Chapter Fifty-Six: Subduing the Female Demon

After Lin Yaoxie's Thunder Axe was entangled by the monster, the monster thought he had no way out. But Lin Yaoxie was not someone to be trifled with. He turned his axe, and the silk that the monster spat out was messed up by Lin Yaoxie. When the monster saw how powerful Lin Yaoxie was, it released the silk and turned into a wisp of smoke and escaped outside the cave.

Taking advantage of the opportunity, Lin Yaoxie chased after him and cornered the leading demon king.

At this moment, Sun Wukong took the opportunity to untie Zhu Bajie and Tang Sanzang from the cave, allowing Zhu Bajie to take Tang Sanzang away first, while Sun Wukong stayed behind to help Lin Yaoxie eliminate the other female demons.

Here, Lin Yaoxie and the female demon were evenly matched, but the female demon's magic was still inferior to Lin Yaoxie's. Taking advantage of the female demon queen's distraction, Lin Yaoxie swung his axe and slashed at the demon.

"Young Master Lin, Young Master Lin, please stop!" At this moment, Tu Mu Zhen Xing descended from the sky and shouted at 457 Lin Yao Xie.

"Tumu Zhenxing, what are you doing here? This monster killed my master! He almost ate my master! And you're telling me to spare him? That's ridiculous!" Lin Yaoxie said to Tumu Zhenxing.

"Young Master Lin, you may not know this, but this monster was originally one of my attendants. While I was attending a banquet, he stole my treasure and secretly descended to the mortal realm, causing you trouble. I apologize to you and ask for your leniency so that I can teach this wicked beast a lesson!" Tu Mu Zhen Xing said to Lin Yao Xie.

Seeing that Tumu Zhenxing was so sincere, Lin Yaoxie couldn't refuse him, so he released the monster and let Tumu Zhenxing take him back to the Heavenly Court.

The master and his disciples were finally reunited, and Tang Sanzang began his nagging again.

"Lin Yaoxie, look at this! If you hadn't gone to the market first and left us behind, this wouldn't have happened!"

"Master, this isn't my fault. Next time, you must be more careful and not be fooled again!" Lin Yaoxie said to Tang Sanzang, feeling wronged.

Tang Sanzang didn't say anything more after hearing what Lin Yaoxie said, and the group of master and disciples continued on their journey.

Soon they passed through another grove of trees, and at that moment Tang Sanzang heard what sounded like coming from inside the trees.

"Wukong, listen quickly! What's that sound? Why do I hear a woman crying for help?" Tang Sanzang said, and started walking towards the sound.

"Master, Senior Brother Lin Yaoxie isn't here. He specifically told us not to wander around before he left. Have you forgotten how we suffered last time?" Lin Yaoxie said to Tang Sanzang.

He advised.

It turns out that Tang Sanzang said he was a little hungry halfway through the journey, so he asked Lin Yaoxie to go beg for some vegetarian food. That's why Lin Yaoxie is not with them now.

"Oh dear, that woman's voice sounds quite pitiful. Let's go take a look first, and then wait for our senior brother to come back before we let him do it. Let's observe from a distance to see what's going on!" said Pigsy.

At this point, Pigsy was taking advantage of Tang Sanzang's soft-hearted nature, so he kept trying to persuade him.

Finally, Tang Sanzang relented, and the group of disciples headed towards the sound.

Just as they reached the woman, Lin Yaoxie transformed back. Together they saw a beautiful woman tied to the tree. Upon seeing this, Zhu Bajie became excited again and said he would go forward to untie the woman.

"Fool, don't you find it strange that a woman of unknown origin is tied to a tree in this desolate wilderness?" Lin Yaoxie asked Zhu Bajie.

Chapter Fifty-Seven: Rescuing the Woman

Unexpectedly, Zhu Bajie had no sense of precaution at all. Not only did he ignore Lin Yaoxie's advice, but he even talked back to him.

"Lin Yaoxie, you know this is the middle of nowhere. Look, there's no one around. You just leave a weak woman here like this. Is your heart made of stone? It's so hard!" Pigsy said.

Just as the two were about to start arguing, Sun Wukong stepped in and spoke a fair word.

“Bajie, look at this desolate wilderness. A woman has suddenly appeared out of nowhere. I think there must be something fishy going on. Let’s listen to Lin Yaoxie.”

When Pigsy heard that Monkey King said the same thing, he shut up. Tang Sanzang also felt that what they said made sense, so he quickly glanced at the woman, mounted his horse, and left.

They hadn't gone far when Tang Sanzang heard the woman's cries for help again. He couldn't hold back any longer and said he was about to dismount and go back to find her.

"Master, do you want to save that woman?" Lin Yaoxie asked.

"Oh dear, Lin Yaoxie, look at this desolate wilderness. It's not safe for us to leave her here alone. We haven't confirmed her identity as a demon yet, and I don't think she looks like one. Let's take her with us!" Tang Sanzang replied to Lin Yaoxie.

At this point, Lin Yaoxie knew he could no longer persuade Tang Sanzang; saying more would be useless. It seemed he could only take things one step at a time, so he followed Tang Sanzang back to the original spot.

"Benefactor, why have you come here alone, why are you tied to a tree, and who tied you to the tree?" Tang Sanzang asked the woman three questions in succession.

"Elder, I was originally a woman from the family in the village up ahead. A few years ago, I married into the village on the other side. A few days ago, my mother was unwell, so I went back to see her. Today, I was just leaving my mother's house on my way back to my husband's house when I encountered bandits on the way. They robbed me of all my money and, fearing I would report them to the authorities, tied me to this tree," the woman said.

Upon hearing the woman's words and glancing around, Tang Sanzang realized that they were indeed likely to encounter kidnappers, and thus believed her lie.

"Bajie, quickly save this benefactor!" Tang Sanzang said to Zhu Bajie.

Pigsy was a lecherous man. When he heard Tang Sanzang instruct him to untie the woman, and after looking at her face, he couldn't help but chuckle to himself. He then eagerly untied the woman's ropes.

0oo is asking for flowers.....

To be fair, Tang Sanzang was a man who cherished women. He rarely let his disciples rest on his horse, but this time he let the woman ride on his horse and had Zhu Bajie lead it.

The group soon arrived at a temple. The temple was extremely luxurious, with red walls and green accents that looked beautiful. There was no temple like this in China.

"Western temples are indeed magnificent!" Tang Sanzang exclaimed.

Soon, someone came out to greet them.

"Where do you monks come from, and where are you going?" the monk who greeted them asked.

"I come from the Great Tang Dynasty in the East, on the orders of Emperor Li Shimin to travel to the Western Paradise to obtain Buddhist scriptures. I am passing through this place and hope that the Holy Monk can take me in for one night," Tang Sanzang replied.

Upon hearing that the monk had come from the Tang Dynasty in the East, the monk quickly ran into the temple to report to the abbot. The abbot, upon hearing the monk's words, hurriedly came out to greet Guang.

Chapter Fifty-Eight: The Wrongfully Accused Monk

Upon seeing Tang Sanzang and his companions, the abbot of the temple quickly invited them into the temple.

After they went inside, Tang Sanzang once again explained to the abbot the purpose of their visit.

“Since you are a high-ranking monk sent by the Tang Dynasty, you can stay here as many nights as you like, not just one night!” the abbot said.

However, while the abbot was speaking, he kept looking at the woman that Tang Sanzang and his companions had just rescued. Tang Sanzang seemed to notice that the abbot's eyes were constantly looking at the woman, so he explained the woman's background to the abbot.

“This female benefactor is a woman we rescued from the woods when we came here. She is also a pitiful person. We hope the abbot can prepare a room for her and let her stay overnight.”

"Tang Sanzang said to the abbot."

"Since it was Elder Tang's request, there shouldn't be any problem," the old abbot said, echoing Tang Sanzang's words.

"Someone, take this female benefactor to the Heavenly King Hall to rest," the abbot instructed his disciple.

Seeing that it was getting late, Lin Yaoxie reminded Tang Sanzang and the others that they should rest. So Tang Sanzang bid farewell to the abbot and went with Lin Yaoxie, Sun Wukong and the others to the lodgings arranged for them by the abbot.

Here, the abbot's disciple led the woman to the Heavenly King Hall and was about to leave.

"Elder, I'm a little thirsty. Could you please get me some water?" the woman said to the abbot's disciple.

That monk wasn't a truly upright monk after all; he was ultimately corrupt. Faced with such a beautiful woman who wanted his help to find water, he was naturally happy to oblige.

"Please wait a moment, female benefactor, this humble monk will go and fetch some water for you to drink." After saying this, the abbot's disciple went out of the Heavenly King Hall to find water.

On his way back to retrieve the water, the disciple encountered another junior brother.

"Senior brother, where are we going?" the monk asked the abbot's disciple.

"Isn't this the female benefactor who was thirsty and asked me to find her some water? I'll bring it to her." After saying this, the monk left.

Meanwhile, Tang Sanzang and his companions also encountered a series of problems. Tang Sanzang told Lin Yaoxie that he was thirsty and asked Lin Yaoxie to find him some water.

Lin Yaoxie was a filial son, always ready to grant Tang Sanzang's requests. Even when Tang Sanzang asked for water, Lin Yaoxie would rush out to find him some.

At this moment, the abbot's disciple had already retrieved the water. He knocked on the woman's door and went inside, only to find that the woman was not there. In fact, the woman was hiding behind a screen watching him.

The woman used a teleportation technique and immediately moved behind the monk.

The monk assumed the woman was kind-hearted and was completely unguarded, his mind at ease. The demon saw his chance and used his long fingernails to kill the monk.

After Lin Yaoxie returned with water for Tang Sanzang, he helped Tang Sanzang lie down.

"Demon, do you think my illness will definitely delay our journey to the West? When will we finally reach the Western Paradise and obtain the true scriptures?" Tang Sanzang lamented to the demon in the forest.

Road.

"Master, don't overthink it. Just rest peacefully. Everything will be fine when you wake up tomorrow morning," Lin Yaoxie advised Tang Seng.

Seeing that Tang Sanzang had fallen asleep, Lin Yaoxie called Sun Wukong and went out together, leaving Zhu Bajie and Sha Wujing in the room to guard Tang Sanzang. He always felt that the woman was not as simple as she seemed.

Chapter Fifty-Nine: Tang Sanzang is Captured

"Wukong, I have a feeling that woman is not a kind person. My intuition tells me that she must be a monster!" Lin Yaoxie said to Sun Wukong after he went out.

"Senior brother, whether she's a demon or not, we have to be careful around her, otherwise it will be too late once Master is captured!" Sun Wukong followed the demon's analysis.

"Wukong, it's getting late. Let's go back. I'm always worried about those two guarding there!" Lin Yaoxie said to Sun Wukong again.

And so, the two of them prepared to head back.

Here, Tang Sanzang woke up shortly after Lin Yaoxie and Sun Wukong left.

"Wujing, I'm a little hungry. Could you go and find me something to eat?" Tang Sanzang said to Sha Wujing.

"Alright, Master, you wait here, I'll go find you some food!" After agreeing to Tang Sanzang's request, Sha Wujing woke up Zhu Bajie, who was snoring, and told him to keep an eye on Tang Sanzang while he went out to find some food.

After Sha Wujing left, the door suddenly opened. Zhu Bajie tried to close it, but he couldn't. While Zhu Bajie was closing the door, the demon stole Tang Sanzang, who was sleeping, out the window.

Just as Pigsy was wondering why the window was open, Lin Yaoxie and Sun Wukong returned.

"Where is Master, Bajie? Where did you take Master?" Lin Yaoxie asked anxiously.

"Isn't Master right here?" Pigsy said, pointing to the bed. But Tang Sanzang was nowhere to be seen on the bed; there was only an empty bed. Tang Sanzang had no idea where he had gone.

So the group started arguing, and the noise alerted Sha Wujing, who had gone out to find food. He quickly ran back and found that his master was gone, so he concluded that Tang Sanzang had been captured.

Just as they were wondering where Tang Sanzang had been taken by the demon, they heard crying coming from another place. So they followed the sound of crying to the Heavenly King's Palace.

"Why are the elders crying here?" Lin Yaoxie asked.

"Our poor junior brother was beaten to death by someone." The monks said, pointing to the bedside, where a pile of human bones lay.

"The person who killed your junior brother and kidnapped your master must be the same person, and it must be that woman," Lin Yaoxie analyzed in his mind.

After Lin Yaoxie calmed down, he told Sun Wukong, Zhu Bajie, and Sha Wujing to go back to their room and wait while he went to find the monster.

Lin Yaoxie entered the main hall and pretended to be a monk chanting scriptures. Sure enough, the female demon arrived shortly afterward. Lin Yaoxie then took the opportunity to transform himself into a monk who looked exactly like the one in the temple.

The monster came up behind Lin Yaoxie, intending to kill him in the same way, but Lin Yaoxie was not that stupid.

"I am a monk, so please show some respect, female benefactor. It would be better if we kept our distance," Lin Yaoxie said to the demon.

The demon didn't expect Lin Yaoxie to be so clueless, but she wasn't in a hurry.

"Elder, I don't mean anything by it, just come here for a moment," the monster continued to coax.

This time, Lin Yaoxie really got close. At this moment, the monster tried to touch Lin Yaoxie's shoulder again, and Lin Yaoxie reverted to his original appearance.

The demon was startled when she saw Lin Yaoxie. Tang Sanzang's eldest disciple was no pushover, so she hurriedly ran away. Because she ran so fast, Lin Yaoxie couldn't see where she went.

Chapter Sixty: The Bottomless Cave of Trapped Mountain

Since Lin Yaoxie hadn't had time to see where the monster had escaped to, and it was too late to search for it, he returned to the house and told the remaining people that he had confirmed that the monster had captured Tang Sanzang.
