Dragon Ball, simultaneously traversing countless worlds

At that time, no matter how high Luo Yan's combat power was, without understanding the power of rules, he could only be destroyed by Beerus using divine authority.

Luo Yan sat cross-legged in the void, striving to refine the planet's energy into his own qi and dimensional power.

However, it was too difficult. After a day and a night, Luo Yan had only refined a negligible wisp of energy. In the end, the system recognized his refinement as an effort and triggered a thousandfold critical strike, which allowed him to refine one-tenth of the planet's energy.

Finally, when Luo Yan dispersed the excess, unrefinable planetary energy, his combat power stabilized at 100,000.

This 100,000 is his true combat power, a combat power that truly belongs to him and cannot be separated from him.

"It's too difficult for human bloodlines to refine the planet's energy. Next time I make a wish, I really should wish for a super bloodline."

Luo Yan only extracted a trace of the planet's energy, yet it took him such a long time to refine it.

If it were Moro, refining this amount of planetary energy would be as easy as drinking water.

The upper limit of human bloodline limits the energy intensity that Luo Yan can withstand. The previous one million combat power was the highest level of combat power that Luo Yan could reach. If Luo Yan continued to absorb planetary energy, it would only be wasted or he would explode and die.

Even without Luo Yan, the transmigrator, Krillin, despite being the strongest human on Earth and representing the pinnacle of human bloodline, would only have a combat power level of around 500,000.

Luo Yan's dimensional power is stronger. After possessing Yamcha's body, his potential increased again, but one million combat power is the upper limit of his body.

To break through the limits of one's bloodline, one must either consume the fruit of the Spirit Tree, make a wish upon finding the Dragon Balls, or search for other treasures in the universe.

However, breaking through the limits of bloodline is still a very long way off for Luo Yan.

Now that he has gained powerful combat abilities, his next plan is to climb Kalin Tower and receive training from the Cat Master and the Heavenly God.

As for why they didn't seek out Master Roshi, it's because Master Roshi also has sectarian biases, holds secrets, and has prejudices.

Master Roshi had so many disciples, but in the end, Krillin wasn't the only one who inherited his mantle.

The other disciples were only given a few pointers.

Like Yamcha in the original story, who became Master Roshi's student, did he learn any skills? Absolutely nothing, not even the World Shock Palm.

Besides, it won't be long before Master Roshi has to take on two disciples, Goku and Krillin, and if you include himself, he'll have to take on three disciples. With one person teaching three people, Master Roshi will definitely have some biases. Needless to say, the one he'll focus on training is definitely Goku, who is closer to him.

Training at Korin Tower is different. Sage Korin has no sectarian bias and teaches students one-on-one. Moreover, Sage Korin has also guided Master Roshi. In terms of basic teaching, there is no doubt that he can definitely teach Luo Yan well.

After releasing the excess, uncontrollable planetary energy, the distorted environment around Luo Yan returned to normal.

Bulma, Goku, and the others rushed forward, asking Luo Yan what had just happened.

Extracting planetary energy seems rather evil, so Luo Yan made up an excuse, saying that he had absorbed the primordial energy of heaven and earth, which is why his combat power had skyrocketed.

In fact, planetary energy is indeed part of the vital energy. When Sun Wukong uses the Spirit Bomb, in addition to borrowing the vital energy of living organisms, he also draws energy from rocks, flowers, plants, mountains, and rivers.

The gas from these inanimate objects is nothing short of planetary energy!

Sun Wukong was very interested in combat and cultivation, so he kept asking Luo Yan what primordial energy was and how to cultivate it.

Luo Yan then instructed Sun Wukong to find Master Roshi.

Master Roshi didn't have a chance to appear or demonstrate his Kamehameha when he extinguished the fire at Mount Flame, so Goku has no intention of becoming Master Roshi's apprentice.

After being persuaded by Luo Yan, Sun Wukong decided to seek out Master Roshi to become his disciple, and the plot returned to normal.

With the collection of Dragon Balls coming to an end, Luo Yan inquired about the next steps.

Bulma came out to search for the Dragon Balls during her summer vacation, so after her Dragon Ball journey ended, she naturally had to return to West City to prepare for school.

With nowhere else to go, Oolong decides to follow Bulma.

Luo Yan and Puer naturally wanted to go to Kalinta.

They said their goodbyes with reluctance, promising to meet again a year later to search for the Dragon Balls together.

As for the World Martial Arts Tournament a year later, that match is Goku's debut battle, and the strongest person in the entire tournament is Master Roshi, so Luo Yan has no need to participate.

Instead of wasting time, they should train with the gods and wait until Goku climbs Korin Tower and defeats Tao Pai Pai before going to find the Dragon Balls together.

Chapter 7 spoilers

After bidding farewell to Goku, Bulma, and the others, Luo Yan, along with Puer, embarked on a journey to find Korin Tower.

A building as tall as Kalin Tower cannot be hidden; it must have been discovered by human society long ago.

After asking Bulma, she used the computer in her capsule to help Luo Yan find out the location of Kalinta.

Following the directions given by Bulma, Luo Yan used his superpowers to fly, and in half a day, he traversed tens of thousands of kilometers to reach his destination.

Luo Yan's combat power broke through to 100,000, but his control over Qi was not yet proficient or perfect. From a great distance, the Cat Immortal and the Heavenly God discovered Luo Yan's arrival.

"This kind of powerful combat ability is the human that the gods asked me to keep an eye on. Why is he flying directly in my direction?" Sage Kalin was covered in sweat and somewhat nervous.

After Luo Yan flew to the vicinity of Kalin Tower, he suddenly slapped his forehead, as if he remembered something, and led Pull to a river.

"rise!"

Luo Yan used the magic of telekinesis, which he had recently learned. This spell is similar to Frieza's telekinesis, allowing him to remotely control the movement of objects.

The river suddenly boiled, and countless fish were bound by Luo Yan. Then an empty capsule appeared, instantly putting all the fish inside.

This empty capsule was Yamcha's spoils from his time as a bandit, not something he got from Bulma.

With so many fish as a gift, I'm sure I'll be able to successfully become your apprentice.

Carrying the capsule, Luo Yan soared into the sky and arrived in front of Sage Kalin at an extremely fast speed.

"Hi, Nekosei!"

As soon as Luo Yan stepped into Korin Tower, he saw the serious-looking Nekomamushi and greeted him casually.

"Young man, hello. What brings you to Kalin Tower?" Even though he was nervous inside, the cat sage remained calm and composed on the surface.

"Excuse me for bothering you, but I would like to learn martial arts and the application of qi from you," Luo Yan said bluntly.

The cat squinted and said, "Young man, I can sense that you are stronger than me. Why do you still want to become my disciple?"

Luo Yan said, "Cat Immortal must have already sensed the appearance of the divine dragon. I won't hide it from you, my strength comes from making wishes. I'm not very proficient in controlling my ki, which is why I want to come here to learn from you."

"Oh, so you're the one who made the wish!" the cat sage said, feigning sudden realization.

"Your energy is relatively pure, so you're probably not a wicked person. You made a wish to the dragon and gained such great power. If I may be so bold as to ask, what do you plan to do with this power?"

The Cat Immortal is testing Luo Yan, trying to find out his true thoughts.

Luo Yan didn't say anything grand or make any promises about protecting Earth's peace.

He guessed that the Cat Immortal and the Heavenly God were probably watching him, and that the two might have some ability to detect lies, so in order to successfully become his disciples.

Luo Yan simply voiced his thoughts.

"I want to become stronger just to live. This Earth is too dangerous. In the future, there will be many terrible enemies eyeing the Earth. I don't want to be killed by those enemies, so I have no choice but to become as strong as possible."

The cat immortal and the god who was secretly observing were stunned, because they realized that Luo Yan was telling the truth.

The cat sage asked curiously, "Can you foresee the future? What kind of enemies will Earth face that even you, in your current state, are no match for?"

"I cannot predict the future, but I do know the future. In three years, King Piccolo will be released from his seal, and in twelve years, the Saiyans, the warrior race from the universe, will descend upon Earth. After that, Earth will be constantly eyed by powerful enemies from all walks of life."

"Cosmic emperors, androids, demons, gods of destruction, and other such beings will descend upon Earth."

Luo Yan's tone was very serious: "I know you, Cat Immortal, won't easily believe my words, nor do you understand the level of strength those enemies have reached."

"But according to the universal standard of combat power in the universe, Master Korin's combat power is about 100, Piccolo's combat power is 260, and Kami's combat power is slightly weaker than Piccolo's, but it is also around 200. This was the peak combat power of Earth before I appeared."

"And what about your fighting strength?" the cat sage asked.

"One hundred thousand!"

The cat sage was so frightened he almost dropped his cane. Although he could sense Luo Yan's immense strength, the numerical values displayed were still incredibly shocking.

Even the gods in the shadows were moved.

"Do you think this level of strength is strong?" Luo Yan said meaningfully, "Let me tell you, the cosmic emperor Frieza's strength is 120 million, the android Cell's strength is 60 billion, and Majin Buu's strength is a terrifying 900 billion."

Snapped!

The cat sage's cane fell off. He could sense that Luo Yan wasn't lying, which meant that such an outrageous monster really existed in this universe.

Moreover, these monsters will attack Earth in the not-too-distant future.

Not to mention the cat sage, even the gods were stunned into silence.

"Master Koko, you might not believe everything I'm saying, but Kami, who governs the Earth, should be able to see everything that happened on Earth in the past. The seal artifact for Majin Buu was sent to Earth by an evil sorcerer named Bibidi in ancient times. Kami should be able to access this history."

Master Cat immediately communicated telepathically with Kami, who, without a word, turned and went deep into the temple to search for items and find Majin Buu, whom Luo Yan had mentioned.

In the Z Saga, the old Kami had long since passed away, and Dende was appointed as the Kami. Dende had no idea about the Kami's authority or what treasures were in the temple, so he naturally couldn't discover the place where Majin Buu was sealed.

The current Heavenly God is different. He has been sitting in the position of Heavenly God for over a hundred years and is also a super genius of the Dragon Clan. He has mastered many mysterious magics, and with the many overpowered items in the Earth Temple, it is not difficult for him to find out a piece of history.

Soon, the old god found a television-like device, turned a knob, and the history he wanted to look up appeared on the television. When he saw that there really was an extremely evil giant egg sealed deep in the earth, the old god completely believed Luo Yan's words.

"Karin, this young man is now in your care. Earth needs a powerful warrior to protect the future. After he has completed his training, have him come to the temple to find me." The god transmitted his voice to the cat sage.

Having received the deity's order, the cat sage looked at Luo Yan: "Young man, the deity already knows everything you have said, and we believe you, so I have agreed to teach you."

Luo Yan was overjoyed and took out a capsule filled with fresh fish: "Then the Cat Immortal is my master. Please accept this small gift."

The cat immortal knew perfectly well what was inside the capsule; he had seen Luo Yan fishing.

The cat sage beamed, "Your disciple is quite good."

Chapter 8 Basic Cultivation

After successfully becoming the cat sage's apprentices, the two began their training on the very first day.

"Luo Yan, lower your air pressure to the same level as mine first, and spar with me. I'll see how good your foundation is," the Cat Sage said, leaning on his cane.

Luo Yan lowered it to around one hundred, and the Cat Immortal told Luo Yan to snatch the water bottle from his cane.

As a result, Luo Yan's clumsy movements were so bad that even the Cat Immortal couldn't bear to watch.

"That's terrible, your martial arts skills are absolutely awful."

"Your punches are weak and your kicks are unpredictable. I've never seen a worse martial artist than you."

All the martial artists who can climb Kalin Tower are those who have undergone arduous training. Luo Yan is the first to take a shortcut to get there.

"That's why I came to you, Cat Master, because I know my foundation is weak!"

Luo Yan immediately left the cat immortal speechless.
