis turned around and saw Draco staring intently at her. She then held up one finger to the left, and Draco's gaze followed it to the left; she held it to the right, and Draco's gaze followed it to the right.

Draco couldn't take it anymore, grabbed Praris's finger, and yelled "Hey!" Praris burst into laughter.

"How about next year's Easter holiday?" Praris stopped provoking Draco and said seriously, "Invite Zabini and Theodore as well."

Draco grunted twice, somewhat annoyed, and said, "Theodore doesn't want to see you."

Praris publicly claimed that his mother was "Sylvia," although most people did not know what this meant, but pure-blood families are very sensitive about kinship.

Regarding Sylvia's case of murdering a Muggle and going to jail, there are rumors that the Muggle was her husband, but some people don't believe it. Look, Pralis and her mother both worked for the Dark Lord, and her boyfriend was Malfoy—how could she be half-blood? Besides, she's so powerful, how could she not be pure-blood?

Slytherin had its own way of judging, and most people didn't care whether Prareth was pure-blood or not. They only cared about Prareth's value and praised his forbearance, foresight, and extraordinary talent.

However, there are also those who hold different views.

Praris's friends alone represent different viewpoints.

First was Milison, who hastily buried Mrs. Burst with Aunt Becky.

“I don’t want to call her Mom, I’ll just call her Dolly,” Milison said wistfully. “Dolly was going to kill me, but Ron saved me, so she was going to kill both of us… How ridiculous, it was Gryffindor who was protecting me.”

“Ron could handle her, but I couldn’t bring myself to hurt her. After all, she is… no one can bring themselves to hurt themselves…” Milison chuckled self-deprecatingly. “So she attacked me relentlessly, forcing Ron to expose an opening while trying to save me. At that moment, Peter—Ron said it was his old pet rat—rushed out and attacked Dolly. Dolly was killed by Peter, and the next second, Peter was strangled to death by his own silver prosthetic hand.”

Milison closed her eyes and whispered, "I'm very sad, very sad. Whether it's Dolly or Anna, whether it's good or bad, people shouldn't live or die for something so intangible."

“Play, I know what those people are talking about. I don’t care about it, or rather, I hate these endless ideologies… They should all have died in that war!”

Millison's family was utterly destroyed by Voldemort's ideology. Prass's actions, which ultimately drove Voldemort mad, gave her immense satisfaction. She wished Prass were half-blood, to infuriate those fools and madmen who blindly followed certain ideologies, making them realize just how pathetic and despicable their beliefs were.

Secondly, there's Pansy. Pansy knew all along that Praris was mixed-race and even helped her keep it a secret. Individualism and emotional identification were Pansy's principles; she cared about Praris as a person, not about any damn ideology.

Finally, there's Daphne, who quietly distanced herself from Praris after only hearing that he was of mixed race.

Astoria had a huge fight with her sister over this: "Just because Pry isn't a pureblood, does that mean your relationship doesn't count?!"
