Zhao Feiyang, on the other hand, used the experience and connections he had accumulated during his time as an agent to find suitable actors.

Both Xu Fan and Zhao Feiyang are well aware that finding a suitable actor is extremely difficult at present.

Even though Xu Fan is very famous, not everyone can handle that script, and more importantly, not everyone dares to film it.

After all, that script wasn't just any love story script that anyone could act in.

Xu Fan himself hasn't decided whether to participate. After thinking it over, even though his acting skills are decent, there aren't any roles that he'd like to take on, which is very important.

And so, in the time that followed, Zhao Feiyang not only had to prepare for the concert in Moscheng, but also help Xu Fan find actors for his TV series.

They were incredibly busy.

Regardless, after two busy days, Xu Fan knew it was time to set off.

After all, if he doesn't go to the concert in Moss City soon, the fans are probably going to explode.

We've already postponed it once; we absolutely cannot refuse again this time.

Xu Fan felt that as long as he kept a close eye on things, he could still make it in time.

===Chapter 667 In the Name of the People===

Xu Fan has some experience in finding actors.

After all, he has acted in more than one movie, including "Lost and Found" starring Andy Lau and himself, and "Dying to Survive" starring Xu Shan and himself.

Relatively speaking, these films are all very successful, and can be considered excellent in terms of both character development and soundtrack selection.

This is not Xu Fan praising himself, but rather the recognition from other actors. The selection of these actors was partly due to fate, and partly due to his own search.

The participation of both Zhao Yunyi and Xiao Zihan added some commendable aspects to the film "Dying to Survive," as their acting skills were all excellent.

In addition, Xu Fan's own performance has gained recognition from everyone, especially since he won the Best Actor award as a newcomer, which Xu Fan is very proud of.

But Xu Fan knew very well that his excellence was not something he was born with, but rather a gift from the system.

Although he had a vague feeling that there must be some problems with the system, he couldn't find any other way to solve it at the moment.

He didn't think about answering the system's questions in a short time; he just wanted to use the opportunity the system had given him to fulfill his dreams of the past few years.

Whether it's finding his father or because of music, he only hopes that the road ahead will be smooth.

When making movies or TV shows, actors are naturally of paramount importance. Whether or not one acts, the roles within the production must be assigned accordingly.

After thinking it over, Xu Fan called Xu Shan.

As co-stars in "Dying to Survive", and since Xu Shan and Xu Fan share the same surname, they keep in frequent contact in private.

However, since Xu Fan did not make any other films besides those two, there were no other collaborations.

This time, he was filming a new TV series, and naturally thought of Xu Shan, hoping to collaborate with him.

However, Xu Fan also knew that Xu Shan was a comedian, and even if his acting skills were good, it would still be quite difficult for him to participate in his TV series because his age was not suitable.

However, not all characters are unsuitable; there are some characters that are perfectly fine.

When the phone rang, Xu Fan heard the voice on the other end and said with a smile, "Brother Xu, have you been busy lately?"

Xu Shan knew it was Xu Fan, so he smiled and said, "Not busy at all, I'm just waiting for your new movie to start filming."

Upon hearing this, Xu Fan said, "A movie? We don't plan to start filming anytime soon. However, I do have an idea to make a TV series."

Before Xu Fan could even offer an invitation, Xu Shan excitedly said, "The TV series is good too. So, is there a suitable role for me? It's hard to wait for just one of your scenes."

Xu Fan chuckled and said, "That's why I called you."

Upon hearing the reward, he was overjoyed and quickly said, "So, there really is a role for me. Okay, I'll take the part."

Xu Fan asked curiously, "Aren't you going to ask what kind of TV series it is, and what kind of role it is?"

Xu Shan chuckled and said, "To be honest, I trust all the movies or TV series you make. Simply put, whatever you make, I'll act in it."

Xu Fan nodded and said, "Alright then, I won't stand on ceremony with you. The audition is in two days, is that alright?"

Xu Shan smiled and said, "Of course, no problem."

After hanging up the phone, Xu Fan roughly outlined the TV series script in his mind. After careful consideration, he initially decided that the role of Xu Shan would be Chen Hai.

If Xu Shan were to play Chen Hai, the quality of this TV series would not be too bad in essence.

The key issue is that this TV series is too explicit, and I'm actually a little worried about some of the things it involves. What if something goes wrong after filming?

However, once he thought about how this was a decision made to him by Zhao Lao and Yang Ma after reaching a consensus, he didn't think too much about it.

After confirming Chen Hai, Xu Fan then

I called Xiao Zihan. The original cast is back, which is not bad, but they can only play ordinary roles.

For example, Xiao Zihan can only play Lu Yike.

In addition, Xu Fan also called Yang Xiaomi, who agreed to join the other actors.

The younger actors have basically been cast, but the actual cast for this TV series has not yet been determined, and it is difficult to determine.

For a moment, Xu Fan was also at a loss.

Actually, there are many veteran actors in China, but I personally know relatively few of them.

After all, in essence, I am just a newcomer to the entertainment industry.

It has only been a little over half a year since his debut, but he has officially gained a large part of the recognition in the entertainment industry with his numerous catchy songs and two movies, "Dying to Survive" and "Lost and Found".

But he was still a newcomer, so it was naturally very difficult to invite some veteran actors to participate in the TV series at this time, especially since the script was too explicit.

It's not that the TV series involves pornography, gambling, or drugs, but rather that it involves some rather important figures.

Judging from the title of the TV series, "In the Name of the People," this TV series is anything but ordinary.

As a thoroughly anti-corruption drama, when Xu Fan read the script and the TV series in that parallel world, he was deeply impressed and admired it.

Many veteran actors are unwilling to participate in anti-corruption dramas of this scale.

It's not that I don't want to participate, but rather that participating in this TV series could have very serious consequences.

Most importantly, it's an anti-corruption drama.

Hearing the words "anti-corruption" would make countless veteran actors feel ashamed, because such TV dramas are unlikely to have any viewership in the future.

Even if it was filmed by Xu Fan, what difference does it make if there are no viewers?

For veteran actors, it's not just about the ratings after a TV series airs, but also the impact it will have.

Anti-corruption dramas are not a good subject matter, especially when it's directed by a popular singer like Xu Fan.

After Xu Fan obtained information about some veteran actors through Liu Tianwang and others, and after calling them one by one only to be turned away, he felt inexplicably annoyed.

It's not that I'm angry with the veteran actors, it's just that I suddenly realized that if we can't find a suitable place, the filming of this TV series will really be limited.

After all, Mr. Zhao only gave him a month. If he couldn't even find actors, how could he possibly film the movie?

For a moment, he couldn't help but feel uneasy.

Xu Fan had previously asked Zhao Feiyang to use his connections to help him find actors, and they did find a few suitable ones.

However, in terms of the number of actors needed for a TV series, even if Xu Fan and Zhao Feiyang combined their finds, it wouldn't be enough for an average actor.

Zhao Feiyang asked worriedly, "What should we do?"

Xu Fan really wanted to ask, "How would I know?"

But in the end, he didn't ask the question. He just held his phone with a helpless expression and fell into deep thought.

===Chapter 668 Veteran Actor===

Xu Fan was under a lot of pressure, after all, he had only a month to find actors, shoot, and even edit.

The more I thought about it, the more I felt that Old Zhao was joking with me.

Even if you cheat, even if you do nothing and devote yourself entirely to it, it seems impossible to achieve the same result.

Moreover, I have a lot to do, whether it's the global tour or the later rounds of The Coming One Season 2, I will be involved in them all.

After all, the concert is his own solo concert, and he is also a mentor on The Coming One.

This means that you actually have very little personal time. Even if a concert only lasts a few hours, you still need time to travel back and forth.

Even though each live stream of The Coming One only takes a few hours, it still takes time to go back and forth.

Xu Fan thought about it more and more and felt that it was unlikely, but he obviously couldn't and was unwilling to give up now.

So, after much thought, although he had no clue what to do, he knew he still needed to contact a few veteran actors.

Just then, his phone rang, and he was slightly taken aback when he saw the caller ID.

The call was from Han Zilu. Since handing over Fanxing Pictures to Han Zilu, she has worked diligently and conscientiously. It has to be said that she has done a very good job in building Fanxing Pictures, which makes Xu Fan very gratified.

But precisely because of this, Han Zilu has been really busy lately, so she rarely contacts me.

This suddenly came to mind, and I don't know what it's about.

Although he had some doubts, he didn't hesitate much and picked up his phone to answer the call.

"General Manager Xu"

Han Zilu said on the phone, "I've selected some information on veteran actors for you and sent it to your email. Please check it."

Xu Fan was taken aback and subconsciously asked, "How did you know?"

Han Zilu said, "President Zhao is looking for someone and asked me to help out."

Xu Fan understood that the "President Zhao" Han Zilu was referring to was Zhao Feiyang, so he didn't think too much about it. Just then, Han Zilu continued, "Also, actually, these actors I gave you..."

At this point, Han Zilu fell silent for a moment, and Xu Fan asked curiously, "What's wrong? These actors?"

Han Zilu said, "None of them are currently active actors in the entertainment industry, but I can assure you that each of them has very strong acting skills."

Xu Fan was slightly taken aback, and subconsciously asked, "You mean to say?"

Han Zilu said, "Well, actually, according to your requirements, you value acting skills and age the most. In fact, there are many veterans in the entertainment industry who have stopped acting, or have been banned or retired due to certain reasons, but they are all very strong."

Xu Fan understood what he meant, thanked him, and then hung up the phone without saying much more.

It has to be said that Han Zilu's words really woke me up.
