Pirates on Rocks' Ship 996

Reina knew Señor's story very well. Even after so many years in the world of One Piece, he still remembered the shock he felt when he saw the memories about Señor's past.
When Señor Piqué was young and full of life, he met a beautiful girl on a rainy day. He was captivated by her innocent, kind, and pure smile.
The two soon got married and had a child, but faced with his wife who hated pirates, Señor lied to her, telling her that he worked at a bank.
However, while Señor was away on a mission, their child died from a fever.
At the time when he was needed most, he was not by his wife and children's side, so listening to his wife's words and scolding, Señor's mind went blank.
By the time he realized what was happening, his angry wife had already left. Señor, who chased after her, only found his wife, who had been injured in a landslide and was now in a vegetative state.
By chance, he bought a hat that his son had once worn on the street. After putting it on his head and showing it to his wife, Señor noticed that his wife actually smiled.
To see his wife's smile, Señor dressed himself up as a baby. He ignored the ridicule of others and insisted on dressing like this, all for his wife's smile. Even when his companions laughed at him, he did not change in the slightest.
So, upon hearing Reina's words, Señor, who was about to refuse without a second thought, froze on the spot, hesitating and struggling.
Torn between his young master, whom he considered more important than his own life, and a secret formula that could restore his wife's health, Senor was torn and unable to make a choice.
"Señor, you go with him!" Doflamingo suddenly spoke up at that moment.
"Young Master!" The others all looked at Doflamingo. They knew why Doflamingo said that; they all knew about Señor.
However, in their view, it was only right to give everything for the young master. As for a mere woman, Señor should have decisively rejected Reina so that the initiative would be back in their hands and they would have the right to negotiate with Reina.
"Young Master!" Señor gritted his teeth and knelt down directly before Doflamingo. He didn't know the meaning of his actions. Was it to thank Doflamingo? Or to make Doflamingo retract his order?
"Fufufufu... Señor, follow my instructions and go with Reina!" Doflamingo said with a smile.
Although he also wanted to use this to blackmail Reina, especially with the information about the One Piece from last time, he knew that now was not a good time.
"Yes, thank you, young master!" Señor said gratefully.
"Let me make this clear first... my secret formula can't guarantee your wife's 100% recovery. Every patient is different, so I'm telling you this now so you won't think I'm deceiving you later!" Reina said, pursing his lips.
"No, no..." Señor waved his hand somewhat awkwardly and said.
Reina sighed. He couldn't bear to see this tough guy turn into a servile fellow for such a tiny bit of hope.
“You don’t have to do this… This isn’t how a man should behave… If you don’t mind… you can take me to see your wife… After I examine her myself, the chances of her recovery… might be better!” Reina said with a sigh.
“Thank you…thank you…but my wife isn’t here!” Señor shook his head and said.
"Is it far? If it's not far, I can go with you, but if it's too far... I might not be able to help!" Reina glanced at Doflamingo and said.
Señor hesitated for a moment, then looked at Doflamingo. His wife's location was also an important stronghold of their Donquixote Family, so he didn't tell Reina immediately, but instead looked at his young master.
"Fine, I'll give you one day... I'll wait for you in Dressrosa for three days. If you can bring your wife over, I'll help you take a look. If not... then I can't help you!" Reina said, feigning impatience.
"Fufufufu... No problem, one day is enough!" Seeing Señor's pleading eyes, Doflamingo felt something was wrong, but he still gave in.
After reaching an agreement with Doflamingo, Reina and his two companions were arranged to rest in guest rooms, while the Donquixote Family executives gathered for a meeting.
“Young Master…” Señor opened his mouth with some difficulty, wanting to say something but unable to utter a word.
“Fufufufu… Señor, we’re family! Don’t worry, I’ve already sent someone to fetch your wife! But this time you’re going with them… make sure you get to the bottom of things and see what they’re looking for!” Doflamingo said with a smile, sitting in the main seat.
"Young Master, rest assured, even at the cost of my life, I will find out the truth!" Señor said firmly.
He knew it would be difficult to uncover the secrets of the Whitebeard Pirates. As an outsider, he knew they would be wary of him. However, Doflamingo gave up the opportunity to obtain more information and chose to save his wife, which deeply moved Señor. So he made up his mind that he would do whatever it took to get the information back.
"Let's put that aside for now... Doflamingo, the Whitebeard Pirates are already in the spotlight because of the Pirate King's bloodline issue, but they've dispersed their forces at this time. Do they have some other plans? You know, the Navy has been keeping an eye on them for a long time!" Trebol said, looking at Doflamingo.
"It is indeed strange...that's why I'm even more curious about what they are looking for. Fire Fist Ace's identity has been exposed, and now everyone is watching them, at such a crucial moment..." Doflamingo also fell into deep thought.
Chapter 362 Señor and Lucien
“Reina, why are we waiting here all day? Wouldn’t it be better to go back sooner? There’s hardly anyone around Dad right now!” Fossa asked Reina beside him on the streets of Dressrosa.
"Don't worry! Those people won't dare to mess with us! The more relaxed we appear, the less likely they are to act recklessly!" Reina replied with a smile.
“But it seems the Navy has already sent people to keep an eye on the Moby Dick, hasn’t it?” Izo said softly.
"Yes! The Navy is indeed in some trouble! But Sengoku... he never fights a battle he's not confident of winning, so he won't act rashly until he's fully prepared!" Reina smiled slightly and said, "The Seven Warlords of the Sea should have received his orders before, but not orders to assemble, so he won't act for the time being!"
Izang and Fossa nodded in agreement. The Seven Warlords of the Sea are now another major force against pirates besides the World Government and the Navy. If they were to take action against the Whitebeard Pirates, they would definitely receive the news.
Reina, who had made preparations well in advance, had already won over half of the Seven Warlords of the Sea.
“Sengoku must already know we’re in Dressrosa. He’s probably on the phone with Doflamingo right now. But Doflamingo is no pushover. He won’t let the Navy ruin his plans!” Reina said with a smile.
"A good thing?" Fossa frowned and asked, "We're here to take his people, is that a good thing?"
“Idiot…we’re just here to get Ata’s help, it’s not like we’re kidnapping him! Once things are settled on our end, he’ll naturally learn our secret from Señor, so he won’t let the navy interfere!” Reina said confidently.
"What should we do then? What if someone finds out..."
"Don't worry……"
Before Izo could finish speaking, Reina interrupted him and winked at him.
Upon receiving Reina's hint, Izo immediately realized that their actions and conversations were likely being monitored. He then feigned concern and said, "If Doflamingo finds out about our secret... I'm afraid that won't be good."
Seeing Izo's appearance, Reina knew he understood. These guys hadn't increased their strength much, but their acting skills were all top-notch.
“It’s alright, we’ll find a reason to detain him for a few more days, and then let him go after we’ve finished our business!” Reina replied, pretending to be confident.
Hearing Reyner's conversation with his companion on the monitor, the Donquixote Family member responsible for eavesdropping immediately got up to find Doflamingo and report the results of his eavesdropping.
The next morning, Señor and his wife were waiting at the port. This time, Doflamingo did not come; instead, Trebol came to see them off.
However, Reina didn't like this guy, so he didn't say much and left with Señor.
“While your wife's head injury is a contributing factor, her current condition is largely due to her own unwillingness to face reality and her escapism… If we only rely on medication… it may be difficult for her to recover.” After settling Senor and his wife in the cabin, Reina immediately examined Senor's wife.
"Then what should we do?" Señor asked nervously.
“What did she like before? And why did she become like this?” Reina looked up at Señor and asked.
“He likes rainy days…” Señor didn’t need to think about his wife’s preferences, but he was reluctant to answer about her heartache. However, in order to help Reina make a better diagnosis, he reluctantly replied, “She became like this… because our child… died!”
"Is that really the case?" Reina looked up at Señor and asked.
Señor paused for a moment, then nodded and said, "Of course!"
Reina shook his head, stood up and said, "Her physical condition is fine; you've taken good care of her. But her current state is partly due to a severe head injury, and partly because she's trying to escape reality. Perhaps what you're saying is one reason, but I believe it's definitely not the whole story! Think about it carefully... Right now, the only one who can save her... is you!"
"What do you mean? Your Excellency Reina... could you explain it more clearly?" Señor asked, somewhat confused.
Reina smiled slightly, tapped Señor's heart, and said, "Don't ask me, ask your heart..."
After saying that, Reina walked straight out of the cabin.
Over the next period of time, they headed towards the Laru Sea while inquiring about Zephyr's whereabouts. Unfortunately, Zephyr, who had formed a pirate guerrilla crew, did not have a fixed location, so Reina was unable to find him for the time being.
Fortunately, they have found Señor, so the most pressing problem has been solved.
A few days later, just as the pirate ship was about to enter the Laru Sea, Señor found Reina again.
"Lord Reina...do you have any way to wake Lucien up?" Señor asked in a deep voice.
He had been taking care of Lucian in the cabin these past few days, but all his attempts to do so had been in vain, so he began to suspect that Reina was deceiving him.
“It seems you still haven’t figured out why your wife has become like this!” Reina replied with a slight smile.
Señor remained silent.
“The death of her child was indeed a huge blow to her, but besides the child… what else do you think was most important to her?” Reina asked, looking at Señor.
Señor remained silent, his mind in turmoil. In his mind, his wife's greatest concern was their child, Jim Reit.
“What an idiot… You are the most important person in her life! The child is the fruit of your love. Why would she value the child? Isn’t it because the child is the continuation of your relationship? But what did you do? You concealed your identity, causing her to lose not only her beloved husband but also her beloved child in a short period of time! That’s why she’s running away from reality and doesn’t want to face it!” Reina shook his head and said.
Upon hearing Reina's words, Señor froze on the spot. He had never thought about this before: while he liked Lucian, she also deeply loved him.
He even had a family, but Lucien had nothing. He had nothing but himself and his child. Only after losing himself and his child did he feel that life had lost its meaning.
“The child is gone now, and no one can bring her back to life… But… isn’t there still you? Why can’t you take responsibility like a husband? Give her what she wants, and then… she might have a chance to wake up. If you can’t do that… let her continue to sleep!” Reina patted Señor on the shoulder and said.
“So…so that’s how it is…I’m the culprit behind all this!” Señor knelt on the ground, muttering to himself.
"So... have you thought it through? How exactly do you want to save Lucian?" Reina asked with a smile.
Señor ignored Reina and knelt on the ground, his mind filled with images of the time when Lucien lived with him.
"You mean... the only way to save Lucian is to change yourself the way she wants, right?" After a long pause, Señor slowly stood up and asked.
“Wrong! It’s not about changing yourself! It’s about becoming the person you were when you lied to her. You’re not a pirate, just an ordinary person. Even though you don’t earn many Berries, you’re the person she wants to be!” Reina shook his head and said.
Señor's lips twitched; he truly couldn't make the decision to betray his young master.
“You don’t need to be so conflicted right now. Maybe this method won’t work either! You can try it, maybe it will wake her up! But… I want to tell you… if she really wakes up, I hope you won’t let her down again, otherwise… it’s better to let her continue to immerse herself in her own world!” Seeing Señor’s silence, Reina offered his suggestion.
“I understand, I will think it over carefully!” Señor nodded and said, “I will keep my promise and help you do what you need!”
“That’s good! By the way, you’d better make a decision as soon as possible… The sooner you do this, the better! The longer she stays in her own world, the less you can pull her out! You could make her laugh with baby clothes back then, but now… you probably can’t do that anymore, right?” Reina said, looking at Señor.
Señor nodded silently.
“That’s right… Talk to her more often, don’t hide anything from her, tell her your reasons and decisions back then!” Reina sighed and said.
"Phew... I understand!" Señor turned and left Reina's room, still unsure of what to do.
When the pirate ship entered the Laru Sea, Reina noticed that Senor was talking to Lucian every day. Although he didn't eavesdrop, Reina knew that Senor must have made a choice.
“We’re less than a day’s journey from here to our destination! Get ready!” Reina said to Señor, who had come out to get food, at dinner.
"I understand!" Señor nodded and was about to leave, but Reina called him back.
"You've made a decision? You're planning to give up your pirate identity?" Reina asked curiously.
After a moment of silence, Señor gritted his teeth and said, "I'm going to try... If Lucian wakes up before we leave, then I'll give up my pirate identity and find a small island with her to live on! If she still hasn't woken up before we leave... then it means... she doesn't want to wake up at all! Then I'll continue to take care of her like this for the rest of my life!"
"Leave the choice to fate? What an irresponsible guy! If Lucian wakes up... I'll tell Doflamingo... you've been killed by me!" Reina said, and left the restaurant.
"Thank you..." Señor whispered to Reina's retreating figure.
Chapter 363 The Angry Reina
"Dad, there are more and more people watching us. Should we try to shake them off first?" Jozu asked Whitebeard aboard the Moby Dick.
"Have you received any news from Reina and Vista?" Whitebeard asked after thinking for a moment.
“Reina has found the target, and we’ve also received news from Vista, who’s on his way there. However, according to Reina, there’s no need for Vista to go!” Joz nodded and replied.
