"Do you think I need help?" Gilgamesh asked unhappily.

"If you're willing to do everything, you won't need any extra help," Su Mo said irritably.

"I would never do what a lowly person would do."

"That solves it," Su Mo said.

The ghouls along the way posed no threat to Su Mo and his companions, and they safely returned to the vicinity of Kiritsugu Emiya's warehouse.

Like a bandit, Su Mo hoisted the still unconscious purple-haired girl onto his shoulder and placed her on the bed under Li Yunlong's "Old Wang, you've fallen" gaze.

"You can stay here, it's safe here," Kiritsugu Emiya said to the Tohsaka sisters.

“I want to go find my father.” Matou Sakura nodded, and Tohsaka Rin spoke up from the other side.

"He's dead." Kiritsugu Emiya was clearly not a man who knew how to comfort people; a single sentence from him brought little Rin Tohsaka to the brink of tears.

"You lied to me." Rin Tohsaka looked up at Kiritsugu Emiya.

"No." Kiritsugu Emiya was a very honest person.

As a result, chaos erupted in the warehouse, with several "big shots" who were supposed to save the world being driven crazy by two crying little girls.

Chapter 87 The Division

"You have a daughter too, is it really okay to be so bad at comforting people?" Su Mo said to Emiya Kiritsugu.

It took several people a full hour to finally coax the two little girls to stop crying. Now, Li Yunlong's Independent Regiment members, former elite soldiers of the Conqueror King's army, and now great warriors are performing special skills such as breaking a boulder on their chest and doing a handstand to attract the attention of the two little girls.

The already small warehouse looked like a vegetable market, and Jin Shanshan's face was very unpleasant.

Not to mention Jin Shanshan, Su Mo's expression wasn't good either. This wretched place was doomed sooner or later!

In such a noisy environment, Su Mo heard a soft groan and saw the girl with long purple hair, who was so well-developed that she didn't look like a high school student at all, move her body slightly.

He reached the bedside and was about to speak when a cold glint flashed before Su Mo's eyes.

With his head tilted slightly to the side, a samurai sword grazed almost the side of Su Mo's cheek, its cold, sharp blade pressed against his face.

Extending a finger, Su Mo carefully pushed the blade aside slightly and said, "Hey, Kiritsugu Emiya! Why do you even have weapons in your bed?! Just how insecure are you?!"

"To prevent attacks while we're resting," Kiritsugu Emiya explained with a cold expression.

"Who are you? Where is this?" The katana was very "obediently" moved aside by Su Mo, and then came to Su Mo's neck, a position even more dangerous than before. The purple-haired girl hurriedly glanced around and asked, "Do those monsters have anything to do with you?"

"Judging from the behavior of this person on the bus and the surrounding environment, this group of people in front of me is definitely not ordinary people," Maya Busujima calmly analyzed in her mind.

“SHD,” Su Mo said to Maya Busujima with a serious expression, “or you can call us Sleeping Agents.”

"Sleeping agents?" This term is easy to understand. It refers to a special group of people who have undergone special training and then continue to live as ordinary people until they encounter special circumstances like today.

Seeing the extraordinary aura of these people, Maya Busujima easily believed what the man in front of her said. How could someone so ordinary knock her unconscious in an instant? Besides, given the current situation, they had no reason to lie to her, and Maya Busujima didn't think she could wreak havoc just by wielding a katana.

Putting aside the number of people present, the deathly stillness emanating from the man sitting at the table not far away, with some guns beside him and a cold expression, made Maya Busujima extremely wary, and she couldn't even suppress her inner fear.

“Those monsters…” Maya Busujima continued to ask.

"Sister." At this moment, Rin Tohsaka ran over and threw herself into Maya Busujima's arms, followed by Sakura Matou, who grabbed Su Mo's clothes.

The elite soldiers and the great warriors were finally freed. They nodded to Li Yunlong and left with a sigh of relief. They were all grown men; compared to trying to please a little girl, they would rather go to the battlefield and fight the enemy with bayonets.

"It's a complicated matter, but in short, there's a special group of people in the world with special abilities, and these things are what they created." Su Mo patted Matou Sakura's head and explained briefly, "Our goal now is to stop these people from destroying the world; in short, we're on the side of justice."

"Oh." Maya Busujima nodded.

"So, young lady, are you interested in joining us and saving the world together?" Su Mo asked.

One little girl is cute, but two little girls together, especially one who is particularly lively, can be a bit troublesome. We need to find a nanny quickly.

"Do I have a choice?" Maya Busujima retorted.

Su Mo nodded: "Indeed, there is not much choice, unless you are willing to leave and fight those monsters. Staying with us is at least... uh, never mind, never mind."

“It would probably be more dangerous for me to be with you, but I’ll join you.” Maya Busujima sheathed her katana and a smile appeared on her face, but the smile seemed to have a hint of bloodlust and cruelty.

"very good."

Su Mo smiled after successfully securing a nanny. "My name is Wang Aiguo, and that guy over there is Emiya Kiritsugu. He's the captain of our team."

"Hmph." As he said this, Gilgamesh let out a cold snort that was of unclear meaning.

"Bukushima Maya, I'm skilled in kendo," Busushima Maya said succinctly. "Actually, there are a few other pretty good people on that other bus."

"It's only good for high school students." Su Mo nodded. To be honest, he hadn't even remembered the names of the main characters in that anime, only some "fluctuation" scenes. He was completely unresponsive to the slightly different name of the woman in front of him.

Although it's unclear why these people have wandered into Fuyuki City, even if they were protagonists or incredibly powerful in another place, in Fuyuki City they'd only be slightly stronger than cannon fodder.

When Su Mo said they were all trash, it wasn't entirely a sarcastic remark... In reality, when facing Irisviel and the others, these slightly stronger high school students would be useless except for being easy prey.

Of course, if these people can actually do the kind of "dodge bullets with wave-like movements" seen in animations, then all of the above is just nonsense.

“Working with us is quite dangerous; we might not survive,” Su Mo continued.

“I understand.” Maya Busujima nodded, appearing very cooperative. She also knew that she didn’t seem to have much room to make choices or decisions.

“Although you are much stronger than the average person now, you are still too weak,” Su Mo said. “If you seize the opportunity, you could even kill Rin Tohsaka.”

Maya Busujima glanced down at Rin Tohsaka, who was nestled in her arms.

Rin Tohsaka looked up and glared at Su Mo: "I would never lay a hand on my sister." However, her words also indirectly confirmed Su Mo's statement.

“Rin said she’s a magician,” Maya Busujima asked. “You guys are too, and the people you’re fighting are these same people, right?”

Those burly men, exuding an aura of iron and blood, vanished right before her eyes. Maya Busujima witnessed it all, yet she didn't scream out. One can only say that this woman's nerves are incredibly resilient.

Of course, someone who has even seen ghouls and can still remain calm must have a "big heart".

“Yes.” Su Mo nodded. “Therefore, I will make you play your best role.”

"I don't think I have the talent to become a magician, do I?" Although Rin Tohsaka had explained magic to her briefly, Maya Busujima was still a little confused. She didn't think she could become a magician or anything like that. It was too difficult. In comparison, cutting people with a knife was not only simple but also exhilarating.

“There’s a quick way that should make you a special kind of magician.” Su Mo turned to look at Emiya Kiritsugu. “To become a Master, you don’t necessarily have to be a magician, right? I remember that the master of the Heroic Spirit Magician wasn’t a magician either.”

"Do you want to add more Heroic Spirits?" Kiritsugu Emiya asked.

"Of course," Su Mo nodded. "Can you do it?"

"I don't know," Kiritsugu Emiya said truthfully, "but we can try." By now, the Holy Grail War is completely chaotic, and Kiritsugu Emiya wouldn't be surprised if some special circumstances occurred. It's not entirely impossible for another Master to summon a Servant.

“Then let’s give it a try,” Su Mo said.

It would be such a waste if Maya Busujima were simply a babysitter.

“I need materials to prepare…” Kiritsugu Emiya took out a piece of paper and a pen and wrote a lot of things down. “I don’t know if these things can still be obtained in Fuyuki City. It’s in chaos right now. You can try your luck on the ‘black market’.”

Su Mo took the note, stuffed it into his pocket, waved his hand, and left the warehouse.

Jin Shanshan followed them out.

"You're coming too?" Su Mo looked at Jin Shanshan with some surprise.

“Of course not, I just want to find a place to live that is worthy of my status,” Gilgamesh said.

“That would be a bit difficult. There are ghouls everywhere now, and I estimate that order is about to collapse. Do you really expect to get a luxury hotel presidential suite for you to stay in?” Su Mo said. “Kenneth’s old magician house, Miyabo, was quite nice, but it was blown up by Kiritsugu Emiya. Otherwise, it could have been used as a base, and the environment was quite good.”

"I will find a suitable place," said Gilgamesh, before disappearing from Su Mo's sight.

Come to think of it, Su Mo was also summoned as a heroic spirit, and he never had the ability to suddenly disappear like this. His spirit form only appeared when he was summoned.

In his normal state, Su Mo is no different from an ordinary person, probably because he is not actually dead.

Three days passed, and Irisviel and her group remained completely silent, their concealment impeccable. All major transportation routes in Fuyuki City were sealed off, creating a true city-wide lockdown; the survivors were trapped, effectively becoming an isolated island.

Based on Kiritsugu Emiya's reasonable analysis, the fact that this operation was carried out so quickly must mean that the Church of Christ or the Mage's Association were pulling the strings behind the scenes.

This isn't exactly good news. The Holy Church and the Magic Association are sworn enemies, with countless radicals within them. Even after signing a peace treaty on the surface, they continue their covert struggle. Who knows if they might all be wiped out at once?

Of course, now is not the time to worry about things that haven't happened yet. Li Yunlong looked at the magic circle that Emiya Kiritsugu had perfected in front of him, pulled Su Mo over and asked, "What do you want to use as a medium to summon what kind of Heroic Spirit?"

Su Mo didn't speak. He rummaged in his pocket for a while and pulled out a banknote. He had exchanged it when he first arrived in Fuyuki City. He was curious about how this world was different from his own, and found that, aside from other things, Chinese banknotes were completely different.

"No way?" Li Yunlong's expression changed drastically.

Also, you can guess which Heroic Spirit will be summoned. Reviews from those who guess correctly will be deleted by me.

"Ok?"

This was the first time Kiritsugu Emiya had ever seen this truly battle-hardened veteran show such a panicked expression. It was probably like the feeling of Gilgamesh shedding his "kingly baggage" and starting to interact with everyone as an equal.

This incident caused even Kiritsugu Emiya's usually deadpan expression to change slightly, revealing a hint of confusion.

Maya Busujima, standing next to him, was also a little puzzled. She wondered why this tough guy, who exuded an aura of iron and blood, would behave this way. Was there anything special about that banknote?

"Hey!" Ignoring the strange looks from the two men, Li Yunlong pulled Su Mo aside and whispered, "You're not serious, are you?"

Others might not recognize that banknote, but how could Li Yunlong not recognize it!

If this really was used as a medium to summon that person...

"Do you have any other better candidates?" Su Mo said. "Anyway, it's just a try, who knows if it will be successful."

"If we succeed, it will be a major event," Li Yunlong said. "I remember that Eastern Heroic Spirits cannot be summoned, right?"

"So it's just a trial," Su Mo said. "Even if it fails, we can try other media. I also took the opportunity to visit the Fuyuki City Museum and brought back a lot of ancient items, but I don't think they're very useful."

"Damn it—it really summoned! Not just Fuyuki City...everywhere will become a battlefield." Li Yunlong felt a toothache. Although he liked fighting, he wasn't a war fanatic. This could easily get out of control.

"You're already dead, why do you care so much?" Su Mo said, walking to the magic circle and placing the banknotes on it.

"What can this medium summon?" Kiritsugu Emiya asked with some doubt, but he didn't ask any further questions. The materials Su Mo brought were enough to hold three summoning rituals, so it wouldn't matter even if this one failed.

“Come here. Remember what I taught you. You can barely be considered a magician now. Summoning Servants shouldn’t be a problem,” Kiritsugu Emiya said to Maya Busujima.

Maya Busujima nodded, stepped forward, and began summoning Heroic Spirits according to everything Kiritsugu Emiya had taught her.
