Pokémon: Starting with Lucario and Gardevoir

"No wonder Lance was defeated by him!"

"However, I am Apollo, the leader of the Rocket Team's four generals!"

"I also have my own strengths!"

Apollo quickly released his battle Pokémon.

Besides Gengar, there were also Dragonite and Houndoom.

There are 3 Pokémon in total.

Automatically, the relevant data appeared in Haoyan's mind.

Pokémon: Gengar

[Attributes]: Ghost, Poison

[Level]: 67

【Ability】: Cursed Body (When a Pokémon with this ability is attacked, there is a certain chance that the target will be immobilized for a period of time.)

[Note:]: Pokémon in a state of immobilization cannot use the last move they used before entering the immobilization state.

... ...

Pokémon: Dragonite

[Attribute]: Dragon, Flying

[Level]: 67

[Characteristic]: Focus (This Pokémon cannot be afraid.)

[Introduction]: It is usually very composed, but if you touch its sore spot, it will not stop until it destroys everything.

... ...

Pokémon: Houndoom

[Attribute]: Fire, Dark

[Level]: 67

【Ability】: Flash Fire (Pokémon with this ability will not take damage when hit by Fire-type moves, and their Attack and Special Attack will be increased.)

[Introduction]: Its defining characteristic is its terrifying howl. In the past, people believed it to be a messenger from hell and thus feared it.

... ...

"This Apollo actually has a Dragonite?" This surprised Hao Yan.

Dragon-type Pokémon have enormous potential, and their battle power becomes exceptionally astonishing when they grow up.

However, Dragon-type Pokémon are not without their weaknesses.

The downside of Dragon-type Pokémon is their low reproductive rate.

This flaw also contributes to the scarcity of Dragon-type Pokémon.

In the wild, it is almost impossible to see wild dragon-type Pokémon.

Dragon-type Pokémon are all monopolized by the Dragon Tamers in various regions.

To obtain a Dragon-type Pokémon, one must go through the Dragon Tamer clan.

But now, the Rockets' Apollo team actually has a Dragon Speedster.

It now appears that Team Rocket and the Dragon Knights of the Kanto region are also colluding.

... ...

Since both sides had made it clear that they wanted to fight, Haoyan didn't waste any more words with Apollo.

"Sarcasm, step back, release your Pokémon, and protect yourself!"

After giving his instructions, Haoyan immediately commanded his Pokémon to start making moves.

"Xiao Meng, Freeze Beam."

"Little Dragon, Dragon Pulse."

"The target is that Dragonite!"

Haoyan's target is not the relatively weak Houndoom and Gengar.

It's a flying Dragonite!

He never intended for Apollo to leave.

Therefore, you must prioritize attacking Dragonite that can fly.

Mewtwo stretched out three fingers, instantly conjuring a beam of light imbued with icy energy, which swiftly hurtled towards Dragonite.

Charizard's attack followed closely behind, its energy rapidly transforming into ripples that swirled towards Dragonite.

"Little S, earthquake!"

"Class! Class!"

Bangiras roared and stomped hard on the ground!

Before him, the ground shattered inch by inch.

Cracks appeared and rapidly attacked Apollo's side.

Thanks to Hao Yan's training, Bangiras has been able to control his energy well, and the power of the earthquake strikes him.

Instead of indiscriminate attacks as before.

Apollo's expression changed; Hao Yan's attack method, which required no words, made him very uncomfortable.

This caused his movements to be a beat slower.

"Houndoom, use Protect!"

Before the cracks appeared in the ground, Houndoom's energy rapidly overflowed, forming a protective shield in front of him.

He blocked Tyranitar's attack, which would have been extremely effective against him.

"Dragonite, use Dragon Pulse too!"

Ripples spread across Dragonite's body as it responded to Charizard's attack.

Both are dragon waves, and they cancel each other out.

"Gengar, use Shadow Ball to block Ice Beam!"

Gengar's Shadow Ball was pitch black, melting away Mewtwo's Ice Beam.

In the first round of probing, Haoyan was on the offensive, while Apollo was on the defensive.

"You traveled all the way from the Kanto region just to defend it?"

Haoyan knew that Apollo was arrogant, so he deliberately provoked him with words.

"Hmph!" Apollo snorted coldly, his expression quite unpleasant!

The first round appeared to be a draw, but in reality, Apollo was at a disadvantage.

After all, he was the one who attacked, but he was the one who lost in the first round.

Apollo reached to his waist and pulled out two Poké Balls.

Throw it toward the ground.

Suddenly, two Pokémon appeared before Haoyan.

The current situation has become 3 vs 5.

"So easily provoked?" A cold smile was hidden in Hao Yan's eyes.

Chapter 237 It's time to make a move.

Pokémon: Heracross

[Attribute]: Insect

[Level]: 67

[Ability]: Bug Sensation (When HP is low, the power of Bug-type moves increases.)

[Description]: A strongman who can forcefully drive his prized horn under his opponent's abdomen, then lift and throw him in one go.

... ...

Pokémon: Ursaring

[Attribute]: Normal

[Level]: 66

[Ability]: Guts (When a Pokémon with this ability is afflicted with a status condition, its Attack stat increases by 50%, and it ignores the additional effects of burn.)

[Introduction]: Although the name sounds cute, the appearance of the circle bear is not cute at all.

... ...

"I admit your Pokémon are very strong, much stronger than the average Gym Leader!"

"But I have a full five Elite Four level Pokémon!"

"What do you have to fight me with!" Apollo said arrogantly.

Hao Yan shook his head slightly. Apollo was one of the most outstanding people he had ever met.

The most arrogant and overbearing one.

However, it's understandable.

After all, the Rockets were rampant in the Kanto region.

There are very few people who dare to manage them and are capable of managing them!

And Apollo was the leader of the Rockets' four generals.
